Description

The invention relates to a device for stacking packaged printed products on a delivery, in particular on a rotating delivery belt.

It is generally known (Wo 88/00921) to lay out printed products on a belt. When stacking or stacking partial stacks on a belt, undesirable displacements can occur.

The object of the invention is to show an exact stacking of printed products on top of one another with simple means.

In diesen zeigen, jeweils vereinfacht bzw. schematisiert:

Fig. 1 und 2
eine Darstellung in zwei Ansichten einer Stapelvorrichtung.
This object is achieved by the application of the features of the characterizing part in claims and further developments of the invention result from the subclaims and from the description in conjunction with the drawings. These show, each simplified or schematized:
1 and 2
a representation in two views of a stacking device.

The supply of printed products from a memory to the device according to the invention is e.g. in the patent applications PB 3444 and PB 3445 filed on the same day by the same applicant and described in detail.

Completed printed products 104 are gripped by a gripper bar 105 and pulled out in the direction of arrow 106 from storage structures which can be pushed apart and pushed together and moved into position 105 'and placed on rails 107. These are in detail Processes also described and shown in the patent application P 36 44 423.5. During this downward movement, each printed copy can be addressed individually using an addressing device 108 in the manner described in this patent application. After the gripper bar 105 has been moved into the position 105˝, rails 107 suspended on chains 109 and thus at the same time the printed products 104 deposited on them move further downward in the direction of an arrow 106. The printed copies 104 are supported by tongues 110 and the addressing devices 108 . Due to the special shape of tongues 111 shown in FIG. 2, ten specimens are combined to form partial stacks 112 to 115, which are received by fork-shaped holders 116 to 119.

The rails 107 pivot about positions 107 'in positions 107˝. The partial stacks 112 to 119 can be pivoted about pivot points 120 to 123.

The partial stack 112 is first pivoted into position 112 'and placed on a conveyor belt 124. Chains 125 and 126 running parallel to this conveyor belt 124 carry vertical tongues 127 and 128, respectively. The tongues 127 are each fastened to the chains 125, while the tongues 128 are connected to the chains 126. The tongues 127, 128 now move towards each other by moving in the direction of the arrows 129 and 130 to the partial stack 112 '. Then they move over the chains 125 and 126 together with the conveyor belt 124 in the direction of arrow 129 and pull the partial stack 112 'from the fork 116' in the position 112˝. Here, the partial stack 113 is now pivoted into the position 113 'and thereby placed in the opposite direction on the partial stack 112', that is to say folded.

The tongues 127 move briefly from position 127 'to position 127˝. Subsequent movement of the tongues 127 and 128 and the conveyor belt 124 in the direction of arrow 130 in turn the partial stack 113 'from the fork 117' pulled out. In the further course, this cross-laying also takes place in the same direction for the further partial stacks 114 and 115, so that after the cross-laying has been completed, a cross-laid package 131, for example forty copies, is produced. The process of cross-laying can be carried out simultaneously for every fourth partial stack, for example for 24 partial stacks simultaneously six times. This enables a high working speed. According to an advantageous embodiment, six stacks 131 are thus obtained at the same time, which can possibly be strapped crosswise on site with known devices before the tongues 127 and 128 together with chains 125 and 126 are moved laterally in the direction of arrows 137 and 138 to release stacks 131-136 (Fig. 1). For this purpose, the guides of the chains 125 and 126 are connected to racks 139 and 140, which are moved by means of the drives 141 and 142, respectively. Finally, the stacks 131 to 136 are transported away in the direction of the arrow 129 and fed as directly as possible to a route wagon, ie a transport vehicle.
