The invention relates to a device for cutting stone material, with a flat, fixed support plate for the stone to be cut and a cutting disc driven by a motor for cutting the stone, which is provided along its upper peripheral part with a protective cover and in a slot Engages support plate, and with a discharge device arranged under the support plate in the region of the lower apex of the cutting disc for the dust generated by the dsr cutting disc.
As is known, arises when dry cutting stone material, for example concrete parts, ceramics, marble, roof tiles or the like. a large amount of dust, which is not only annoying and harmful to the worker performing the cutting process, but also has an environmental impact. In addition, the known devices result in an unsafe cut, because the stone to be cut must be advanced by hand on the device designed as a table, similar to a circular saw, against the stationary cutting disc. As the worker moves towards the cutting disc, this creates the risk of injury, for example if the stone breaks suddenly. The usual stone cutting devices are so heavy that they are no longer portable, so that they are difficult to move and never on an inclined roof for the purpose of cutting roof tiles or the like. can be taken along, especially since in many known stone cutting devices the dust development is controlled by supplying water to the cutting disc. As a result, the roofer has to leave the roof for each roof tile to be cut, which means that working time is wasted. Similar disadvantages also apply to a known dust removal device in machine tools (DE-C 1 133 999), in which a dust removal hood is provided underneath the workpiece support provided with a slot for the entry of the cutting disc, which is designed in a spiral shape around the air movement generated by the cutting disc to use for the removal of the generated dust. Such devices are therefore only suitable for cutting relatively short cuts, such as for cutting metal rod material to length, but not for cutting larger workpieces made of stone or stone-like material, such as roof tiles, kiln stones, tiles, etc. Kiln stones and some types of tiles are also sensitive on humidification so that a wet cut is out of the question for these types of workpieces.
The invention has for its object to avoid these disadvantages and to improve a device for dry cutting of stone material of all types of construction described above so that a safe cut is achieved, the dust load is significantly reduced compared to known devices and also a safe working is possible. The invention solves this problem in that the cutting disc and its motor are carried by a common carrier which is guided along guides which run parallel to the plane of the support plate above it and are displaceable relative to the support plate in the feed direction of the window disc, the cutting disc on the carrier in ' Direction to the support plate is mounted too eccentrically to the output shaft of the motor and the support plate has a slot which extends over the length of the maximum feed path of the cutting disc and in which the cutting disc travels during feed, with a holding-down device for the stone being attached to the support plate and the Removal device has a suction nozzle for dry stone dust, which is movable with the cutting disc in its direction of advance. While in the known or conventional devices described above, the workpiece is advanced against the fixedly mounted cutting disc, in the subject of the invention the cutting disc is advanced against the stone clamped on the support plate, which is advantageous in several ways: first of all, this results in a clean cut , because the stone does not move during the cutting process. Furthermore, the cutting disc can be fed away from the worker, which significantly reduces the risk of accidents. Since the stone is clamped on the support plate, the worker only needs one hand to move the cutting disc and therefore has the other hand free. In connection with the rest of the construction of the device, this makes it possible to make it portable so that it can be carried onto the roof, as a result of which the entire cutting work on the roof can be carried out in a time-saving manner. Of course, however, operation of the device elsewhere is useful and advantageous, for example for cutting cladding panels or the like. It is always advantageous that the suction nozzle results in a substantial reduction in the dust load during dry cutting, because this suction nozzle is arranged where the Dust development occurs primarily, namely in the area where the cutting disc enters the stone. Since the suction nozzle is always with the cutting disc it is always fully effective. The eccentric mounting of the cutting disc in relation to the output shaft of the motor also contributes significantly to the compact design and thus to the portability of the device, since a greater depth of cut can be achieved in this way, based on the same cutting disc diameter, so that almost half the radius of the cutting disc can be used for the cut.
According to a development of the invention, the length of the suction nozzle arranged below the support plate, measured in the feed direction, is smaller than the length of the slot, preferably smaller than the diameter of the cutting disc, in order to move as close as possible to the engagement area of the cutting disc with the nozzle limitation.
According to a further development of the invention, a carriage which carries the suction nozzle and forms the carrier can be moved by means of rollers on the guides which are attached to the support plate by uprights and are formed by two rods, preferably with a polygonal profile. This results in secure guidance for the cutting disc, even over a long period of time in rough construction. A polygonal profile for the rods forming the guides prevents increased friction from occurring on the rods when rust forms or the guide becoming unsteady. According to the invention, particularly favorable guidance results from pairs of rollers for the carrier, the rollers of which bear against the guides from above and from below.
