Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn Druckabstützungen der Tischplatte gegenüber dem Grundkörper bzw. dem Maschinenbett im wesentlichen gleichmäßig über die Tischfläche bzw. deren Breite und/oder Länge verteilt vorgesehen sind, so daß die Tischplatte auch bei extrem dünner Ausbildung eine sehr hohe Biegefestigkeit aufweist. The clamping devices 37 are located directly above a housing 42 made of sheet metal, which connects to the rear end of the table top 8 and receives the corresponding areas of the actuating device 11 and a display device 45 in a protected manner. The display device 45 has as a pointer 46 the head of a screw which is guided parallel to the running direction arrow 5 in a mounting attached to the rear end of the intermediate body 7. A scale 47 is assigned to this pointer 46 located below the top wall of the housing 42 in the area of a window cutout in this top wall, which ensures a very precise adjustment of the table top 8.

Jede Führungsbahn 48 ist durch einen im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzförmigen Laufstreifen aus geeignetem Werkstoff gebildet, der in eine entsprechende Nut des Grundkörpers 6 eingesetzt und mit seiner vorstehenden Unterseite auf einem linearen Wälzlager 50 des Maschinengestelles 2 abgestützt ist. Unmittelbar oberhalb der Laufbahnen 48 weist der Grundkörper 6 seitlich über die Außenseiten der Randstege 32 vorstehende Seitenstege 51 auf, welche von geeigneten Profilen des Maschinengestelles 2 so übergriffen werden, daß der Drucktisch 3 nicht versehentlich vom Maschinengestell 2 abgehoben werden kann. Claims (11)

  1. Printing press, particularly for embossing or heat embossing printing, with a printing table (3), which has as superimposed table bodies (6, 7, 8) a table plate (8), an intermediate body (7) and a basic body (6), with respect to which the table plate (8) is adjustable, characterized in that at least two adjacent table bodies (6, 7 or 7, 8) are secured against pressure deformations and that at least two table bodies (6, 8) are braced against one another.
  2. Printing press according to claim 1, characterized in that at least two adjacent table bodies (6, 7 or 7, 8) are supported against one another distributed over large surfaces (19, 20 or 22) and preferably form a composite body stiffening the printing table (3) against bending deformation and/or in the vicinity of the centre of the width of the printing table (3) and in particular substantially over its entire length are uninterruptedly supported on one another and preferably at least two adjacent table bodies (6, 7 or 7, 8) are supported on one another with an entire surface, which corresponds to at least 15%, particularly more than 50% up to 90% of the table surface of the printing table (3).
  3. Printing press according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least two adjacent table bodies (6, 7 or 7, 8) are supported in substantially whole-surface manner on one another and in particular at least one of the table bodies is constructed in substantially plate-like manner or with plate sides which are substantially continuous in one plane and preferably the intermediate body (7) has in the area between the adjacent table bodies (6, 8) a maximum thickness, which is much smaller and in particular at the most half as large as the thickness of the table plate (8) and/or the basic body (6), which approximately has the same thickness as the table plate (8).
  4. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one table body (8) is at least partly formed by at least one heating means (10), whose heating surface corresponds to at least 1/3 and in particular more than 2/3 of the table surface of the printing table (3) and which preferably is formed by at least one flat heater substantially continuous over at least one edge dimension of the table plate (8) and/or is substantially formed in full-surface manner by at least one plate body (25) of the table plate (8) and preferably at least one heating means (10) for the table plate (8) is arranged as an intermediate layer between two adjacent plates, supports the latter at least partly against one another and in opposition to the working pressure and between the heating means and the table body (7) adjacently below it is provided a thermal insulation (9) and/or a sliding layer (22) and preferably at least one heating means (10) for the table plate (8) is formed by at least one metal plate made from aluminium or the like, in which is embedded substantially completely at least one tubular heater (26) or the like.
  5. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the table plate (8) is directly connected to the basic body (6), more particularly accompanied by the interposing of the intermediate body (7) directly braced against the basic body (6) and in particular the two table bodies (6, 8) are movably mounted against one another and counter to spring tension transversely to the table plane, that preferably the table plate (8) is adjustably mounted on the basic body (6), which in particular has grid-distributed guidance and clamping members (27) passing through the table plate (8) and on whose heads located within the table plate (8) is supported the latter in particular by means of springs (30), such as cup spring sets and preferably at least one such clamping member (27), which directly connects the table plate (8) to the basic body (6), traverses the intermediate body (7) particularly in the vicinity of an elongated hole (28) and preferably form lateral guides for the intermediate body (7).
  6. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the table plate (8) is adjustable with an adjusting device (11) transversely to the table plane with respect to the basic body (6) and in particular at least one wedge-shaped adjusting body (7) is provided and/or the table plate (8) is free from wedge faces of the adjusting device (11) inclined with respect to the table plane, that preferably the intermediate body (7) is constructed as a wedge plate extending substantially uninterruptedly over the length and/or width of the table plate (8) and which is in particular supported by means of inclined wedge faces (19, 20) directly on the basic body (6) and/or by means of sliding faces parallel to the table plane directly on the underside of the table plate (8) or heating means (10).
  7. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an adjusting device (11) for the table plate (8) has between an actuating member (14) and an adjusting body (7) a substantially clearance-free servodrive (12), preferably in the form of an adjusting spindle (13), which engages in two spindle nuts (15, 16) which can be braced against one another and whereof in particular at least one is adjustable in the adjusting direction and can be fixed to the underside of the adjusting body (7) and/or that an adjusting device (11) for the table plate (8) is located substantially below the top or above the underside (21) of the basic body (6) and preferably engages with a servodrive (12) in a cutout (18) of the basic body (6).
  8. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a heating means (10) and/or a cover plate (24) for the table plate (8) comprises several identical, juxtaposed plate bodies (25) and preferably expansion joints between adjacent plate bodies of the cover plate (24) are located between the expansion joints provided between the plate bodies (25) of the heating means (10).
  9. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the table plate (8), in particular independently of the intermediate body (7), is guided laterally with respect to the basic body (6), which preferably has lateral marginal bars (32), on whose insides is guided the table plate (8), accompanied by the interposing of sliding or sealing strips (29) and/or that the printing table (3) is supported with a plurality of parallel guideways (48), particularly on linear antifriction bearings (50) and preferably has on the underside of the basic body juxtaposed running strips (49).
  10. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that with an adjusting device (11) for the table plate (8) is associated an indicating device (45), which preferably has an in particular adjustable pointer (46) placed on the adjusting body (7).
  11. Printing press according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the vicinity of the table surface of the printing table (3) is provided a fastening (33) for the easily releasable fastening of a printing insert (31) and that preferably at least one holding hook (34) and/or at least one clamping device (37) is constructed in resilient manner parallel and/or transversely to the table plane.
