So that the helical torsion spring can increase to any desired diameter without impinging on other components, and so that the torsion spring is readily visible for monitoring purposes and easily accessible for maintenance purposes and, if appropriate, for exchange, a freely rotatably mounted shaft (10) which passes through the torsion spring (20, 21) is provided which is rigidly connected with one end to the torsion spring (20, 21), while the other end of the torsion spring (20, 21) is held fixed on the frame. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einem Rolltor der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, daß eine die Torsionsfeder durchsetzende, frei drehbar gelagerte Welle vorgesehen ist, die mit einem Ende der Torsionsfeder fest verbunden ist, während das andere Ende der Torsionsfeder rahmenfest gehalten ist, und daß die Welle durch Getriebemittel mit der Wickeltrommel in Antriebs­verbindung steht. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Rolltor ist die wendelförmige Torsionsfeder auf einer frei drehbaren Welle angeordnet, ohne daß konstruktiv bedingte Teile vorhanden sind, die eine Durchmesservergrößerung der Torsionsfeder behindern könnten. Die Torsionsfeder kann bei ihrer erfindungsgemäß vorge­sehenen offenen Anordnung bis auf die diese durchsetzende Welle durchhängen, ohne daß dadurch Beschädigungen der Feder eintreten können, was bei deren Anordnung in einem diese einfassenden Wickelrohr befürchtet werden mußte. Da bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Rolltor die wendelförmige Torsionsfeder in ihrem Durchmesser grundsätzlich nicht begrenzt ist, können nach Bedarf größere Federn verwendet werden, die in der rohrförmigen Wickeltrommel keinen Platz gefunden hätten. Durch die Möglichkeit, größere Torsionsfedern zu verwenden, läßt sich die Lebensdauer der Tore verlängern. Claims (3)

1. Rolltor
mit einem flexiblen Torblatt, das auf eine oberhalb der von einem Torrahmen eingefaßten Toröffnung drehbar gelagerten Wickeltrommel aufwickelbar ist, die von einer wendel­förmigen Torsionsfeder in Aufwickelrichtung vorgespannt wird, und
mit einem einen Drehantrieb auf die Wickeltrommel über­tragenden Elektromotor,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine die Torsionsfeder (20,21) durchsetzende, frei drehbar gelagerte Welle (10) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem Ende mit der Torsionsfeder fest verbunden ist, während das andere Ende der Torsionsfeder rahmenfest gehalten ist, und
daß die Welle (10) durch Getriebemittel (15,16,17) mit der Wickeltrommel (1) in Antriebsverbindung steht.
