Claims (8)

  1.   2. Hand apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the plastics cutters (2) are shaped in the manner of a stiletto with a point, and that both outer edges of each plastics cutter (2) are sharp.
  3. Hand apparatus according to Claims 2, characterized in that the holes (4) are formed as slits.
  4. Hand apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cutting punch (1) and the counter-plate (7) are so connected together and mounted at the centre that they form a double fork, and that they can be moved parallel and towards each other in such a way that they lie parallel against each other, all the plastics cutters (2) penetrating simultaneously into the holes (4).
  5. Hand apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cutting punch (1) and/or the counter-plate (7) possess, at at least one of their longitudinal sides, a sharp back-cut edge (3).
  6. Hand apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the cutting punch (1) has one or more guide noses (5), for guiding the relative movement between cutting punch (1) and counter-plate (7).
  7. Hand apparatus according to Claim 6, characterized in that the counter-plate (7) has one or more guide grooves (6) for receiving the guide noses (5).
  8. Hand apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is of plastics material.
