  • qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Materialien
  • hinterlüftetes System und dadurch optimaler Betonschutz
  • ästhetische Aufwertung (ev. durch Farbenspiel) von Tunnelwänden
  • Fahrverhalten darf nicht gestört werden

Nach Installation der Verkleidungsplatten muß die Funktionstüchtigkeit aufrechterhalten bleiben, was durch Hilfskräfte und Service-Personal möglich sein muß. Claims (10)

  1. Device for fixing lining panels at a predetermined distance in front of a wall, comprising at least a lower U-shaped panel carrier rail (2) and an upper U-shaped panel cover rail (3) forming a diving groove, said rails being provided to be fixed to the wall to be lined with their grooves one opposite the other in a horizontal position and at a mutual distance corresponding essentially to the length of the panels, whereby said panels (1), due to the diving groove, can be slipped from the front side into the opposed rail grooves; and comprising further U-shaped supporting rails (4) which are provided to be fixed on fixing means (9) mounted in the wall in a vertical position between the panel carrier rails (2) and the panel cover rails (3) at lateral distances which are somewhat greater than the width of the panels (1) to be fixed, characterized in that said panels (1) are to be mounted onto fixing bolts (9) to be anchored in the wall and are to be fixed at the wall by means of screwed nuts (11), whereby said U-shaped supporting rails (4) present at their outer leg ends supporting surfaces (4b) which are parallel to the connecting web coming into contact with the wall, said surfaces determining the wall distance of the panels (1) lying thereon; and in that furthermore clamping bars (5) are provided which are to be mounted from the exterior onto said screwed fixing bolts (9) and which are fixed thereon by further screwed nuts (12), which bars are pressing said panels (1) against the supporting surfaces (4b) of the supporting rails (4) by bridgeing the open groove of said rails (4).
  2. Fixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the U-shaped panel carrier rail (2) and the U-shaped panel cover rail (3) are provided in the connecting webs (2c;3c) with ventilating openings (2d;3d).
  3. Fixing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the width of the groove of the U-shaped panel carrier rail (2) is only a little bit greater than the height of the U-shaped supporting rails (4) plus the thickness of the panels (1) to be fixed, whilst the width of the groove of the U-shaped panel cover rail (3) is greater than the width of the panel carrier rail (2) in order to serve as diving groove for inserting the panels (1).
  4. Fixing device according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the fixing bolts (9) which are to be anchored in the wall present, after their achoring, a screwed section extending freely to the exterior having a length which permits the fixing of the supporting rail (4) and the clamping bar (5) on this section by means of screwed nuts.
  5.   7. Fixing device according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that the clamping bar (5) has openings (5d) for introducing the fixing bolts (9) and the fixing nuts (12) respectively.
  8. Fixing device according to claim 7, characterized by closure flaps for closing the openings (5d) in the clamping bar (5).
  9. Fixing device according to any of claims 1-8, characterized by further supports (8) serving as auxiliary supports to be mounted each on the wall between two adjacent U-shaped supporting rails (4).
  10. Use of the fixing device according to claims 1-9 for fixing lining panels on tunnel walls.
