Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Ausstoßen von Behältern, insbesondere von Munition, aus einem Gefechtskopf oder dergleichen Behältnis nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Derartige Vorrichtungen sind bekannt (vgl. DE-PS 30 26 159). Der Gasgenerator weist dabei eine massive Feststofftreibladung in dem gasdurchlässigen Rohr in der Mitte des Balges auf und ist damit hinsichtlich des Abgangsverhaltens der auszustoßenden Behälter praktisch nicht variabel.
- Der Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Abgangsverhalten der auszustoßenden Behälter in weiten Grenzen auf einfache Weise variierbar zu machen.
- Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung besteht der Gasgenerator also aus einem vorzugsweise mit einer Folie verdämmten, z. B. als Siebrohr ausgebildeten gasdurchlässigen Rohr, in das eine teilchenförmige vorzugsweise plättchenförmige Treibladung gefüllt ist. Die Geometrie der Öffnungen des gasdurchlässigen Rohres ist auf die Treibladung abgestimmt, um die gewünschte Klemmung, d. h. das gewünschte Verhältnis der Gesamtflächen aller Öffnungen des gasdurchlässigen Rohres zu dessen Mantelfläche zu erhalten. Die Treibladung wird durch wenigstens eine pyrotechnische Anzündschnur entzündet, welche in der Mittelachse des gasdurchlässigen Rohres liegt und die ein Gemisch aus einer sauerstoffabgebenden Verbindung, wie Kalium- oder Ammoniumperchlorat, sowei ein Metallpulver, wie Aluminiumpulver gegebenenfalls mit Zusätzen, wie einem Kunststoff- Partikelanzündmischung vorgesehen. Durch geeignete Abstimmung dieser Komponenten (Ausströmöffnungen des gasdurchlässigen Rohres, Verdämmung, Treibladungsgeometrie, pyrotechnische Anzündschnur und Partikel-Anzündmischung) kann nicht nur die Anzündung und Funktion des Gasgenerators gesteuert werden, sondern damit auch die Wirkung der Ausstoßvorrichtung in bezug auf das Abgangsverhalten der insbesondere Munition enthaltenden Behälter.
- Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Darin zeigen
- Figur 1 einen Gefechtskopf im Querschnitt;
- Figur 2 eine teilweise längsgeschnittene Ansicht des Gasgenerators; und
- Figur 3 einen der Figur 2 entsprechenden Längsschnitt, jedoch in vergrößerter und nur teilweiser Wiedergabe;
- Gemäß Figur 1 befindet sich in der Hülle 2 eines Gefechtskopfes 1 Streumunition 3.
- Ferner ist ein Balg 4 vorgesehen, der konzentrisch zur Längsachse 5 des Gefechtskopfes 1 angeordnet ist. Der Balg 4 weist konkave, d. h. zur Längsachse 5 hin gerichtete Taschen 6 auf, in denen sich die Streumunition 3 befindet. Die beiden Stirnseiten des Balges 4 sind, was aus der Zeichnung nicht hervorgeht, durch Schottplatten abgedeckt. Bei Beaufschlagung des Balges 4 von innen mit Druckgas verformt er sich zu einem Zylinder, d. h. die Taschen 6 werden mit hoher Geschwindigkeit nach außen gestülpt und dabei die Streumunition 3 ausgestoßen. Statt vier können z. B. auch drei Taschen 6 vorgesehen sein.
- Die Druckbeaufschlagung des Balges 4 erfolgt durch den Gasgenerator 7. Der Gasgenerator 7 besteht aus einem konzentrisch zur Längsachse 5 angeordneten Siebrohr 8, das an seiner Innenwand mit einer Polyethylenfolie 9 verdämmt ist. Entlang der gesamten Längsachse 5 erstrecken sich in der Mitte des Rohres 8 zwei Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ.
- Die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ, können z. B. durch eine sogenannte Hivelite-Schnur gebildet sein, welche durch ein Metallröhrchen gebildet wird, in dem eine Anzündmischung aus Cäsiumborhydrid, Kaliumnitrat als Oxidationsmittel und einem Polyethylenglykolbindemittel enthalten ist. Bei Verwendung mehrerer Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, werden diese durch Spannbänder 13ʹ zusammengehalten.
- Um die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ ist eine Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 angeordnet, d. h. eine Anzündmischung, die beim Abbrand ein partikelreiches Heißgas erzeugt. Die Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 kann z. B. aus einem Gemisch aus einer Sauerstoff abgebenden Verbindung, wie Kaliumnitrat, und einem Metallpulver, z. B. Bor- oder Aluminiumpulver bestehen.
- Die Partikelanzündmischung 11 ist mit einer Schlauchfolie 13, vorzugsweise einem Schrumpfschlauch umgeben. In dem Ringraum zwischen der Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 bzw. der Schlauchfolie 13 und dem Rohr 8 bzw. der Verdämmungsfolie 9 befindet sich die aus Plättchen bestehende Treibladung 12. Die Schlauchfolie 13 verhindert, daß sich die Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 mit der Treibladung 12 im unbetätigbaren Zustand der Vorrichtung vermischt und bewirkt eine gezielte, z. B. gleichmäßige Verteilung der Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 um die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ.
