Abstract

Das Arzneimittelbehältnis umfasst zwei Plätze zur Aufnahme von zwei verschiedenen Arzneimittel-Darreichdungsformen. Der erste Platz ist durch eine Tasche (10) zur Aufnahme von z.B. transdermalen Pflastern gebildet. Der zweite Platz enthält eine sandwichartig zwischen zwei Schachtelteilen (32, 34) eingeklemmte Durchdrückpackung (41) mit Einzeldosisbehältnissen (42).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arzneimittelbehältnis, insbesondere ein solches für transdermale Pflaster und andere Einzelsdosis-Darreichungs­formen.
  • Transdermale Pflaster sind bekanntlich Darreichungsformen, die Medika­mente langsam und konstant durch die Haut hindurch freisetzen. Ein solches bekanntes Pflaster enthält ein Oestrogen wie z.B. in der GB-A-2 093 694 beschrieben ist. Es liefert Oestrogen transdermal unter Umgehung der Leber, d.h. der "First-Pass"-Effekt des Lebermetabolismus wird vermieden. Vorzugsweise sollten Patienten, die solche Pflaster benutzen, zur gleichen Zeit Tabletten mit einem Gestagen einnehmen. Zum Beispiel kann der Patient während einer Periode von 28 Tagen 8 Pflaster und 12 Tabletten benötigten. Wenn Tabletten und Pflaster getrennt geliefert werden, ist es schwer, sich zu erinnern und zu wissen, wann ein neues Pflaster und wann eine Tablette einzunehmen ist.
  • Durch die Erfindung soll ein Behältnis geschaffen werden, welches dem Patienten die Sicherstellung der "synchronen" Behandlung mit Pflastern und die Einnahme von z.B. Tabletten erleichtert.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die Ausbildung des Behältnisses gemäss Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Ausser Tabletten sind unter Einzeldosis­Darreichungsformen u.a. Kapseln aus harter oder flexibler Gelatine, Ampullen, Zäpfchen etc. zu verstehen.
  • Eine Vielzahl von Blisterpackungen oder Schachteln sind in den Patent­schriften GB-A-689 631, DE-A-1 803 236, US-A- 1,474,248, DE-A-2 516 720, DE-A-2 714 420, CH-A-516 450, und EP-A-210 820 beschrieben. Keine dieser Patentschriften offenbart die Kombination einer Blisterpackung mit einer Tasche für transdermale Pflaster.
  • In den Patentschriften GB-A-1 236 675, GB-A-1 086 653, GB-A-974 179, GB-A-467 606, US-A-4,664,262, US-A-3,743,084 und US-A-3,567,013 werden verschiedene Behälter für Tabletten beschrieben. Keine dieser Patent­schriften jedoch offenbart eine gesonderte Tasche für transdermale Pflaster. Keiner der in den genannten Patentschriften offenbarten Behälter scheint gleichzeitig transdermale Pflaster und Tabletten enthalten zu können. Der Bodenteil des Behälters der US Patentschrift US-A-4,664,262 kann möglicherweise Pflaster enthalten, aber es gibt keinen Weg diese wieder herauszuholen.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in den Figuren dargestell­ten Ausführungsbeispiels in Form einer Schachtel näher erläutert; es zeigen
    • Fig. 1a einen Zuschnitt der Schachtel in Aufsicht,
    • Fig. 1b eine Durchdrückpackung in perspektivischer Darstellung,
    • Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Darstellung der offenen Schachtel und
    • Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung der geschlossenen Schachtel.
  • Die Schachtel der Fig. 2 bzw. 3 wird aus dem in Fig. la dargestellten "Zuschnitt" und der in Fig. 1b gezeigten Durchdrückpackung 41 gebildet. Hierzu wird der Zuschnitt um die durch strich-punktierte Linien angedeu­teten Falze entsprechend gefaltet.
  • Vor der Zusammenfaltung der Teile 32 und 34 um die Falzlinie 33 wird die Durchdrückpackung 41 der Fig. 1b zwischengelegt. Die Löcher 35 der Teile 32 und 34 sind spiegelbildlich zueinander. Die Tablettenbehält­nisse 42 weisen ein mit den Löchern 35 deckungsgleiches Muster auf, so dass die Tablettenbehältnisse und damit die Tabletten genau in die Löcher gesetzt werden können. Nach dem Zusammenfalten werden die Felder 32 und 34 miteinander bzw. mit der zwischengelegten Durchdrück­packung 41 je nach Material verklebt (Karton) oder verschweisst (Kunst­stoff). Es kann auch eine lösbare Kleb- und/oder Steck-Verbindung gewählt werden, was einen Austausch bzw. Ersatz der (verbrauchten) Durchdrück­packung ermöglicht. Die Packung kann dann für mehrere Behandlungszyklen verwendet werden. Zur Herstellung lösbarer Klebverbindungen werden Klebstoffe verwendet, welche einerseits nur eine begrenzte Haftkraft vermitteln und anderseits ein mehrmaliges Lösen und Zusammenkleben der Teile ermöglichen.
  • Die Felder 12 und 14 bilden der fertigen Schachtel die Hinter- und die Vorderwand der Tasche 10, die Felder 16 und 18 je eine Seitenwand, das Feld 20 den Boden und die Felder 23 und 36 den Verschlussdeckel. Die Felder 22, 24, 26 und 28 bilden Verbindungslaschen. Das Feld 38 bildet eine Stecklasche.
  • Zur Formung der Tasche 10 werden zunächst die Laschen 24 und 26 auf die Seitenwandfelder 16 und 18 gefaltet. Danach werden Faltungen um die entsprechenden Falze jeweils im Winkel von 90° (senkrecht zur Ebene des Zuschnitts) nach oben in der Reihenfolge Lasche 28 - Boden 20 - La­sche 22 - Seitenwand 18 - Vorderwand 14 - Seitenwand 16 durchgeführt. Die Laschen 28 und 22 kommen dabei auf die Rückwand zu liegen und werden mit dieser verklebt oder verschweisst. Die beiden Laschen 24 und 26 in der Tasche 10 können jetzt auf den Boden 20 gedrückt werden. Sie verhindern, dass sich zwischen den Seitenwänden 16, 18 und dem Boden 20 ein Spalt bildet.
  • Die Tasche 10 wird geschlossen, indem das Teil 30 mit den Tablettenbe­hältnissen 42 auf den Deckel 36 und letzterer anschliessend um 180° nach unten geklappt wird. In dieser Stellung ist der Deckel durch Einschieben der Stecklasche 38 in den Schlitz 40 in seiner Schliesstellung gegen unbeabsichtigtes Oeffnen gesichert.
  • Die Tasche 10 nimmt die Anzahl von Pflastern auf, die für einen Behand­lungszyklus benötigt werden, sowie einen Beipackzettel mit allen nötigen Angaben über die Medikamente sowie deren Einnahme. Der Deckel 36 kann zusätzlich Einnahmehinweise in Kurzform aufgedruckt oder durch eine aufgeklebte Etikette enthalten, die dem Patienten die Synchronisation der Einnahme der medikamente erleichtern, wann z.B. ein Pflaster zu verwenden und wann eine Tablette einzunehmen ist. Diese Art der Verbindung von Information und Behältnis hat den Vorteil, dass sie nicht verloren gehen kann. Zusätzliche Hinweise, wie z.B. 1. Tag, 2. Tag usw. können auch auf dem die Durchdrückpackung tragenden Teil 30 den Tablettenbehältnissen 12 zugeordnet aufgedruckt sein.
  • Das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Arzneimittel­behältnisses stellt nur eine der möglichen Ausführungsformen der Erfin­dung dar. Viele andere Ausführungsformen sind möglich. Wesentlich ist, dass das Behältnis gleichzeitig zwei Plätze für zwei verschiedene Arten von Darreichungsformen, z.B. einerseits transdermale Pflaster und z.B. anderseits Tabletten, enthält. Falls das Behältnis als Schachtel ausge­bildet ist, können selbstverständlich auch andere "Zuschnitte" als derjenige der Fig. 1a gewählt werden.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Platz für die Pflaster durch eine Tasche 10 gebildet. Dieser Platz kann aber auch anders realisiert sein, indem z.B. die Pflaster einzeln abtrennbar an einem Innenteil bzw. einer inneren Wandfläche der Packung befestigt sind.

