Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Treibstangenschloß gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an espagnolette lock according to the preamble of claim 1.

Aus der nicht vorveröffentlichten europäischen Patentanmeldung 306 028 geht ein Treibstangenschloß der in Rede stehenden Art hervor, bei welchem die Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke von im Schloßgehäuse untergebrachten Zugfedern belastet werden. Anstelle einer Zugfeder kann auch eine Druckfeder vorgesehen werden. Sie befindet sich somit an geschützter Stelle des Treibstangenschlosses und verlangt demzufolge einen zusätzlichen Bauraum. Ferner muß das Verschlußeingerichte in seinem Aufbau die Druckfeder berücksichtigen verbunden mit einem relativ großen Schloßgehäuse und zusätzlichen Fertigungsaufwand. Ferner ist als nachteilig anzusehen, daß die Druckfeder zufolge ihrer Unterbringung im Schloßgehäuse zu unerwünschten Kippmomenten führt, was sich bei der Betätigung des Schlosses durch zusätzliche Reibung bemerkbar macht und die Bedienung erschwert.From the unpublished European patent application 306 028 emerges an espagnolette lock of the type in question, in which the espagnolette connectors are loaded by tension springs accommodated in the lock housing. Zufolge derartiger Ausgestaltung ist ein gattungsgemäßes Treibstangenschloß neben einem einfachen Aufbau von erhöhtem Gebrauchswert angegeben. Die Druckfeder sitzt nun außerhalb des Schloßgehäuses, so daß dieses keinen zusätzlichen Bauraum bereitstellen muß zur Unterbringung der Druckfeder. Deren Festlegung geschieht durch die von den Treibstangen-Anschlußstücken ausgehenden, gegeneinandergerichteten Zungen. Letztere sind so beschaffen, daß sie sich innerhalb der Druckfeder durch Überlappung zu einem kreisförmigen Querschnitt ergänzen. Je mehr die Druckfeder komprimiert wird, desto größer wird die flächige Überlappung der Zungen, so daß mit zunehmendem Zusammendrücken der Druckfeder auch die Stützung größer wird. Sodann bedingen die sich überlappenden Zungen, daß nicht verbotenerweise die frontseitig der Stulpe angeordnete Feder demontiert werden kann, um das Treibstangenschloß außer Funktion zu setzen. Ferner treten durch die vorteilhafte Ausbildung der Zungen und Anordnung der Druckfeder auf diesen keine auf das Schloßeingerichte wirkende Kippmomente auf. Die Kraft der Druckfeder wirkt ausschließlich dort, wo sie verlangt wird, und zwar ausschließlich in Verlängerungsrichtung der Treibstangen. Eine leichte Montage der Treibstangen erlauben die parallel zur Stulpe verlaufenden Schraubauflagerflächen an den Treibstangen-Anschlußstücken. So können bei unterschiedlich großen Türen bzw. Toren entsprechend lang bemessene Treibstangen relativ schnell und einfach festgelegt werden, und zwar durch ledigliche Schraubverbindung. In Grenzen liegende Maßabweichungen können durch die quer zur Stulpe gerichtete Verzahnung der Schraubauflagerflächen und die Gegenverzahnung der Treibstange kompensiert werden. Damit an sich bewährte Treibstangenschlösser eingesetzt werden können, und zwar ohne große Abänderung, ist die Lochzapfenverbindung zwischen dem Anschlußschieber-Teil und dem durch den Schlitz der Stulpe reichenden Fortsatz des Anschlußstückes vorgesehen. Einhergehend ist die Stulpe mit einem Längsschlitz für den Fortsatz auszustatten, um die Beweglichkeit der Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke zu gewährleisten. Trotz frontseitig der Stulpe laufender Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke ist das Festlegen eines Schließzylinders mittels einer Stulpschraube möglich. Für diese bildet das entsprechende Treibstangen-Anschlußstück eine Durchtrittsöffnung aus, welche in einer der beiden Stellungen der Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke mit einer Bohrung in der Stulpe fluchtet. Um die gegeneinander abgefederten Treibstangen in ihrer Offenstellung zu fixieren, ist die dem einen Treibstangen-Anschlußschieber-Teil zugeordnete Rückdrehsperren-Wippe vorgesehen. Sie tritt in der federbelasteten Offenstellung der Treibstangen-Anschlußschieber-Teile in den Bereich des gehäuseseitigen Bolzens und blockiert in dieser Stellung auch das Zurückdrehen der Nuß. Es bedarf demnach einer willensbetonten Betätigung der Nuß entgegen ihrer Öffnungsdrehrichtung unter Überwinden dieser Sperre, so daß dann die Treibstangen in ihre Verriegelungsstellung, unterstützt durch die von den Zungen getragene Druckfeder, zurückkehren. Dies geschieht in einfacher Weise dadurch, daß der eine Arm der Rückdrehsperren-Wippe vor eine Stufe des Nußarmes und der andere Arm in den Bolzenbereich schwenkt. Der entsprechende Bolzen dient nach Auslösen der Rückdrehsperren-Wippe noch zu einer Verlagerung derselben unter gleichzeitigem Spannen der die Rückdrehsperren-Wippe belastenden Feder. Wenn man von einer einzigen Bauform der Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke 30, 31 ausgeht, so besitzt auch das andere Treibstangen-Anschlußstück 30 eine entsprechende Durchtrittsöffnung. Mittels des Schließzylinders 47 bzw. dessen Schließgliedes 48 ist ein quer zur Stulpe 2 beweglicher Riegel 49 schließbar. Diesem ist eine senkrecht steigende Zuhaltung 50 zugeordnet, deren Tourenstift 51 in eine von zwei Sperrausnehmungen 52, 53 des Riegels 49 eintreten kann. Die Zuhaltung 50 wird von einer Druckfeder 54 in Abwärtsrichtung beaufschlagt. Einerseits stützt sich die Druckfeder 54 an einem einwärtsgebogenen Lappen 55 des Bodens 3 und andererseits an einer Abwinklung 56 der Zuhaltung 50 ab. Vorschließbar ist der Riegel 49 nur bei in Verriegelungsstellung befindlichen Treibstangen, vergleiche Fig. 1. Nach Einbau des Treibstangenschlosses in das Rahmenprofil 57 sind die Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke 30, 31 sowie die von diesen ausgehenden Treibstangen 38, 39 in einem Kanal 59 versenkt, dessen vorstehende Seitenwände 60 zur Halterung eines vorderseitigen Abdichtungsprofiles 61 dienen. Die Wirkungsweise des zuvor beschriebenen Treibstangenschlosses ist folgende:

