  14. A dispenser according to Claim 2, characterised in that to produce a setting deformation (26) which only locally affects the cabling accessory (14) to be fitted, the setting plate (25) has at least one tooth (57).
  15. A dispenser according to Claim 2, characterised in that the setting plate (25) is extended in one piece by a cutting blade (58) which is slightly offset transversely relative to the plate.
  16. A dispenser according to Claim 15, characterised in that the crosspiece (47) of the handle (22) which forms the tool is truncated by a slit (60) at right angles to the cutting blade (58).
  17. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the charger (21) associated with the handle (20) which forms the magazine is in the general shape of an elongate plate and has a small bar (63), on the one hand, which projects over the base plate (62), and which merely forms a transverse extension across a lesser width (L1) than that (L2) of the base plate (62), and which, parallel to said base plate, has a longitudinal groove (64) which runs over the entire length, and, there is provided, on the other hand, a small scale (65) which is disposed opposite the longitudinal edge of said small bar (63) on which the groove (64) opens, and parallel to said longitudinal edge at a spacing therefrom, with a finger (68) extending longitudinally in cantilever fashion above a cradle (67) capable of receiving a cabling accessory (14), at a spacing from the cradle (67), the finger (68) being capable of holding a cabling accessory (14) when one such cabling accessory (14) is present in one such cradle (67).
  18. A dispenser according to Claim 17, characterised in that the finger (68) is associated with the charger (21) and extends from the edge (70) of the small bar (63) of the charger which is furthest from the base plate (62).
  19. A dispenser according to any of Claims 17, 18, characterised in that the finger (68) only extends a slight way beyond the axis of the cradle (67).
  20. A dispenser according to any of Claims 17 to 19, characterised in that the cradle (67) is staged, with a portion of smaller cross-section (67′) at right angles to the small bar (63) of the charger (21), and a portion of larger cross-section (67˝) at right angles to the free portion (72) of the base plate (62).
  21. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 20, characterised in that an inclined surface (73) leads up to the cradle (67).
  22. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 21, characterised in that at right angles to the cradle (67), the small rule (65) of the charger (21) has an indentation (74).
  23. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 22, characterised in that the cradle (67) is associated with the charger (21), and it extends transversely at one of the ends of its small bar (63) over an extension portion (66) of the base plate (62).
  24. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 23, characterised in that the entire length of the free edge (70), at least, of the groove (64) of the small bar (63) of the charge (21) which is furthest from the base plate (62) is bevelled by a chamfering (76).
  25. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 24, characterised in that the free portion (72) of the base plate (62) of the charger (21) has at least one longitudinally projecting notch on an elastically deformable tongue portion (80).
  26. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 25, characterised in that the end, opposite the cradle (67), of the base plate (62) of the charger (21), has an extension piece (81).
  27. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 26, characterised in that at the end, at least, which is oppositely disposed to the cradle (67), the small bar (63) and the base plate (62) of the charger (21) each respectively comprise fitment means (82) such as projections or recesses which are capable of cooperating by snap-shut engagement with complementary fitment means (38) in the form of recesses or projections.
  28. A dispenser according to any one of Claims 17 to 27, characterised in that the small bar (63) and the base plate (62) of the charger (21) are each respectively associated with separate shutters (87, 88) which are fixed to each other.
  29. A dispenser according to Claims 23 and 27, taken conjointly, characterised in that the cradle (67) is divided between the shutters (87, 88) of the charge (21).
