Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Wasch- und Chemischreinigungsbeständigkeit feinbeschichteter Textilien, bei dem man den zur Beschichtung der Textilmaterialien verwendeten wäßrigen, filmbil­ denden und reaktive Gruppen enthaltenden Polymerdispersionen wasserun­ lösliche mit höheren Fettalkoholen oder Fettsäuren modifizierte Konden­ sationsprodukte aus Melamin, Formaldehyd und niederem Alkohol zusetzt und nach dem Trocknen des beschichteten Textilgutes bei höheren Temperaturen fixiert, sowie die Verwendung von Kondensationsprodukten des Melamins zusammen mit wäßrigen Polymerdispersionen bei der Feinbeschichtung von Textilien.
