Description

The present invention relates to a high shoe with laces.

On connaît différents modes de réalisation de chaussures hautes à lacets à crochets et leviers pour serrer le pied à l'aide de tirants et plaques d'appui ; ces chaussures sont destinées à des applications les plus différentes telles que certains sports comme le ski, la haute montage, le parachutisme, etc (FR 75 35 488, DOS 27 08 358, FR 77 33 834, FR 76 13 689, FR 77 33 834).Various embodiments are known of tall shoes with laces with hooks and levers for tightening the foot using tie rods and support plates; these shoes are intended for the most different applications such as certain sports such as skiing, high mountaineering, parachuting, etc. (FR 75 35 488, DOS 27 08 358, FR 77 33 834, FR 76 13 689, FR 77 33 834).

In all cases, these shoes must be relatively rigid for the exercise of the sport. On the other hand, when they are used in the intermediate phase, for example in the walking approach phase, it would be desirable for these shoes to be as flexible as possible.

However, current embodiments do not allow such a combination of rigidity and flexibility.

According to the magazine Ski Magazine, page 93 (March 1988), a ski boot is provided with a lace passing over the kick and bearing on it by a pressure distribution plate. The disadvantage of this shoe is that the distribution of forces does not take into account the very irregular anatomy of the foot and risk of trauma. tighten the parts of the feet protruding from the support surface.

The object of the present invention is to create a shoe, in particular a sport shoe or more generally a technical shoe which, at the option of the user, can be relatively flexible to facilitate normal walking and, moreover, be made rigid to facilitate the practice of certain exercises or works; and which, moreover, is easy to implement for the user.

Ce levier de commande est monté pivotant autour de l'axe 14 sur le châssis 9.The chassis 9 also carries a control lever 13 shown in solid lines in the raised position and in dotted lines 13 ′ in the lowered position. This control lever is pivotally mounted around the axis 14 on the chassis 9.

The frame 9 is for example in a shell-shaped part surrounding the front of the foot or in core in two parts connected by the axis 14 of the control lever 13.

The first lace 4 connects a fixed point 15 ′ in the upper part of the chassis 9 to a fixed point 15 of the lever 13. This lace 4 crosses the chassis 9 by a passage located substantially in its middle part 16 and the rear support 10 by a passage 101. The lace 4 can slide in the passages 16 and 101 during the tightening and loosening movements of the shoe.

The second lace 5 connects a point 51 located at the rear of the shoe at the heel to a fixed point 52 of the chassis 9, at the kick.

The third lace 6 connects a fixed point 61 of the shoe at the sole near the articulation 17 of the foot to a second fixed point 62 of the frame 9 also at the kick. According to a preferred embodiment, the second and third laces 5, 6 are crossed in the clamping position, which facilitates the tensioning of the laces.

It should be noted that the term "lace" has a general meaning and designates a wire or cable capable of elongating very little under the conditions of use. This lace can be relatively rigid.

Likewise, the terms "fixed point" are used to designate the attachment of the ends of the laces as opposed to passages allowing sliding.

Finally, as already indicated, the set of laces is made up of laces provided on either side of the shoe; only the laces appearing on one side have been represented and described.

To facilitate movement and improve hold, it is advantageous for the lace 4 to surround the rear of the shoe, going from the outside of the shoe to the inside. In these con ditions, the other first lace will describe a symmetrical path and the first two laces will cross at the back of the shoe. This arrangement also promotes the lacing effect.

As indicated above, the lace 4 is hooked to the lever 13; when this lever occupies the position shown in solid lines, the lace is tensioned while if it occupies the folded position 13 ′, the lace is relaxed. In one of the positions, the shoe is tightened on the foot, in the other it is loose and can open to allow the release of the foot.

In the embodiment described above, the lever 13 passes through a metastable position when it is forced from the closed position to the open position or vice versa. This metastable position, which simply results from the exercise of tension on the laces, ensures the stability of the control lever by preventing, except in exceptional cases, its untimely opening.

It is also interesting that the articulation axis (or the two articulation axes of the lever 13 on the shell 9 especially if this shell is in two parts, is directed in such a way that when the lever 13 is in position 13 ′ , the two parts of the shell 9 move apart to facilitate putting on or taking off.

