Apparatus according to claim 11, characterized in that it comprises high (22) and low (23) abutment axes disposed between the two flanges (13 a , 13 b ) of the bracket (13), which determine the high and low positions between which the tilting block (14) moves by rotation, as well as a stop (24) disposed between the two elements (14 a , 14 b ) of the tilting block (14) determining the rear position of the head (17) and a stud (25), which is carried by said head (17) and which cooperates with an axis (26) located between said two elements (14 a , 14 b ) to determine the front position of said head ( 17). 13.
