Definitions
- the invention relates to a suspension device for stacks of perforated continuous paper according to the preamble of claim 1.
- suspension devices are used to hold sheets of paper to be stored and to hang them up in a space-saving manner.
- the importance and the requirements for such suspension devices are constantly increasing, since in the course of modern administration and registration techniques based on electronic data processing, constantly increasing amounts of paper to be stored are incurred.
- a hanging device for stacks of perforated continuous paper which has two basic parts.
- the two base parts are pivotally hinged to one another and, in the non-pivoted state, are displaceable towards and away from one another without the attachment of the two parts having to be released from one another.
- Both basic parts have a cross section corresponding to a right angle, each with a horizontal wall and a vertical wall.
- the horizontal walls can be moved against each other transversely to the longitudinal extent of the base parts, so that the distance between the two vertical walls is variable.
- both base parts can be pivoted relative to one another.
- Two holding pins protrude from the inside of the one vertical wall, which, after both base parts have been pivoted apart, can be brought into engagement with the perforation holes in a stack of continuous paper perforated on the inside of the one vertical wall. As soon as the stack is placed, the two vertical walls are pivoted towards each other so that they again extend parallel to one another.
- a base part has a hook on the surface of its horizontal wall, by means of which the suspension device can be suspended from a rod.
- This known suspension device is in its transverse extent decisive for the storage capacity of a storage space, i.e. of the extent which runs in the direction of the suspension rod fastened in the storage space, can only be adapted according to the possible displacement between the basic parts.
- storage space is unnecessarily lost, since the capacity of the hanging device cannot be fully used and its expansion in the direction of the hanging bar nevertheless remains the same.
- the maximum capacity of the known suspension device is narrowly limited by the maximum distance that can be set between the vertical walls, so that in order to avoid dividing a stack of continuous paper that belongs together over several suspension devices, it is necessary to have suspension devices with different maximum loads when the stack thickness is quite common To provide absorption capacity. This inevitably results in a significant increase in the storage, organizational and procurement costs associated with the provision of the suspension devices.
- the invention has for its object to develop the generic suspension device for stacks of perforated continuous paper in such a way that it is virtually stepless in its transverse extent can be adapted to larger and smaller stack thicknesses compared to the prior art.
- auxiliary wings each of which accommodate all of the openings of a wing part, enable a comparatively simple structural design which ensures that the passages to the wing parts can be given away. Furthermore, with these auxiliary wings, a flat contact between the auxiliary wings and the stack of continuous paper to be picked up can be achieved.
- the formation of two pivot axes on the suspension part according to claim 4 reduces on the one hand the angular adjustment between the two wing parts and secondly ensures that the load introduced by the weight of the stack in the suspension part is equally transmitted by two pivot axes, so that with regard to the strength of the swivel axes, there are less requirements than with a swivel axis provided alone.
- the formation of a plurality of passages on the longitudinal end sections of the wing part enables the holding pin spacing to be easily adapted to the perforation spacing of the stack of continuous paper.
- the multiple division of each wing part according to claim 6 enables a material-saving design of the suspension device, which is particularly advantageous in comparatively light stacks of continuous paper.
- the training according to claim 7 offers itself, in which the wing parts are quasi plates, by means of which the weight force hanging on them is transmitted comparatively uniformly to the pivot axis and thus the suspension part.
- the holding effect of the suspension device on the stack can be enhanced by the formation of holding ribs on the inner surfaces of the wing parts, which also leads to correspondingly lower requirements for the strength properties of the holding pins penetrating the perforation of the stack.
- the suspension device can be formed in one piece according to claim 9, which results in considerable manufacturing simplifications.
- the one-piece design of the suspension device made of plastic according to claim 10 enables the formation of the pivot axes ensuring the mutual pivotability of the individual parts of the suspension device by means of comparatively simple production engineering measures.
- An increase in the torsional rigidity of the wing parts can be achieved according to claim 11 by designing the wing parts with an approximately triangular cross section or, for flat wing parts, according to claim 12 by arching the wing parts in the longitudinal direction.
- a suspension device 1 for stacks of perforated continuous paper is used to store the paper to be deposited, which is constantly increasing in the course of modern data processing techniques, etc., with a small space requirement.
- the suspension device 1 has a suspension part 15, in which a recess 16 is formed, through which a hook section 17 of the suspension part 15 is defined.
- the suspension device 1 can be suspended from a suspension rod by means of the hook section 17.
- the suspension part 15 essentially has a U cross section which is open at the bottom, two pivot axes A and B being formed on the lower end regions of the free legs of this cross section.
- a wing part 5, 10 is articulated on each pivot axis A, B.
- Both wing parts 5, 10 have an approximately triangular cross section and are formed on their inner surfaces with retaining ribs 6, 7 and 8 or 11, 12 and 13.
- the wing parts 5, 10 are independent of each other in relation pivotable on the suspension member 15.
- Swivel axes C, D are formed on the free longitudinal sides of the wing parts 5, 10, in each of which an auxiliary wing 25 or 30 is articulated.
- the auxiliary wings 25, 30 are freely pivotable on the respective wing part 5, 10.
