Abstract

Installation pour la fabrication de rubans d'acier laminés à chaud à partir d'une charge coulée en continu, le lingot étant enroulé dans un four et déroulé après son transfert à une autre position. Claims (6)

1. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier, laminés à chaud, à partir d'un matériau coulé en continu, dans laquelle la barre de coulée (B), après avoir quitté l'installation de coulée continue (1), est enroulée dans un dispositif d'enroulement (4,5) en une bobine, et la bobine peut être déplacée, à l'aide de moyens de transport, dans un dispositif de déroulement (4,5), duquel la barre de coulée déroulée (B) est amenée à un laminoir (10), le dispositif d'enroulement et le dispositif de déroulement et les moyens de transport pour déplacer la bobine étant agencés dans un four (3),
caractérisée en ce que
les moyens de transport (4,5) pour les bobines sont déplaçables pas à pas sur un circuit fermé s'étendant dans un plan vertical,
en ce que, à l'aide des moyens de transport, plus de deux bobines (4,5) sont déplaçables en même temps sur le circuit (U), et en ce que chaque moyen de transport (4,5) est un mandrin de bobinage entraînable au moins dans les positions d'enroulement et de déroulement.
2. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
les moyens de transport (4,5) sont déplaçables sur une trajectoire circulaire.
3. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
les tubes enroulés peuvent être entraînés indépendamment l'un de l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'entraînements fixes par rapport au circuit (U) des dispositifs d'enroulement (4,5), qui sont couplés de façon amovible aux mandrins de bobinage.
4. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier selon les revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que,
devant et/ou derrière le four (3), est agencé un dispositif (8) pour réchauffer, de façon commandée, la barre de coulée (B) à la température d'enroulement ou de laminage.
5. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier selon les revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
les moyens de transport (4,5) sont agencés dans le four de bobinage, du côté d'entrée, d'un laminoir Steckel.
6. Installation pour fabriquer des feuillards d'acier, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de transport (4,5) sont disposés en aval d'une cisaille transversale (2) et/ou en amont de dispositifs de décalaminage (9).
