Die Folienwickelmaschine hat erhöhten Gebrauchswert. Das Umwickeln des Packstückes oder dergleichen kann mit weitgehend gleichbleibender Abzugsspannung geschehen. Es besteht nicht die Gefahr, daß die Packstücke insbesondere in ihrem Eckbereich einerzu großen Spannung unterliegen und dort eingedrückt werden können. Erreicht ist dieser Vorteil dadurch, daß beim Durchlauf des Wagens bzw. des Trägers durch die bögenförmigen Umlenkabschnitte die Folienabzugsstelle stehenbleibt, während der Träger mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit weiterläuft und dabei um die Folienabzugsstelle schwenkt. Demgemäß bewegt sich die Folienabzugsstelle auf einer Rechteckbahn, die der Form eines Packstückes weitgehend angepasst ist. Bezüglich der Packstücke kann es sich dabei um auf einer Palette gestapelte Kartons oder dergleichen handeln. Dieser Stillstand der Folienabzugsstelle bietet sich an, günstig eine Folienende-Haltevorrichtung mit Abschneidemesser zu integrieren. Diese kann während des Stillstandes der Folienabzugsstelle ihre Arbeitsschritte ausführen, so daß entsprechende Stillstandszeiten eliminiert sind unter Erhöhung der Wirtschafflickeit der Folienwickelmaschine. Im übrigen arbeitet diese sehr erschütterungsfrei. Trotz der erheblichen vorgenannten Vorteile läßt sich der Aufbau der Folienwickelmaschine einfach gestalten. Besonders günstig erweist es sich, die Folienabzugsstelle von einer Folien- Abzugswalze zu bilden, welche bei Durchfahren der bogenförmigen Umlenkabschnitte der Bahn den Drehpunkt des Trägers darstellt. Handelt es sich bezüglich der Umlenkabschnitte um Krümmungsbögen, so bietet es sich an, die Folien-Abzugswalze so anzuordnen, daß sie beim Durchlaufen der Umlenkabschnitte etwa im Krümmungsbogen-Mittelpunkt derselben stehenbleibt. Werden ausschließlich von einer Palette getragene Packstücke verwendet, so ist die rechteckige Bauform der Bahn von Vorteil, wobei die geradlinigen Abschnitte durch in Form von Viertelkreisen gestaltete Umlenkabschnitte verbunden sind derart, daß dann die Viertelkreise etwa symmetrisch zu den Packstückecken ausgerichtet sind. Die gleichbleibende Folienspannung beim Umwickeln ist daher optimal. Durch die von Hindernissen der Bahn ein-und aussteuerbare Bremse für den Folienabzug kann bei Beginn des Wickelvorganges die Folienspannung sehr niedrig gehalten werden, so daß das dem Packstück zugekehrte Ende der Folie keiner zu großen Spannung ausgesetzt ist. Selbst wenn das Folienende nicht durch eine Haltevorrichtung fixiert sein sollte, kann dennoch das Einwickeln vorgenommen werden. Erst nach einer genügend festen Anlage der Folie an dem Packstück durch Hafteffekt wird die Bremse eingesteuert unter Vergrößerung der Folienspannung auf die normale Wickelspannung. Den Folienvorratsrollen-Träger über Gelenklaschen dem umlaufenden Zug zuzuordnen, erweist sich bautechnisch als besonders günstig. Die Scharnierachse im einen Bereich und die Zapfen/schiitzverbindung im anderen Bereich es vorzusehen, gestattet diesem das Schwenken beim Durchlaufen der viertelkreisförmigen Umlenkabschnitte um den Mittelpunkt derselben. Einem Kippen des Trägers wird durch die zwei übereinander umlaufenden Kettenzüge und jedem Kettenzug zugeordneten, beidendig schienengeführten Haltezapfen für die Gelenklaschen entgegengewirkt. Die Zugspannung an der Folie und an den Längskanten derselben ist daher stets gleich. Nach Beendigung des Einwickelvorganges tritt dann die in Richtung des Packstückes verlagerbare Folienende-Haltevorrichtung mit Abschneidmesser in Funktion derart, daß nach Durchtrennen der Folie deren von derVorratsrolle kommendes Ende gehalten ist. Damit die Folienende-Haltevorrichtung während des Einwickelns des Packstückes nicht das Einwickeln stört, ist sie zusätzlich zu ihrer linearen Zustellung in Richtung des Packstückes aus ihrer senkrecht zur Umlaufebene gerichteten Stellung ihres Haltearmes in Parallellage zur Umlaufebene umschwenkbar. Dieses Umschwenken erfolgt erst dann, wenn nach Beginn des Einwickelvorganges das dem Packstück zugekehrte Folienende genügend fest durch die folgenden Wickellagen bzw. durch Haftneigung fixiert ist. Auf ein Umschwenken kann jedoch verzichtet werden, wenn die Folienende-Haltevorrichtung aus ihrer senkrecht zur Umlaufebene gerichteten Stellung weiter in Aufwärtsrichtung fährt, beispielsweise mittels einer Hubsteuerung. Ein wendelartiges Einwickeln läßt sich in einfacher Weise dadurch erreichen, wenn die Bahn während des Einwickelns in Höhenrichtung verfährt.The film wrapping machine has an increased utility value. Erst bei weiterer Verlagerung des Rohres 39 in Richtung des Packstückes wird der Klemmbelag 42 komprimiert, und dann tritt das Schneidmesser 41 in Aktion unter Durchtrennen der Folie. Das zur Vorratsrolle 32 führende Folienende 33' ist somit von dem Haltearm 45 fixiert. Das packstückseitige Folienende 33" kann zufolge entsprechender Bemessung der Arme 40, 44 aus der Mulde 46 heraustreten und wird in Anlage zum Packstück gebracht.
