Eine solche Wanne ist einerseits ausreichend stabil, kann sich aber andererseits auch durch Dehnung derart an Verlagerungen des Beton anpassen, daß eine dauerhafte Abdichtung gewährleistet ist. Durch gebäudeseitige Aufkantung ist das Wasser gehindert, dort einzudringen.
