Abstract

Telescopic spring rod comprising a particular device at the extremities to fix the rod directly by pressure exerted between the uprights of the window in an efficient and practical way. The fixation device has the possibility on the one hand to improve the anchoring on hard supports (metal for example) by arranging under the fixations a self-adhesive pad (B), and on the other hand to transmit the pressure of the spring to the fixing point situated outside the rod axis by arranging a piece (A) built-in perpendicularly to the rod, thereby making possible to install the rod away from the window pane. This rod is provided essentially for the installation of curtains simply by pressure, without using tools, on wooden, plastic or metal windows and even for multiple pane windows.

  • Selon la figure 5 la pièce ( A2 ) de par sa forme prend appui sous la verticale du point d'accrochage (appui sur vitre, ou fenêtre ou mur). Dans le cas d'emploi d'une pièce autocollante, celle-ci peut avantageusement comporter un renfort d'appui (B1) pour éviter le contact direct avec la vitre.
  • Selon la figure 6 la pièce ( A3 ) comporte un ou plusieurs trous permettant de déplacer un butoir permettant de régler le point d'appui en fonction de la position d'ancrage.
  • Selon la figure 7 la pièce ( A4 ) comporte deux parties : une qui accroche et l'autre avec retour d'appui, faites pour s'emboîter l'une contre l'autre sous l'action du serrage sous l'angle alpha choisi pour avoir la position d'appui souhaitée.
  • Selon la figure 11 la pièce (A6) forme un angle qui peut prendre appui sur le montant de la fenêtre pour maintenir la tringle.
  • Selon la figure 10 une variante : la pièce ( A5 ) peut comporter à la place de la pointe de fixation un élément anti-dérapant - par exemple un bouchon (D) en matière genre caoutchouc - ou qui peut avoir éventuellement la forme d'une vantouse.
  • Selon une variante : les fixations sont placées sur l'extérieur du châssis de la fenêtre (figure 2) le ressort, au lieu d'être comprimé, est un ressort tendu et les solutions d'appui peuvent être celles des figures 5, 6, 7 ou 11.

Claims (3)

  1. Fixing device for a small telescopic rod with pressure spring, for mounting net curtaining at a glazed window, having parts (A) of non-deformable rigid material which are embedded perpendicular to the axis of the rod and are fixed at the ends thereof, characterized in that the said parts (A) have a single hooking tip adapted to receive the entire pressure of the spring and to allow the rod to rotate about the hooking point, these pieces (A) being fixed by clamping against knobs fixed at the ends of the rod and holding the latter in a position spaced from the window and thus from the glazing, by bearing against the window, which limits rotation about the hooking point.
  2. Fixing device for curtain rod according to Claim 1, characterized in that the part (A6) forms an angle allowing it to bear against the edge of the upright of the window on the inner face side, to keep the rod away from the glass.
  3. Fixing device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the hooking point of the piece (A5) is formed by a non-slip fixing point, for example a rubber knob (D).
