Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Umbäumen der auf der Trommel einer Schärmaschine aufgewickelten Schärkette auf den Wickelbaum einer benachbart angeordneten Bäummaschine, mit einer an die Fadenenden der Schärkette anzulegenden und sie während des Umlegens der Schärkette von der Schärtrommel zum Wickelbaum der Bäummaschine zusammenhaltenden Schärkettenklemmstange.The invention relates to a device for rearranging the warping chain wound on the drum of a warping machine onto the winding tree of an adjacent broaching machine, with a warp chain clamping bar to be placed on the thread ends of the warping chain and holding it together during the folding of the warping chain from the warping drum to the winding tree of the broaching machine.
Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen obiger Art erfolgt die Vorbereitung zum Umbäumen der auf der Schärmaschinentrommel fertig erzeugten Schärkette auf den Wickelbaum der Bäummaschine dadurch, daß die auf die Schärkettfadenenden aufgebrachte und sie zusammenhaltende Schärkettenklemmstange von zumeist zwei Bedienungspersonen beidendig erfaßt, über die zwischen Schärtrommel und Wickelbaum gelegenen Zwischeneinrichtungen gehoben und dann dem Wickelbaum vorgelegt wird, auf dem das Ende der aufzuwikkelnden Schärkette zumeist aufgeklebt und anschließend die zur Schärkettenklemmstange führenden Fadenenden abgeschnitten werden. Diese von Hand erfolgenden Übernahmearbeiten mit der das Schärkettenende zusammenhaltenden Schärkettenklemmstange sind recht umständlich, zumal sie Geschick und Kraft des Bedienungspersonals erfordern. Das ist insbesondere bei solchen Schär- und Bäummaschinen der Fall, wo zwischen ihnen ein größerer, durch Zwischeneinrichtungen, wie z.B. Kettzugsteuerungen, Anpreß- und Präparationseinrichtungen usw. bedingter Abstand vorhanden ist. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Umlegen der Schärkette zu schaffen, die der Bedienung den Umgang mit der Schärkettenklemmstange beim Weg von der Schärtrommel zum Wickelbaum wesentlich vereinfacht. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß oberhalb der Schärtrommel und des Wickelbaums eine motorisch antreibbare Fördereinrichtung für die daran während des Umlegens der Schärkette anzubringende Schärkettenklemmstange angeordnet ist. Hierdurch kann der Übernahmewechsel des Schärkettenendes von der Schärtrommel auf die Bäummaschine wesentlich vereinfacht werden, da das Hantieren mit der Schärkettenklemmstange nur noch auf deren Anbringen und Abnahme an bzw. von der Fördereinrichtung begrenzt ist. Dieses verbleibende Umgehen mit der Schärkettenklemmstange kann bequem von einer Bedienungsperson durchgeführt werden, zumal diese sich dazu lediglich jeweils mittig vor die Schärtrommel und anschließend vor den Wickelbaum der Bäummaschine zu stellen braucht.The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device for turning over the warping chain, which considerably simplifies the handling of the warping chain clamping rod when operating from the warping drum to the winding beam. Vorteilhaft weist die Fördereinrichtung zwei parallel zueinander und zu den Schärkettenfäden angeordnete, endlos umlaufende Transportbänder mit daran vorgesehenen Einhängehaken für die dazwischen mit ihren Enden anzuhängende Schärkettenklemmstange auf. Die beiden Transportbänder können um an den beiden Enden zweier horizontal und parallel zueinander angeordneter Tragbalken angebrachte Umlenkrollen laufen und über eine quer verlaufende Verbindungswelle durch einen am einen Ende eines Tragebalkens angeordneten Getriebemotor angetrieben werden. In die Einhängehaken der beiden Transportbänder kann die das umzubäumende Schärkettenende zusammenhaltende Schärkettenklemmstange leicht eingehängt und nach Erreichen der der Aufwickeltrommel