- Die Treibladung 12 besteht z. B. aus einem doppelbasigen Treibstoff.
- Gemäß Fig. 3 sind in die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ pyrotechnische Verzögerungselemente 14 integriert, die von einer nicht dargestellten Verstärkerladung initiiert werden können. Die Verzögerungselemente 14 stecken in einem Gehäuse, das über eine Tülle 16 in ein Rohr 15 mündet. Es ist ersichtlich, daß die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ, die Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 und die Schlauchfolie 13 eine Einheit bilden. Diese Einheit ist über den Folienschlauch 13 mit dem Rohr 15 verbunden.
- Durch Verschlußteile 18, 18ʹ ist das Siebrohr 8 an beiden Enden verschlossen. Im Verschlußteil 18ʹ ist dabei das andere Ende der Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ mit z. B. Klebstoff 17 befestigt. Weiterhin sind auf den Anzündschnüren 10, 10ʹ Inertkörper z. B. in Form von Kunststoffschaumstoffringen 19, 19ʹ in beliebiger axialer Verteilung vorgesehen, z. B. zwischen der Treibladung 12 und dem Verzögerungselement 14 sowie am anderen Ende des Rohres 8.
- Zum Ausstoß der Streumunition 3 wird zunächst die Gefechtskopfhülle 2 z. B. durch nicht dargestellte Schneidschnüre beseitigt. Daraufhin werden, verzögert durch das Verzögerungselement 14, die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ gezündet. Die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ führen zum Anbrennen der Partikel-Anzündmischung 11. Durch die brennende Partikel-Anzündmischung 11 wird die Schlauchfolie 13 zerstört, wodurch die heißen Partikel der Anzündmischung 11 zwischen die Plättchen der Treibladung 12 gedrückt werden und diese entzünden. Auf diese Weise erfolgt die Anzündung der Treibladung 12 gleichzeitig über die gesamte Länge mit entsprechend raschem und kontrollierbarem Druckaufbau.
- Die Verdämmung bzw. die Folie 9 ist erforderlich, weil ein ausreichend hoher Druck bzw. eine ausreichend hohe Temperatur erforderlich sind, um die Treibladung 12 anzuzünden.
- Andererseits führt das Öffnen der Verdämmung 9 zu einem plötzlichen Druckabfall. Die heißen Partikel der ITLX-Anzündschnur 10, 10ʹ haben demgemäß nicht nur die Aufgabe, die Anzündung der Treibladung 12 zu bewirken, vielmehr verhindern sie auch, daß die Treibladung 12 in Folge des Druckabfalls nach dem Öffnen der Verdämmung 9 erlöschen kann.
- Durch den geschilderten Aufbau des Gasgenerators 7 kann also ein schneller und gleichmäßiger Druckaufbau in dem Balg 4 und damit eine hohe Abgangsbeschleunigung der Streumunition 3 erreicht werden.
- Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung besteht nun darin, daß die Abgangsbeschleunigung oder allgemein das Abgangsverhalten der Streumunition den jeweiligen Anforderungen relativ leicht angepaßt und über die Länge des Balges variiert werden kann.
- Neben der Klemmung, d. h. dem Verhältnis der Gesamtfläche der Öffnungen des Siebrohres 8 zu dessen Mantelfläche, der Art der Verdämmung und der Art und Menge der Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ kann dies durch die Art, Menge und axiale Verteilung des Treibstoffs sowie die Konfiguration der Treibladung 12 und deren axiale Verteilung erfolgen.
- Insbesondere ist es möglich, gemäß Fig. 2 die Treibladung 12 durch, in axialem Abstand voneinander angeordnete, sich radial erstreckende Trennwände 20 aus Inertmaterial zwischen der Schlauchfolie 13 und dem Rohr 9 in einzelne Segmente oder Ringkammern 21 zu trennen. Die Trennwände 20 können dabei z. B. aus Kunststoff- oder Schaumstoffringen bestehen.
- In jede dieser Kammern 21 kann nun gezielt eine bestimmte Treibstoffmenge eingebracht werden, z. B. um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung einer bestimmten Treibstoffmenge entlang dem Rohr 8 zu erhalten.
- Auch können entlang dem Rohr 8 mehrere durch Schottplatten getrennte Bälge 4 hintereinander angeordnet sein, die jeweils mit Streumunition bestückt sind, wobei das Abgangsverhalten der Streumunition der einzelnen Bälge 4 in ähnlicher Weise, also z. B. durch die für jeden Balg 4 im Gasgenerator 7 vorgesehene Treibladungsmenge steuerbar ist, z. B. aber auch durch weitere in die Anzündschnüre 10, 10ʹ integrierte pyrotechnische Verzögerungselemente, wobei entweder die dadurch entstehenden gesamten Anzündeinheiten mit der entsprechenden Art, Menge und Verteilung der Treibladung 12 in einem einzigen Rohr 8 z. B. durch Trennwände oder Schottplatten voneinander getrennt oder mehrere getrennte komplette Gasgeneratoren 7 in der Gefechtskopflängsachse 5 in einer Reihe hintereinander angeordnet werden können.
