Vehicle for carrying a pile of loose stones (22), comprising a frame (1), being carried by two front wheels (12) and at least one rear wheel (3), means (4, 6, 10) mounted on this frame (1) for driving at least the front wheels (2), a device (15), located in front of the front wheels (2), for carrying the stones (22), being mounted movably on the frame (1) - which device comprises two arms (20) which protrude forward and can be adjusted laterally apart and towards each other in order to clamp in between one or more rows of stones (22) in the lower part of the pile, and means (11) for lateral adjustment of these arms (20) in respect to each other - , as well as means (10) for moving this device, characterized in that the device (15) is a holding device which, besides the arms (20) and the means (11), at the back side of the arms (20) in front of the front wheels (2), also comprises an almost even support (16, 17), extending from the bottom upwards, and which is mounted directly at the frame (1) turnable round a horizontal axis (24), which is situated at a distance behind the support (16, 17) in the proximity of the axis of rotation of the front wheels, that the support (16, 17) in the turned position of the holding device (15) is directed upward and backwards in an inclined manner in order to support the rows of stones (22) clamped between the arms (20), as well as rows of stones (22) placed above, and that the two arms (20), at their sides facing each other, are provided with feet (21), which are mounted at the arms (20) in an articulated manner round a vertical axis in order to distribute the pressure onto the rows of stones (22) gripped between the arms.

Vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the means (12) for turning the holding device (15) comprise a cylinder-piston mechanism (12), the fixed part of which is mounted pivotable at the frame (1) between the support (16, 17) and the horizontal axis (24), respectively the movable part of which is fixed pivotable at the holding device (15) at the lower side thereof.
  3. Vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the support (16, 17) of the holding device (15) comprises a frame (16) and a net (17) fixed on it, whereby the frame (16) is welded to two sets of rods (23) which are beared pivotable behind the frame at the horizontal axis (24).
  4. Vehicle according to any of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the front wheels (2) are not turnable in reference to the frame (1) and that the means (4, 6, 10) driving at least the front wheels (2) are driving the latter separately.
  5. Vehicle according to claim 4, characterized in that the rear wheel (3) is a steerable wheel.
  6. Vehicle according to claim 4 to 5, characterized in that the driving means (4, 6, 10) of the front wheels (2) comprise hydraulic motors (10).
  7. Vehicle according to any of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the means for adjusting the arms comprise a cylinder-piston mechanism (11) for each of the arms (20) and in that these mechanisms are working synchronous for the two arms (20).
