Ces opérations successives sont les suivantes :

  • 1) engrènement du cylindre porte-plaque gauche 9 avec le cylindre porte-blanchet 11 au moyen du vérin 44 alimenté par le fond. La pression de ce vérin 44 est à ce moment préréglée à une pression suffisante pour assurer l'engrè­nement des deux cylindres 9 et 11 ensemble, mais toute­fois insuffisante pour les mettre en pression.
  • 2) désactivation de l'embrayage 34 et arrêt du fonction­nement du dispositif de repérage électronique 56.
  • 3) lorsque le compteur 55 arrive au compte zéro et par conséquent à son recyclage pour un nouveau tirage, on commande le relâchement de la pression dans les vérins droit 42 et 45, la mise en pression du vérin gauche 41, ce qui provoque alors le basculement du balancier 39 dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre autour de l'axe du cylindre porte-blanchet 11 et par conséquent la venue en contact du cylindre porte-plaque gauche 9 avec le cylin­dre toucheur 5, et la mise en pression forte du vérin 44. A partir de ce moment, l'impression continue avec le cylindre porte-plaque gauche 9 qui a été basculé en position d'impression dans laquelle il est en contact en pression à la fois contre le cylindre toucheur supérieur 5 et le cylindre porte-blanchet inférieur 11, et ce sans que la ligne d'impression ait été arrêtée. Cette impres­sion est transférée sans interruption par le même blanchet 12 qui servait pour l'impression précédente et ceci sans interruption dans la distribution de l'encre et de l'eau. Le cylindre porte-plaque droit 10 se trouve, par suite du relâchement du vérin 45, dégrené du cylindre porte-blanchet 11, il s'arrête de tourner et vient en appui sur le cylindre lanceur droit 26. Son cliché peut donc être changé et un nouveau cycle d'impression pourra recommencer ultérieurement.

  • 2) disabling the clutch 34 and stopping the operation of the electronic tracking device 56.
  • 3) when the counter 55 arrives at the zero count and consequently at its recycling for a new draw, the pressure is released in the right cylinders 42 and 45, the pressurization of the left cylinder 41, which then causes the tilting of the pendulum 39 in a clockwise direction around the axis of the blanket cylinder 11 and consequently the coming into contact of the left plate cylinder 9 with the touching cylinder 5, and the strong pressurization of the jack 44. From this moment, printing continues with the left plate cylinder 9 which has been switched to the printing position in which it is in pressure contact both against the upper touch cylinder 5 and the lower blanket cylinder 11, without the printing line having been stopped. This print is transferred continuously by the same blanket 12 which was used for the previous printing and this without interruption in the distribution of ink and water. The right plate cylinder 10 is, as a result of the release of the jack 45, skewed from the blanket cylinder 11, it stops rotating and comes to rest on the right starter cylinder 26. Its picture can therefore be changed and a new printing cycle can start again later.

Claims (7)

1 - Appareil d'impression offset fonctionnant en tandem comprenant un bâti à la partie supérieure duquel sont montés un dispositif d'encrage et un dispositif de mouillage pour appliquer respectivement un film d'encre et un film de liquide de mouillage sur un cylindre toucheur d'axe horizontal monté à rotation sur le bâti, et à la partie inférieure duquel sont montés à rotation un cylindre porte-blanchet et un cylindre contre-partie tangents entre eux, et entre lesquels passe une nappe à imprimer et dont les axes s'étendent horizontalement et transversalement c'est-à-dire perpendiculairement à la nappe à imprimer, l'axe du cylindre porte-blanchet et celui du cylindre toucheur étant situés dans un même plan vertical, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:
- deux cylindres porte-plaque (9, 10) d'axes horizontaux et transversaux disposés respectivement de part et d'autre du plan vertical (P) passant par les axes des cylindres toucheur (5) et porte-blanchet (11), à un niveau intermédiaire entre ces deux cylindres,
- un support (39) des deux cylindres porte-plaque (9, 10) lequel est monté basculant autour de l'axe du cylindre porte-blanchet (11),
- deux cylindres lanceurs (25, 26) d'axes horizontaux et transversaux disposés respectivement un peu en dessous et vers l'extérieur par rapport à chaque cylindre porte-­plaque (9, 10) et des moyens de commande du mouvement de basculement du support (39) des cylindres porte-plaque (9, 10) de mise en pression de chacun de ces cylindres et de l'entraînement des cylindres lanceurs (25, 26) en rotation de manière à amener alternativement chacun des deux cylindres porte-plaque (9, 10) soit en position d'impression, dans laquelle il est en contact sous pression à la fois avec le cylindre toucheur supérieur (5) et le cylindre porte-blanchet inférieur (11) après l'avoir préalablement lancé en rotation à la même vitesse périphérique que celle du cylindre porte-blanchet (11) et l'avoir calé en position angulaire, soit en position d'attente à l'arrêt dans laquelle le cylindre porte-­plaque (9, 10) est écarté des cylindres toucheur (5) et porte-blanchet (11) et est en appui sur le cylindre lanceur correspondant (25, 26) pour permettre le change­ment de son cliché.

2 - Appareil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-blanchet (11) est entraîné en rotation à partir d'un arbre transversal (15), par l'intermédiaire d'un train d'engrenages (16, 17, 18) un premier engrenage (16) est lié directement au groupe d'encrage, par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre (15) dont la rotation est assurée par l'arbre principal de la machine, un deuxième engrenage (17) est un engrenage intermédiaire tandis que le troisième engrenage (18) est fixé au cylindre porte-blanchet (11) et son diamètre primitif correspond exactement au diamètre de cordons (19) soli­daires du cylindre porte-blanchet (11) et par conséquent au diamètre du format développé par l'impression, et le cylindre porte-plaque (9, 10), qui intervient pour l'impression de la série en cours, est entraîné en rotation à partir du cylindre porte-blanchet (11), par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage (21) solidaire du cylindre porte-blanchet (11) et d'un engrenage (22) solidaire du cylindre porte-plaque (10), ces engrenages (2, 22) ayant un même diamètre primitif identique à celui du troisième engrenage (18), chacun des cylindres porte-plaque (9, 10) étant solidaire de cordons (23) qui sont en appui, en position d'impression, sur les cordons (19) du cylindre porte-blanchet (11).2 -
