Claims (4)

  1. Luggage, of the type having elastic straps intended to retain transported articles, the distance of the straps with respect to the bottom of the luggage being adjustable, characterised in that each strap end (14) is fixed to the wall of the luggage on an anchoring location (17) of a fixing component (15) said fixing component (15) also including at least one bracket (16, 18) provided with a slot (19) into which the strap (14) may be passed, so that the strap (14) can be stretched across the luggage either directly from the anchoring point (17), or by passing through one or other of the brackets (16, 18) in order to alter its height with respect to the bottom of the luggage.
  2. Luggage according to Claim 1, in which the fixing component includes the anchoring point (17) and two slotted brackets, one of which (16) is situated below and the other (18) above the anchorage point.
  3. Luggage according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the anchorage point is constituted by a connector bar around which the strap (14) forms a loop (20).
  4. Luggage according to one of Claims 1 to 3, in which each bracket is constituted by a connector bar provided with a slot (16) at one of its sides.