- Openings 20 are formed near the free longitudinal side of each wing part, a group of openings 20 being provided in a longitudinal end region of each auxiliary wing 25, 30.
- the passages 20 can be pivoted with the auxiliary wings 25, 30 to the wing parts 5, 10, so that the passage axes can be aligned at right angles to the thickness of a stack of continuous paper to be accommodated.
- a wing part for example the wing part 5
- a wing part 10 is pivoted away from the wing part 10 located on a base, so that the inner surface of the wing part 10 is exposed.
- Suitable passages 20 of the auxiliary wing 30 articulated on the wing part 10 insert holding pins, not shown, which protrude from the inner surface of the wing part 10 or of the auxiliary wing 30.
- the stack of continuous paper is placed on the inner surface of the wing part 10 or the auxiliary wing 30 such that perforation holes aligned with one another come into engagement with the retaining pins projecting from the inner surface of the wing part 10 or the auxiliary wing 30.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a suspension device for stacks of perforated continuous paper according to the preamble of
Such suspension devices are used to hold sheets of paper to be stored and to hang them up in a space-saving manner. The importance and the requirements for such suspension devices are constantly increasing, since in the course of modern administration and registration techniques based on electronic data processing, constantly increasing amounts of paper to be stored are incurred.
A hanging device for stacks of perforated continuous paper is known, which has two basic parts. The two base parts are pivotally hinged to one another and, in the non-pivoted state, are displaceable towards and away from one another without the attachment of the two parts having to be released from one another.
Both basic parts have a cross section corresponding to a right angle, each with a horizontal wall and a vertical wall. The horizontal walls can be moved against each other transversely to the longitudinal extent of the base parts, so that the distance between the two vertical walls is variable. As soon as the two vertical walls are at a maximum distance from one another by moving the horizontal walls, both base parts can be pivoted relative to one another. Two holding pins protrude from the inside of the one vertical wall, which, after both base parts have been pivoted apart, can be brought into engagement with the perforation holes in a stack of continuous paper perforated on the inside of the one vertical wall. As soon as the stack is placed, the two vertical walls are pivoted towards each other so that they again extend parallel to one another. After that, the basic parts pushed towards each other so that the free ends of the retaining pins come into contact with the inside of the other vertical wall and the stack cannot be released from the suspension device. A base part has a hook on the surface of its horizontal wall, by means of which the suspension device can be suspended from a rod.
This known suspension device is in its transverse extent decisive for the storage capacity of a storage space, i.e. of the extent which runs in the direction of the suspension rod fastened in the storage space, can only be adapted according to the possible displacement between the basic parts. In other words, with comparatively thin stacks of perforated continuous paper, the thickness of which is less than the transverse extent of the hanging device with the vertical walls approximated to one another, storage space is unnecessarily lost, since the capacity of the hanging device cannot be fully used and its expansion in the direction of the hanging bar nevertheless remains the same. Furthermore, the maximum capacity of the known suspension device is narrowly limited by the maximum distance that can be set between the vertical walls, so that in order to avoid dividing a stack of continuous paper that belongs together over several suspension devices, it is necessary to have suspension devices with different maximum loads when the stack thickness is quite common To provide absorption capacity. This inevitably results in a significant increase in the storage, organizational and procurement costs associated with the provision of the suspension devices.
The invention has for its object to develop the generic suspension device for stacks of perforated continuous paper in such a way that it is virtually stepless in its transverse extent can be adapted to larger and smaller stack thicknesses compared to the prior art.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features in the characterizing part of the new main claim. Due to the mutual pivotability of the wing parts in relation to one another in connection with the pivotability of the passage axes of each wing part in relation to the wing part which forms or has the passage, it is possible to achieve a continuous adaptation of the suspension device to different stack thicknesses without a mutual displacement of the wing parts relative to one another and therefore a complex mechanism that would enable this shift would be required. The length of the holding pins can be adjusted by kinking or bending, since they protrude at least from the outside of a wing part through its passages.
The embodiment according to claim 2, in which both wing parts are pivotable to the suspension part, allows a design of the suspension part that is independent of the function-related design of the wing parts. The auxiliary wings according to claim 3, each of which accommodate all of the openings of a wing part, enable a comparatively simple structural design which ensures that the passages to the wing parts can be given away. Furthermore, with these auxiliary wings, a flat contact between the auxiliary wings and the stack of continuous paper to be picked up can be achieved. The formation of two pivot axes on the suspension part according to claim 4 reduces on the one hand the angular adjustment between the two wing parts and secondly ensures that the load introduced by the weight of the stack in the suspension part is equally transmitted by two pivot axes, so that with regard to the strength of the swivel axes, there are less requirements than with a swivel axis provided alone. The formation of a plurality of passages on the longitudinal end sections of the wing part enables the holding pin spacing to be easily adapted to the perforation spacing of the stack of continuous paper. The multiple division of each wing part according to claim 6 enables a material-saving design of the suspension device, which is particularly advantageous in comparatively light stacks of continuous paper. The
To receive a stack of continuous paper, a wing part, for example the
