Abstract

Es wird eine Presse zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen von dünnen Span- und Faserplatten (22) aufgezeigt, bestehend aus einer zentralen, in Ständern (1) gelagerten Preßtrommel (2) und mehreren Umlenk-(9) oder Andrückwalzen (3,4,5) sowie einem endlosen, um die Preßtrommel und die Andrückwalzen herumgeführten, unter Zugspannung stehenden Stahlband (6), wobei die mit einem Bindemittel vermischte Span- oder Faserschicht zwischen dem endlosen Stahlband und der beheizten, rotierenden Preßtrommel einem Flächendruck und in den Spalten zwischen der Preßtrommel und den Andrückwalzen einem Liniendruck unterworfen wird. Claims (4)

1. Presse zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen von dünnen Span- und Faserplatten, bestehend aus einer zentralen, in Ständern gelagerten Preß­trommel und mehreren Umlenk- und Andrückwalzen sowie einem endlosen, um die Preßtrommel und die Andrückwalzen herumgeführten, unter Zug­spannung stehenden Stahlband, wobei die mit einem Bindemittel vermischte Span- oder Faser­schicht zwischen dem endlosen Stahlband und der beheizten, rotierenden Preßtrommel einem Flächendruck und in den Spalten zwischen der Preßtrommel und den Andrückwalzen einem Linien­druck unterworfen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine, auf die Achse (17) der zentralen Preß­trommel (2) wirkende, das Spiel (23, 25, 24) in den Preßtrommellagern (16) und zwischen den Stän­derteilen (25, 26, 27) aufhebende Einrichtung (10, 11, 12, 13, 15) vorgesehen wird.