der Bäummaschine zugewandten Abnahmeposition ebenso einfach von den Einhängehaken auch wieder abgenommen werden.Advantageously, the conveying device has two endlessly circulating conveyor belts arranged parallel to one another and to the warp chain threads with hooks provided thereon for the warp chain clamping rod to be attached with their ends in between. Auf der Schärtrommel 1 einer Konusschärmaschine wird die Schärkette 2 entsprechend bandweise aufgewickelt. Nach Fertigstellung aller Schärbänder werden die Schärkettenfäden 2′ als Gesamtfadenpaket über die Überlaufwalzen 3 dem Wickelbaum 4 einer benachbart angeordneten Bäummaschine zugeführt und darauf aufgewickelt, also umgebäumt. Zwischen der Schärtrommel 1 und dem Wickelbaum 4 sind zu beiden Seiten herkömmliche senkrechte Stützen 5,6 einer für die Schär- und Bäummaschine gemeinsamen, über den Ständer 7 herangeführten Energieversorgungsstrangs 7′ angebracht.On the warping
An den Stützen 5,6 sind oberhalb der beiden Fadenwickeltrommeln und zu deren beiden Seiten Tragbalken 8 angebracht. Sie tragen an ihren beiden Enden je eine Umlenkrolle 9,9′. Über sie laufen endlose Transportbänder 10, die beispielsweise als Zahnriemen ausgebildet sein können. Der Antrieb der beiden Transportbänder 10 bzw. ihrer angetriebenen Umlenkrollen 9′ erfolgt über den am einen Ende des Tragbalkens 8 angeordneten Elektromotor 11 sowie die die beiden Bänder 10 miteinander verbindende, quer verlaufende Verbindungswelle 12. Auf den Transportbändern 10 sind in jeweils gleichem Teilungsabstand voneinander zwei Einhängehaken 13,13′ angeordnet. Zwischen zwei gegenüberliegende Einhängehaken kann jeweils die in Fig.3 im Schnitt dargestellte, die Schärketten-Fadenenden zusammenhaltende Schärkettenklemmstange 14 mit ihren Enden eingehängt werden.Support beams 8 are attached to the
Die Schärkettenklemmstange 14 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer U-förmigen Schiene 15 und der darin einzudrückenden Klemmleiste 16. Dadurch können die Fadenenden 2˝ der Schärkette über deren gesamte Breite dazwischen eingeklemmt und somit ordnungsgemäß ausgerichtet zusammengehalten werden.The warping
Sobald alle Schärkettenbänder auf der Schärtrommel 1 fertiggestellt sind, wird die Schärtrommel 1 in eine Drehposition gebracht, in der ihre bandweise verknoteten Fadenscharenden zur Bedienungsvorderseite frei herabhängen, so daß dann die Schärkettenklemmstange 14 mit ihrer U-Schiene 15 und der Klemmleiste 16 über die Fadenenden 2˝ der Schärkette gedrückt werden kann, wodurch sämtliche Fäden somit ordnungsgemäß zusammengehalten werden. Sodann wird nach Ahschneiden der verknoteten Fadenscharenden die Schärkettenklemmstange 14 mit ihren beiden Enden in die über der Schärtrommel 1 bereitstehenden Einhängehaken 13′ der beiden Transportbänder 10 eingehängt. Das kann ohne weiteres durch eine einzige Bedienungsperson geschehen. Diese begibt sich sodann auf die Seite des Wickelbaums 4 der Bäummaschine und schaltet die Maschine vom Schär- auf den Bäumprozeß um. Dadurch wird die Klemmstange 14 mit dem an ihr geklemmt gehaltenen, in Fig.1 strichpunktiert angedeuteten Schärkettenende 2‴ automatisch in die in Fig.1 strichpunktiert angedeutete Bäumposition 14′ gefahren, wo sie die Bedienungsperson mühelos abnehmen kann und bei leichtem Abziehen des Schärkettenendes 2‴ von der dazu ungebremsten Schärtrommel 1 dann über den Wickelbaum 4 legt. Danach kann das Schärkettenende auf dem Trommelkern des Wickelbaums 4 beispielsweise verklebt werden. Schließlich wird dann der Wickelbaum 4 nach ein oder zweimaliger Vonhandumdrehung zur Festlegung des Schärkettenendes voll in Umlaufbewegung versetzt, so daß dann die gesamte Schärkettenschar von der Trommel 1 auf den Wickelbaum 4 der Bäummaschine aufgewickelt wird.As soon as all warp chain belts on the
