Claims (5)

1. Dispositif pour malaxer ou pétrir des matières liquides, visqueuses, plastiques, pulvérulentes ou granuleuses, qui se compose d'au moins deux blocs de pétrissage disposés dans un carter (18) sur des arbres parallèles et tournant dans le même sens, et formés chacun de cames (1-5) disposées axialement les unes derrière les autres et décalées les unes par rapport aux autres dans le sens périphérique, en forme d'escalier en colimaçon, étant précisé que le profil des cames est défini par des arcs de cercle (6, 7, 8, 9), caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de passage entre deux cames (1-5) est agrandie grâce à un enlèvement de matière au niveau d'au moins une came.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un coin des extrémités des cames (1-5) saillant librement vers l'extérieur est enlevé.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, entre deux cames successives (1-5), une came intermédiaire (13-16) qui présente un profil correspondant à la plus petite surface commune des cames voisines.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de l'épaisseur des cames à l'épaisseur des cames intermédiaires est de 1:3 à 3:1, de préférence de 1:1.
5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de pétrissage sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