A particularly favorable embodiment for the eccentric arrangement of the cutting wheel axis with respect to the motor output shaft axis results in the context of the invention if the shaft of the cutting wheel is mounted laterally on the carrier in bearings eccentrically to the output shaft of the motor, the shaft of the cutting wheel with the drive shaft of the motor is coupled via gears. This gear ratio also frees up the choice of the speed of the cutting wheel, so that the speed can be set in the most favorable range for the respective cutting wheel material. Usual cutting discs consist of material with diamond chips.
In principle, the carriage forming the carrier could be freely displaceable along the guides. However, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is more favorable if the carriage carries a brake which rests resiliently on the guides, preferably in the form of brake plates pressed resiliently against the edges of the polygonal profiles. As a result, the car always remains in the set position, provided the appropriate braking force is available, which means working with an inclined position Device enables, for example on the sloping roof.
In the context of the invention, the hold-down device can have a bar which extends in the direction of advance and which is guided on the plate by means of pins which can be displaced normally to the level of the plate, the pins being connected under the plate with a rod which is fastened to bolts guided in the uprights which are pressed against the platen by springs. Such a resilient design of the hold-down means that a rational way of working is made possible if the thickness of the stone to be clamped on the support plate changes. The abutments of the springs can be adjustable in order to adapt to a large thickness range of the stone.
With larger cutting wheel diameters, it can be advantageous to additionally provide a suction nozzle for dry dust above the support plate, which is attached to the protective cover of the cutting wheel, preferably adjustable, and is also moved with the cutting wheel in the feed direction. This additional suction nozzle also effectively detects the dust developed in the area of the cutting disc's exit from the stone material to be cut, so that the development of dust, even with large cutting disc diameters, is kept to a minimum without the aid of an undesirable aid for the reasons mentioned at the beginning Moisten the cutting disc.
According to a particularly favorable variant of the invention, the arrangement can be such that the suction nozzle located under the support plate is formed by a slot of a band which covers the slot of the support plate with the exception of the engagement area of the cutting disc and is carried along with the cutting disc, the Slot of the band lies over a longitudinal slot of a suction pipe. As a result, that area of the longitudinal slot of the support plate which is not covered by the cutting disc is covered, so that no dust can escape there and the formation of dust is almost completely avoided. According to a development of the invention, the band can be an endless band which is guided over deflection rollers at the ends of the suction pipe. The belt can be attached to a driver which is connected to the protective cover of the cutting disc, so that a separate movement device for the belt can be dispensed with.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of one half of a first Embodiment of the device. Fig.2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig.1, on a larger scale. Fig.3 shows in section the storage and the drive of the shaft of the cutting disc. 4 and 5 show a detail in section, FIG. 4 being a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 5 and FIG. 5 being a section along the line VV of FIG. 6 shows a view similar to FIG. 1 of a second embodiment of the invention. Figure 7 is a section along the line VII-VII of Figure 6. Figure 6 is a section along the line VIII-VIII of Figure 6 on a larger scale. 1 to 5 has a frame 1 which has a flat support plate 2, at the ends of which two uprights 3 are attached) which are connected at their upper ends by two guides 4 running parallel to one another and to the support plate 2. The guides 4 consist of two mutually parallel stems 5 with Henrkantprofil, on which a carrier provided at the top with a handle 85, designed as a carriage 6 is slidably guided, which hangs on the rods 5 and both the cutting disc 7 and it via a gear 9 (Fig.3) driving motor S carries. The motor 8 designed as an electric motor has an output shaft 10 which is mounted in the double-walled side plate 11 of the motor housing. In the space 12 between the two walls 13, 14 of the side plate 11, the gear 9 is accommodated in such a way that the shaft 15 of the cutting disk 7, which is mounted in bearings 16, is mounted eccentrically with respect to the axis of the output shaft 10 of the motor 8, the eccentricity e between the axis 17, the motor shaft 10 and the axis 18 of the cutting disc shaft 15 is directed towards the support plate 2. The gear 9 is formed by two gears 19, 20, the number of teeth of the gear 20 is expediently smaller than that of the gear 19, so that the cutting wheel shaft 15 rotates at a higher speed than the motor shaft 10, for example at about 5150 rpm, that is relatively high-speed, as is favorable for diamond-tipped cutting discs 17. The described eccentric mounting of the cutting disc shaft 15 moves this as close as possible to the bottom wall 21 of the motor 8 or the carrier 6, so that the greatest possible depth of cut of the cutting disc 7 is achieved. This