Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a concrete security structure for floors, walls and ceilings with reinforcements and plate-shaped armor elements surrounded on all sides by concrete, and a carrying clamp basket for use in concrete security structures for floors, walls and ceilings.
  • EP-A-150 665 discloses a concrete safety wall with plate-shaped armor elements cast into the concrete, the armor elements being arranged parallel to the concrete outer walls.
  • This known concrete safety wall has the disadvantage that the concrete flows poorly into the structure of reinforcing bars and armor elements, and it is more difficult to insert a concrete vibrating bottle between the buffer elements.
  • a drill and gouging machine which is placed perpendicular to the concrete safety wall for the purpose of breaking in, can attack too easily in the armored elements.
  • a wall for safes, safes and the like which has a concrete block, the reinforcement of which consists of obliquely arranged steel rails h.
  • the wall according to this previously known publication no carrying clamp basket could be arranged, since the insert rails h are flush on one side are limited by a metal insert c and on the other side by an armor plate i.
  • the aim is to allow the concrete mass to flow easily and homogeneously into the reinforcement structure, which includes, for example, static reinforcement, a carrying clamp basket and armored elements. Furthermore, the placement of a drill to break up the concrete safety structure is to be made more difficult.
  • the plate-shaped armor elements are arranged obliquely to the concrete outer walls and at least partially parallel to one another and a carrying clamp basket is provided for holding the armor elements, the bars running parallel to the concrete outer walls and at least partially stirrups arranged in the area of the latter includes.
  • the carrying clamp basket has longitudinal bars and brackets provided at least partially in the region thereof for holding armored elements.
  • FIG. 1 shows a section through a first exemplary embodiment of a concrete security structure for walls 1.
  • the formwork not visible in the figure for the concrete construction is held together by formwork ties 2.
  • Static reinforcement bars 4, 5, 6 and 7 are provided in the outer edge areas of the concrete mass 3, the reinforcement bars 4 and 5 being arranged in one edge area and the reinforcement bars 6 and 7 being arranged perpendicular to one another and in contact with one another in the other edge area.
  • a reinforcement spacer cage 8 is provided, which comprises bars 9 and 10 running parallel to the outside of the wall and transverse bars 11 and 12 running at an oblique angle to them.
  • spacers 13 are provided, for example, every 1 m.
  • a special carrying clamp basket 14 for holding plates 15 is made Manganese steel provided.
  • the special carrying clamp basket 14 has rods 16 and 17 running parallel to the concrete safety outer wall and brackets 18 which are bent at an oblique angle and are bent twice by 90 °.
  • the manganese steel plates 15 are each arranged between the longer leg 19 of a bracket 18 and the shorter leg 20 of the bracket thereafter.
  • the manganese steel plates 15 are fastened with clamps 21 in the special carrying clamp basket 14.
  • the brackets 18, between which the manganese steel plates 15 are clamped, form modules with a distance of approximately 25-30 cm.
  • reinforcing bars 22 which run parallel to the concrete outer wall and are arranged in the area of the carrying clamp basket 14 and run perpendicular to the longitudinal bars 16 and 17 of the carrying clamp basket 14.
  • the advantage of the manganese steel plates arranged obliquely to the outer walls is, on the one hand, that the concrete mass can easily be poured into the reinforcement and is distributed homogeneously between the reinforcing bars and the manganese steel plates 15.
  • a monolithic concrete structure can be achieved and no pebbles form.
  • concrete vibrating bottles can also be better inserted into the concrete mass.
  • the structure of the reinforcing bars with the manganese steel plates described is suitable for both horizontal and vertical walls, in particular for vaults and other security rooms, for example in embassies or data protection rooms.
  • Another advantage of the arrangement of the manganese steel plates described is that a diamond drill bit used to break up the safety structure would slip off the oblique surface of the manganese steel plates.
  • FIG. 2 shows a section through a second exemplary embodiment of a concrete security structure 23. Elements of the second exemplary embodiment which correspond to those of the first exemplary embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
  • the static reinforcements 4, 5, 6 and 7 and the spacer cage 8 with the longitudinal bars 9 and 10 and the transverse bars 11 and 12 are of the same design as described in the first embodiment.
  • a formwork tie 2 is also provided for the concrete formwork, not shown, at regular intervals.
  • the static reinforcement is also, as described in the first exemplary embodiment, held at a necessary regular distance by spacers 13, which are arranged, for example, every 1 m.
  • the special carrying clamp basket 24 for holding the manganese steel plates 25 is arranged between the special basket 8 and the static reinforcing bars 4 and 5. As in the first exemplary embodiment, it likewise comprises longitudinal bars 16 and 17 running parallel to the outer wall of the concrete. Furthermore, metal brackets 26 bent twice at an oblique angle are provided, which comprise a base 27, a longer leg 28 and a shorter leg 29. Furthermore, transverse bars 30 are provided perpendicular to the longitudinal bars 16 and 17 in the region of the two legs 28 and 29. The cross bars 30 are bent at least at one end 31 and engage over one end of the manganese steel plates 25. The manganese steel plates are each arranged along the short leg 29 of the trapezoidal bracket 26 and along the part of the longer leg 28 facing away from the base 27.
  • the manganese steel plates are arranged in a zigzag shape, with two successive manganese steel plates enclosing the same acute angle with the concrete outer wall lying adjacent to their respective end.
  • a manganese steel plate 25 is fastened with a clamp 32 to the base 27 and on held at the other end by the curved end 31 of the cross bar 30.
  • the subsequent manganese steel plate lies on the central area of the cross bar 30 and is held in the central area of the base bar 27 of the next module with a clamp 33.
  • the second embodiment gives the same advantages as the first embodiment, namely an easy pouring of the concrete mass into the formwork and a homogeneous distribution of the concrete mass within the reinforcements with the manganese steel plates.
  • the introduction of concrete vibrating bottles is also made easier. Due to the oblique arrangement of the manganese steel plates, the use of diamond drill bits for drilling through them is also made considerably more difficult.