When it is inserted into the shoe, the foot presses on this heel piece 18 and pulls on the chassis 9 causing the stem of the shoe. As shown, the heel piece consists of a rear part continuing with a bottom itself connected to the points 182 by two branches.

The disengageable stiffening element 8 is intended to ensure the rigidity of the shoe at its articulation 17 and especially of the malleolar articulation not shown.

According to an embodiment shown (FIGS. 1 and 2), this disengageable stiffening element consists of two rigid lateral elements 81 situated on each side of the shoe and connected together at the rear of the shoe by an articulated element 82. This articulated element 82 can be either a simple articulation carried by the rear part of the upper of the shoe, or a part provided with an articulation for each lateral element 81. In the latter case, the articulations can be advanced laterally. A stop member 83 is fixed to the front of the shoe to cooperate with each of the lateral elements. This member 83 which constitutes an elastic stop against which the elements 81 bear when the user performs a forward bending movement, comprises guide means 84 and a retractable hooking means 85.

According to the embodiment not shown, the guide members 84 against which the rigid elements 81 bear in the engaged position, are mounted to slide against the action of a return spring. This spring can also recall the fastening member.

According to a variant of the above embodiment, the guidance is on two rods fixed to the front of the shoe and directed towards the rear, in an inclined manner so as to be substantially in the extension of the rigid elements placed in the em position. crossed out. In this case, the guide members 84 are carried by a sliding element on the two rods each carrying at least one spring of adjustable hardness. It is also possible to provide a spring on either side of the sliding element.

The stiffening element 8 is completed by a connecting and guiding member 86 for example in the form of an elastic cable loop. The two ends 87 of the loop are connected to the ends of the lateral elements 81 and the body of the loop 86 is guided in its forward and backward movement (arrow A) by the guide means 84.

The retractable hooking means 85 is pivoted elastically in the direction of the arrow B. This member 85 has a hooking edge 85A around which comes the loop of the member 86 to hang wide, the member 85 is raised.

Pour décrocher la boucle, il suffit d'enfoncer l'élément 85 en appuyant sur la surface 85B.To unhook the buckle, simply push in the element 85 by pressing on the surface 85B.

A.FIGS. 3A, 3B show another alternative embodiment of the disengageable stiffening element 8. This figure shows only part of this element, namely the lateral element 81 ′ terminated by a notch 81′A and the stop member 83 ′. The connecting member 86 ′ carried by the member 83 ′ comprises two arms 86′A, 86′B terminated by hooks intended to be housed in the notches 81′A.

Locking and unlocking require that one presses on one or the other of the parts 86′C, 86′D in order to tilt the member 86 ′ in one direction or the other.

Les figures 3A, 3B montrent également les ressorts 90 donnant l'élasticité à la butée 83′.FIGS. 3A, 3B also show the springs 90 giving the elasticity to the stop 83 ′.

Whatever the embodiment, the stiffening element can take two states.

The operation of the shoe described above is as follows, first during putting on and then during taking off.

In one of the states, the shoe is stiffened, in the other, it is flexible and the joint 17 can fully play.

This stiffening element 8 and especially the front part 83 comprise an elastic means allowing a certain elasticity in compression for the flexion movements of the shoe while retaining the rigidity of the part of the sole.

Chaussage : Footwear :

The shoe is open: the user slides his foot into it and pushes in this movement the heel piece 18 which causes the chassis 9 to tilt, also under the effect of the push of the foot against the cradle 11 ′. The laces 5, 6 are then stretched and the foot is maintained all the more since the movement of the chassis 9 has also commanded the closing of the upper part of the upper.

To complete the closure, it suffices to raise the lever 13 passing beyond its metastable position.

The user can now completely block the boot and transform it into a ski boot by bending the leg. The connecting member 86 before and hooks to the hooking member 85 so that the stiffening element is then blocked. Only the elasticity of the stiffening element remains.

To unlock the shoe, it suffices to retract the fastening member 85 to release the connecting member 86 and disengage the stiffening element 8. The shoe then has a certain flexibility.

Il est possible d'avoir encore plus de sou plesse en abaissant le levier 13.It is possible to have even more money crashes by lowering the lever 13.

The member 8 being disengaged and the lever 13 lowered, the lace 4 is distended. The foot can come out of the shoe, the release of the heel piece 18 facilitating the complete opening of the shoe.