makes it possible to cut even thick stone material, such as hollow bricks or washed concrete slabs. The support plate 2 is provided with a non-slip surface and has an adjustable stop 22 with which a stop surface for the workpiece running obliquely or parallel to the feed direction (arrow 23, FIG. 1) of the cutting disc 7 can be set. During the work process, the workpiece to be cut or separated is held clamped on the support plate 2 by means of a hold-down device 24 designed as a quick-action clamping device. It is therefore at rest during the cutting or cutting process. The hold-down 24 has a bar 25 which extends in the direction of advance (arrow 23) and is rigidly attached to two pins 26 which are provided with handles 27 at their upper ends and which push through the support plate 2, normal to the plane thereof. The lower ends of these pins 26 are connected by a stem 28 which is articulated with bolts 29 which are telescopically guided longitudinally in the uprights 3; Each of these bolts 29 is pressed downward from the support plate 2 by a spring: 30 designed as a helical compression spring, with each spring 30 being supported with its lower end on the rod 28, with its upper end on an adjustable abutment 31 which is located in the upright 3 is adjustable in the longitudinal direction. For this purpose, the abutment 31 is formed by a ring penetrated by the bolt 29, which is guided on the inner wall of the post 3 designed as a tube and carries a radially projecting pin 32, the end of which is designed as a handle 33. The pin 32 is guided in a longitudinal slot 34, from which three notches 35 branch off, into which the pin 32 can be inserted for the purpose of adjusting the abutment 31. This adjustment serves to be able to adjust the contact pressure, which is exerted on the bar 25 by means of the springs 30, as a function of the thickness of the stone to be clamped on the support plate 2. The support plate 2 has a slot 36 (FIG. 2) running in the feed direction, the length of which is at least as long as the maximum feed path of the cutting disk 7. The cutting disk 7 engages in this slot 36 in the region of its lower apex 37. The cutting disc i is provided with a protective cover 38 which is fastened to the carriage 6 and carries an extension 39 to which a suction nozzle 40 arranged above the support plate: 2 in the region of the exit of the cutting disc 7 from the stone is fastened by means of a clamping screw 41, so that the relative position of the suction nozzle 40 in relation to the cutting disc 7 can be adjusted and fixed. The suction nozzle 40 in turn carries an extension 42 which extends through the slot 36 of the support plate 2 and to which a further suction nozzle 43 is adjustably fastened. For this purpose, the suction nozzle 43 carries a lateral arm 44, which has a sleeve 45 which surrounds the extension 42 and runs along it of the extension 42 is slidable and fixable in the set position by means of a clamping screw 46. Both suction nozzles 40, 43 are provided with suction hoses 47, which lead to a suction device 70 (FIG. 4.5), which is expediently provided with a filter which is designed as a filter bag, which is impregnated on the outside with plastic, so that the dust cannot become matted. The suction hoses 47 can expediently be uncoupled from the suction nozzles 40, 43 in order to facilitate the transport of the device by hand. The suction nozzle 43 is located in the area of the lower apex 37 of the cutting disc 7 just below the support plate 2 and carries two lateral projections 48 with which it is slidably suspended on a rail guide 49 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The rail guide 43 runs below the slot 36 and is open at the bottom.
Since both suction nozzles 40, 43 are always carried by the cutting disc 7, the relative position of these nozzles with respect to the cutting disc 7 always remains the same, so that constant suction conditions for the dust that is created are always guaranteed. It is advantageous that the two suction nozzles are arranged exactly where the greatest dust development occurs, namely the suction nozzle 43 in the area where the cutting disc 7 enters the workpiece to be cut or separated, and the suction nozzle 40 in the area where the cutting disc 7 exits the workpiece.
The weight-saving design of the device results in the portability of the device, so that the device can be carried on a house roof, for example when roof tiles have to be cut. As a result, the platen 2 may not lie horizontally. In such a case, to keep the cutting disc 7 in the set position or to prevent the cutting disc 7 from inadvertently advancing, a brake 50 for the carriage 6 is provided for each of the two rods 5 of the guides 4, which has a brake plate 51st has, which is pressed by a spring 52 against the rod 5. The brake plates 51 and the springs 52 are arranged in a housing 53 of the carriage 6 so as to be protected against dust, in which housing 53 two rollers 54 are mounted for each rod 5, one of which lies above and one below the rod 5, so that the carriage 6 cannot detach itself from the guide 4. In order to ensure the same conditions for the brakes 50 even when the guide 4 is rusted or in rough construction, the rods 5 are formed with a square profile, the brake plates 51 snlie at the corners of this profile gen. Accordingly, the plastic rollers 54 are double-conical. The brakes 50 also ensure a more even feed movement and thus a smooth bump-free cutting or cutting. Another advantage of the device lies in the rapid mode of operation. For example, a concrete roof tile can be cut across in 10 seconds.
