Man ist deshalb gezwungen, die Vorrichtungen sehr stabil zu konstruieren und ihnen eine große Masse zu geben, damit die reaktiven Massenkräfte der Schalt- bzw. Meßgeräte und der Befestigungsvorrichtung selbst aufgenommen werden und eine hohe Klemmkraft erreicht wird, die ein Wandern der Befestigungsvorrichtung in Richtung der Längsachse der Schiene verhindern soll.Devices of this type have been used since track switch means have been attached to rails. Innerhalb von Schalt- und Meßgeräten sind häufig empfindliche elektromechanische oder elektronische Bauelemente vorhanden, so daß wegen der auftretenden Beschleunigungskräfte nicht alle sonst übliche Schalt- und Meßgeräte eingesetzt werden können. Es wurde zwar vorgeschlagen, die Schalt- und Meßgeräte an der Klaue elastisch aufzuhängen, doch werden dadurch die auftretenden Probleme nur zum Teil gelöst. Allen bekannten Konstruktionen ist gemeinsam, daß für die Anbringung der Befestigungsvorrichtung an der Schiene, für den Aufbau der Befestigungsvorrichtung und für die Anbringung der Schalt- und Meßgeräte an der Befestigungsvorrichtung ein hoher Konstruktions- und Montageaufwand erforderlich ist, wobei insbesondere auch für die erforderliche sorgfältige Montage der Befestigungsvorrichtung an der Schiene ein hoher Arbeitszeitaufwand erforderlich wird, was bei stark befahrenen Gleisstrecken oder notwendiger häufiger Versetzung der Schalt- und Meßgeräte an der Schiene kritisch und mit erhöhten Gefahren für das Bedienungspersonal verbunden ist.Despite the use of high-strength materials, the required stability of the construction leads to high inherent masses and accordingly to high inertial forces. Durch die im nachhinein äußerst einfach erscheinende, erfindungsgemäße Ausführung wird erreicht, daß Beschleunigungen und Schläge, die man auch als Körperschallimpulse auffassen kann, nur mehr stark gedämpft zu den Schalt- und Meßgeräten gelangen können, wobei durch Anbringung der Dämpfungsmittel an den an der Ober- und Unterseite des Schienenfußes anliegenden Bereichen die besonders kritischen, in Vertikalrichtung wirkenden Beschleunigungskräfte und Schläge gedämpft werden. Man kann aber auch die gegen die Seitenflächen des Schienenfußes drückenden Bereiche von Klaue und Spannkopf mit Auflagen und Puffern versehen, um auch die horizontalen Beschleunigungskräfte und Schläge zu dämpfen. Die Wahl der Elastizität der dämpfenden Elemente hängt in erster Linie davon ab, welche Abweichungen das jeweils verwendete Schalt- oder Meßgerät in seiner Lage gegeninber der Schiene beim Auftreten der maximalen Beschleunigungskräfte erfahren darf. Schalt- und Meßgeräte, die hier hohe Freiheitswerte zulassen, eignen sich daher besonders für die Verwendung mit der erfindungs gemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung.
