Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Eindeckrahmen von Dachfenstern, Türen o.dgl., bestehend aus einem First und einem Brustblech sowie zwei Kehlblechen und einer Bleischürze.
Die Erfindung betrifft ferner Bleibänder jeder Art für Dacheindeckungen und Fassadenverkleidungen bzw. Hilfsmaterialien für Dach und Wand.The invention relates to a roof frame of roof windows, doors or the like, consisting of a ridge and a breast plate and two flashing plates and a lead apron.

Um einen wasserdichten Übergang zwischen dem Eindeckrahmen eines Dachfensters und dem Dach zu erreichen, werden Bleischürzen verwendet. Dabei wird das Material von größeren Rollen vom Rahmen aus nach unten abgewickelt und dann gestreckt, um es der Form der Dachziegel anzupassen. Hierzu wird das Material mit einem Holz in die Vertiefung der Ziegel reingedrückt, wobei vielfach Risse in der Bleischürze entstehen, durch welche Wasser hindurchdringen kann. Da die Bleischürze unmittelbar der Witterung ausgesetzt ist, verwittert das Blei im Laufe der Jahre, so daß man von Anfang an eine stärkere Dicke, als an sich notwendig ist, wählen muß. Hinzu kommt, daß eine verwitterte Bleischürze ein unschönes Aussehen hat und als Fremdkörper am Dach empfunden wird.Lead aprons are used to achieve a watertight transition between the roof frame of a roof window and the roof. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die in den Patentansprüchen angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die elastische Verbindung zwischen Bleischürze und Aluminiumschicht eine flexible Anpassung an die jeweiligen Gegebenheiten der Dacheindeckung ermöglichen. Durch die Raffung beim Wellen der Bleischürze einschließlich des Aluminiumblechs tritt eine erhebliche Flächenzunahme auf, die für Anpassungen an die Dacheindeckungen zur Verfügung steht.The object is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the patent claims. Das Copolymer ist weich und elastisch und kann bei auftretenden Rissen diese ausfüllen und dadurch einen Angriff auf die darunterliegende Metallschicht verhindern. Die Bleischürze 1 schließt sich an das Brustblech 2 und das Kehlblech 3 an. Sie setzt sich aus der eigentlichen Bleischicht 4 und einer mit dieser verbundenen Alufolie 5 zusammen, welche auf der Bleischicht 4 aufliegt. Dabei kann die Alufolie 5 auf die Bleischicht 4 aufgeklebt sein. In gleicher Weise wie bei der Blechverkleidung eines Dachfensters gem. Fig. 1 u. 2 können auch andere Bleibänder für Dacheindeckungen, Fassaden und Hilfsmaterialien zum Abdichten von Übergängen, z.B. bei Dach/Wand-Eckverbindungen ausgeführt werden. - Covering frame for skylights, doors or the like, consisting of a top and a bottom plate and two side plates and a lead apron, characterised in that the lead apron (1) is covered with at least one aluminium layer (5).
- Covering frame according to claim 1, characterised in that the aluminium layer or the aluminium layers consist of a foil, a thin strip or strip of pure aluminium or of an aluminium alloy.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layer or aluminium layers consist of aluminium composite materials.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layer or aluminium layers are adhered to the lead apron.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a material, e.g. adhesive tape, foil or the like, carrying the adhesive is placed between the aluminium layer or aluminium layers and the lead apron.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lead apron is tin-plated.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lead apron is at least partly encased in the aluminium layers or the aluminium composite materials.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lead apron (1) is completely covered with aluminium layers (5).
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lead apron is corrugated, gathered and pleated together with the aluminium layer.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layer is provided with a coloured layer.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the coloured layer consists of a lacquer or plastics foil.
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layers are applied on both sides of the lead apron (1).
- Covering frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layers are coloured electrochemically.
- Lead flashings of any kind for roof coverings and facade linings or auxiliary materials for roof and wall, characterised in that the lead flashing (1a) is covered with at least one aluminium layer (5a).
- Lead flashings according to claim 14, characterised in that the aluminium layer or aluminium layers consist of a foil, a thin strip or strip of pure aluminium or of an aluminium alloy.
- Lead flashings according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aluminium layer or aluminium layers consist of aluminium composite materials.
- Lead flashings according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that aluminium layer or aluminium layers are adhered to the lead flashing.