Claims (14)

1. Arzneimittelbehältnis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Plätze für zwei verschiedene Arzneimittel-Darreichungsformen enthält, von denen der eine Platz Einzelbehältnisse (42) für Einzeldosis-Darreichungsformen, wie Tabletten, Kapseln, Ampullen, Suppositorien etc. umfasst, wobei die Einzelbehältnisse (42) mit dem Gesamtbehältnis unverlierbar verbunden und in der verbundenen Stellung behändigbar sind.
2. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Platz zur Aufnahme von transdermalen Pflastern ausgebildet ist.
3. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Platz zur Aufnahme von transdermalen Pflastern als verschliessbare Tasche (10) ausgebildet ist.
4. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtheit der Einzelbehältnisse (42) durch eine Durchdrückpackung (41) gebildet ist.
5. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchdrückpackung (41) (nach Verbrauch) auswechselbar ist.
6. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Schachtel mit Klappdeckel (36) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Einzelbehältnisse (41) in an einem mit dem Deckel (36) verbundenen, nach innen klappbaren Teil (30) angeordnet sind.
7. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nach innen klappbare Teil (30) mit den Einzeldosisbehältnissen (42) am vorderen freien Rand des Klappdeckels angelenkt ist.
8, Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 6, oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nach innen klappbare Teil mit den Einzeldosisbehältnissen (42) selbst durch zwei zusammenklappbare Teile (32, 34) gebildet ist, welche Löcher (35) aufweisen, die in einem mit den Einzeldosisbehältnissen (42) der Durchdrückpackung (41) deckungsgleichen "Muster" angeordnet sind, und dass die Durchdrückpackung sandwichartig zwischen diesen Teilen (32, 34) eingeklemmt ist.
9. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus den beiden zusammenklappbaren Teilen (32, 34) und der Durchdrück­packung (41) bestehende "Sandwich" mittels eines Klebstoffs verklebt ist, welcher eine begrenzte Haftkraft aufweist.
10. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, soweit die zusammenklappbaren Teile (32, 34) mit Klebstoff beschichtet sind, diese Beschichtung ein mehrmaliges Zusammenkleben und Lösen ermöglicht.
11. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusammenklebbaren Teile (32, 34) je 12 Löcher (35) aufweisen.
12. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klappdeckel (36) in seiner Schliessstellung durch eine in einen Schlitz (40) einschiebbare Lasche (38) fixierbar ist.
13. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Innenseite des Klappdeckels Gebrauchs-Infor­mationen aufgedruckt sind, oder eine mit diesen Informationen versehene Klebetikette befestigt ist.
14. Arzneimittelbehältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schachtel aus einem einzigen integralen Zu­schnitt (Fig. 1a) und einer Durchdrückpackung (Fig. 1b) gebildet ist.