Danach ist mittels einer Griffhandhabe die Nuß 6 in Uhrzeigerrichtung in die in Fig. 4 veranschaulichte Stellung zu drehen. Durch den Nußarm 7 wird der Mitnehmerzapfen 13 des Teils 15 beaufschlagt, welches abwärts steuert und dabei die Schwinge 18 verschwenkt. Einhergehend verlagert sich das untere Teil gegenläufig nach oben. Zufolge der Kupplung der Teile 15, 16 mit den Treibstangen-Anschlußstücken 30, 31 werden diese ebenfalls gegeneinander bewegt unter Zusammendrücken der Feder F. Mit der Abwärtsbewegung des Teils 15 hat sich auch die Rückdrehsperren-Wippe 22 von dem Bolzen 21 entfernt, so daß die Feder 26 wirksam werden kann, indem sie die Wippe 22 in die Stellung gemäß Fig. 4 verschwenkt. Dann liegt das Knie 28 des Armes 24 vor der Stufe 29 des Nußarmes 7. Ferner erstreckt sich der Wippenarm 23 mit seiner Sperrfläche 64 vor dem Bolzen 21. Durch Loslassen der Handhabe tritt die Sperrfläche 64 gegen den Bolzen 21, während die Nuß 6 um ein geringes Maß zurückdreht, wobei die Stufe 29 der Nuß 6 vor das Knie 28 der Wippe 22 gelangt, vergleiche strichpunktierte Darstellung in Fig. 4. Zufolge der Abstimmung der Federkräfte der Federn 26, F und Nußfeder 11 wird diese Stellung aufrechterhalten. Zur Herbeiführung der Verriegelungsstellung ist es nun erforderlich, die Nuß 6 unter Überwindung der Kraft der die Wippe 22 beaufschlagenden Feder 26 entgegen Uhrzeigerrichtung zu verdrehen. Sobalb die Blockierstellung überwunden ist, veranlaßt die die Treibstangen-Anschlußstücke 30, 31 auseinanderspreizende Feder F eine entsprechende Verlagerung der Treibstangen in die Verriegelungsstellung, in welcher die Wippe 22 wieder ihre Ausgangsstellung gemäß Fig. 1 einnimmt unter gleichzeitigem Spannen der Feder 26. Nun kann der Riegel 49 mittels des zum Schließzylinder 47 zugehörigen Schlüssels vorgeschlossen werden unter gleichzeitiger Blockierung der Bewegung der Treibstangen.

Claims (8)

  1. Moving bar lock with a moving bar connecting slide (14) displaceable by operating a key and/or nut (6) behind a sleeve (2) of a housing comprising a base (3) and a ceiling (4) and on the front side of the sleeve (2) are arranged moving bar connection members (30, 31) loaded by a pressure spring (F) in the locking direction, and a turnback rocker (22), characterised in that the moving bar connection members (30, 31) extend into tongues (42, 43), directed towards each other, situated on the outside of the housing in parallel with the sleeve (2), which tongues inside the pressure spring (F) through overlapping complete a circular cross-section.
  2. Moving bar lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the moving bar connection members (30, 31) have screw support surfaces (35, 36) running parallel to the sleeve (2).
  3. Moving bar lock according to claim 2, characterised i in that the screw support surfaces (35, 36) have a toothing (37), directed transverse to the sleeve (2), which engages with a counter toothing of the moving bar (38, 39).
  4. Moving bar lock according to claim 1, characterised by a pin-hole connection (32) between connection slide part (15, 16) and a projection (34) of the connecting member (30, 31) extending through a slot (33) of the sleeve (2).
  5. Moving bar lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by a through opening (46) for the screws of the sleeve in at least one of the moving bar members (30, 31).
  6. Moving bar lock according to one or more of he preceding claims, characterised in that on one of the moving bar connection slide member part (15) is arranged a turnback-prevention rocker (22) which moves into the area of a bolt (21) adjacent the housing when the moving bar connection slide parts (15, 16) are in the spring-loaded open position and which in this position also stops the nut (6) from being turned back.
  7. Moving bar lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the one arm (24) of the turnback prevention rocker (22) pivots in front of a step (29) of the nut arm (7) and the other arm (23) pivots into the bolt area.
  8. Moving bar lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the turnback prevention rocker (22) is under the effect of a spring (26) arranged in a window (27) of a moving bar connection slide part (15).
