Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage pour sièges, notamment des sièges de bureau, dans lesquels l'assise et/ou le dossier sont suspendus élastiquement de manière réglable en inclinaison par rapport à la structure de siège, et peuvent être verrouillés dans au moins une position sur la structure, le dispositif de verrouillage étant composé de deux organes de verrouillage (10, 11) qui sont montés de manière pivotante sur un axe, au moyen d'un organe de réglage (4), sur l'élément à régler et à encliqueter, et dont les fentes de verrouillage pourvues d'évidements de broche de verrouillage et de longueur correspondant au réglage d'inclinaison maximum, sont traversées par une broche de verrouillage (6) sur la structure de siège,
    caractérisé en ce que les deux organes de verrouillage (10, 11) sont montés pivotants l'un par rapport à l'autre, autour de l'axe commun (3) appartenant à l'assise (1) et/ou au dossier (2) et mobile avec l'assise et/ou le dossier, et sont appliqués en étant dirigés l'un vers l'autre, contre la broche de verrouillage (6) en entourant celle-ci, au moyen d'un ressort (5) agissant sur les deux organes de verrouillage dont les fentes de verrouillage (8, 9) comportent sur des flancs de fentes opposés (12, 13), au moins un talon de verrouillage (14, 15) s'engageant dans la fente respective (8, 9), l'un (15) des talons de verrouillage étant situé radialement plus haut que l'autre (14), en se référant à l'axe commun (3), de manière à ce qu'en position de verrouillage, les deux talons (14, 15) bloquent la broche de verrouillage (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le ressort (5) et l'organe de réglage (4) sont disposés en-dessous des fentes de verrouillage (8, 9), entre les deux organes de verrouillage (10, 11).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'un (11) des organes de verrouillage présente au maximum une largeur double de l'autre et est pourvu d'un évidement (16) qui forme avec l'autre organe de verrouillage (10), une rainure (17) dans laquelle est monté, sur l'organe de verrouillage (11) le plus large, un levier pivotant (18) à deux bras, dont le bras de levier inférieur (19) s'engage, par l'intermédiaire d'un tourillon d'entraînement (20), dans un guidage en forme de fente (21) de l'organe de verrouillage plus étroit (10), et l'organe de réglage (4) fixé sur l'organe de verrouillage le plus large (11), agit sur l'autre bras de levier (19′) entre lequel et l'organe de verrouillage le plus large (11) est disposé de manière tendue, le ressort (5).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