In addition, a small clamping table 55 (FIG. 2) can be provided, which can be inserted with plug pins 56 into sockets 57 fastened to the rail guide 49 or the support plate 2. A plurality of sockets 57 are expediently provided, the axial directions of which are differently arigeorcnet, so that the attached clamping table 55 can also be attached to the device in a position in which its table plane 56 forms an angle other than zero with the surface 86 of the support plate 2. The clamping table 55 has an additional clamping device 59, which, in a similar manner to the hold-down 24, can have a bar which is provided with handles 61 and which is fastened to the plate 62 of the clamping table 55 by bolts 63 which are loaded by springs 64, so that the Bar 60 is pressed against the plate 62. The above-mentioned inclined position (45 °) of the clamping table 55 is shown in broken lines in FIG.
Anstelle des Handgriffes 71 kann euch ein nur schematisch strichliert dargestellter Motor 73 vorgesehen sein, der den Bügel 68 periodisch verschwenkt, zweckmäßig in wählbaren Intervallen.4 and 5, the suction device 70 or its collecting container 65 designed as a filter pot is shown in more detail. The already mentioned filter bag 66 impregnated on its outside is arranged in this collecting container 65, in which the suction hoses 47 open. Practice has shown that it is advantageous to provide a tapping device 67 for the filter bag 66, which is arranged inside the filter bag 66 so as not to hit the impregnated outside thereof and thus damage the protection. For this purpose, a bracket 68 is pivotally mounted inside the filter bag 66, which passes through the cover 69 of the suction device 70 and is pivotably mounted in this cover 69. The upper end of the bracket 68 protruding upward from the suction device 70 is provided with a handle 71 with which the part of the bracket 68 located inside the filter bag 66 is pivoted back and forth in the direction of the double arrow 72 and against the inner wall of the filter corner 66 can be beaten. In this way, a permanently optimal suction power of the suction device 70 is achieved. The bracket 68 is appropriately rounded so as not to hit the filter bag 66 with sharp edges. Instead of the handle 71 you can be provided with a motor 73, shown only schematically in broken lines, which periodically pivots the bracket 68, expediently at selectable intervals.
The device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is suitable for cutting large stone parts in which the diameter of the cutting disc 7 is relatively large. In the case of smaller cutting disc diameters, the suction nozzle 40 located above the support plate 2 can be omitted. In order to prevent dust from escaping from the material to be cut at the exit point of the cutting disc 7, the embodiment variant according to FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 can be used. In this variant, the suction nozzle 43 arranged below the support plate 2 is covered by a slot 74 of an endless belt 75, e.g. made of low-friction plastic, in which slot 74 the cutting disc 7 constantly engages. This means that the slot 74 must be moved with the feed movement of the cutting disc 7 or the carriage 6 carrying it. For this purpose, the band 75 is fastened to a steel plate 76 which is connected to the protective cover 38 of the cutting disc 7 by means of a driver 77. The steel plate 76 also has a slot, expediently of the same size as that of the band 75, the two slots being arranged to overlap one another and extending in the longitudinal direction of the band 75, such that the slot 74 of the band 75 or the longitudinal slot of the steel plate 76 are always connected to the longitudinal slot 35 of the support plate 2. The belt 75 slides over the top surface of a shaped tube 78 which is provided with a longitudinal slot 7S which is as long as the longitudinal slot 36 of the support plate 2 and extends over the entire feed area of the cutting disc 7. The shaped pipe 78 forms a suction pipe to which a suction pipe 80 is connected. The two ends of the shaped tube 78 are tightly sealed and carry deflection rollers 81 over which the endless belt 75 is guided. One of the deflection rollers 81 is resiliently supported against the end of the shaped tube 78 by a spring 82 in order to always maintain the appropriate tension of the band 75. In order to prevent the band 75 from sliding off the top surface of the shaped tube 78, the support plate 2 can be provided with downwardly projecting flanges 83 which laterally guide the band 75 or the steel plate 75 connected to it.
The tape 75 thus completely covers the longitudinal slot 36 of the support plate 2, with the exception of the area of the slot 74. This effectively suppresses dust formation at the work site. As shown in FIG. 7, the suction line 80 leads to a prefilter 84 and, via this, to the suction device 70, on the pressure side of which the collecting container 65 for the dry dust, which is designed here as a water container, is opened via a line 84. The embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 8 can also be provided with a further suction nozzle 40, which is arranged above the support plate 2 and is carried along by the cutting disc 7 or its protective cover 38. For this purpose, this further suction nozzle 40 can be attached to the driver 77.
