Description

For the sales-oriented presentation of goods, wall shelves are used in retail where the shelves, gondolas, baskets or other containers holding the goods are attached to brackets, which in turn are hung on columns attached to a building wall, for example, and protrude freely from them. In self-service markets, goods stocks packed on pallets are also stored in upper floors of heavy load shelves arranged above normal range, which are constructed from lattice stands and trusses inserted between them, the above-described sales or self-service shelves in the free space below the pallet floors of the heavy load shelves be set up. In this way, an end stand of the self-service shelf comes to stand on both sides of each intermediate stand of the heavy-duty shelf. In such a case, a continuous installation of the self-service shelf with intermediate stands that are used on both sides is not possible because of the intermediate stands of the heavy-duty shelf filled with a latticework. The resulting large number of stands with such a combined arrangement of heavy-duty and self-service shelves not only requires correspondingly high investment costs, but also leads to poor utilization of the available sales space.

From DE-C3-2 913 981 a goods rack according to the first part of claim 1 is known, in which a heavy duty shelf is combined with a self-service shelf. The heavy duty shelf consists of two shelf halves and the stands of the self-service shelf are inserted between the adjacent longitudinal members of the shelf halves of the heavy duty shelf. In this case too, the Ge total number of stands required and the associated investment costs high, the space utilization, however, unsatisfactory.

Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des kenn zeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1,The invention has for its object to provide a combined heavy duty and self-service shelf, which leads to a lower cost and space. This object is achieved with the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1,

The goods shelf according to the invention has shelf stands which, in terms of their basic construction, are heavy-duty shelf stands constructed from two columns connected by lattice struts, but at the same time serve as intermediate or end stands for a self-service shelf for hanging the consoles customary there. Since the cut-outs used to hang the trusses of the heavy-duty shelf on the one hand and the cut-outs used to hang the other elements of the self-service shelf on the other hand are arranged on opposite surfaces of a profile that is essentially closed via the welded-in lattice struts, the shelf stand is characterized by its high load-bearing capacity.

A further increase in the load-bearing capacity of the shelf stands, in particular also the end faces, which are provided with the cutouts for hanging the self-service shelf elements, is achieved by the measure of claim 2.

A profile which largely corresponds to the column profile used in the invention is known as such from EP-A-0 151 902 and similarly also from DE-A-2 951 806 and DE-U-7 421 737. However, none of these further publications contain references to the use of such profiles in the combination according to the invention of a heavy-duty shelf with a self-service shelf in order to reduce the space requirement and the cost.

An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing, wherein
  • Fig. 1 schematically illustrates the structure of a combined heavy duty and self-service shelf, while
  • Fig. 2 shows a section through a column of a shelf stand with parts of the trusses, brackets and wall elements suspended thereon.

The shelf shown in FIG. 1 is constructed from shelf stands 1 and cross beams 2 suspended in them. These components form the heavy-duty part of the combined shelf.

Ferner sind in Fig. 1 eine Zwischensäule 3, mehrere Konsolen 4, Fachböden 5 und Rückwandelemente 6 gezeigt, die zusammen mit der hinteren Säule 7 des Ständers 1 Bestandteile des für geringere Lasten geeigneten Selbstbedienungsregals bilden.1 shows an intermediate column 3, a plurality of brackets 4, shelves 5 and rear wall elements 6, which together with the rear column 7 of the stand 1 form components of the self-service shelf suitable for lower loads.

Jede der beiden Stirnflächen 12 ist mit einer über die Länge der Säule 7 verlaufenden Reihe von Aussparungen 15 versehen.2, the rear column 7 of the rack stand 1 has a generally U-shaped profile, the rear base surface 9 of the U-profile facing away from the front column 8 of the same rack stand being provided with two parallel, vertically running rows of cutouts 10. Corresponding cutouts are visible in FIG. 1 on the front surface of the front column 8. According to FIG. 2, the two side surfaces 11 of the U-profile of the column 7, which are bent at right angles to the base surface 9, are bent towards one another once to form two end surfaces 12 lying in one plane and a second time to form two parallel flange surfaces 13. Lattice struts 14 are welded between the flange surfaces 13 and connect the rear pillar 7 to the front pillar 8. Each of the two end faces 12 is provided with a row of recesses 15 running over the length of the column 7.

At both ends of each cross member 2, an angle piece 16 is welded in each case, which can be hooked into at least two or more molded hooks in a corresponding number of recesses 10 below one another such that the inner surfaces of the angle piece 16 on the base surface 9 and the corresponding side surface 11 of the Pillar 7 This creates a positive and stable connection between the column and the crossbar. The strength of the engagement of the molded on the elbow 16 Hook in the recesses 10 is increased by a downward wedge-shaped shape of these recesses 10. A locking plate (not shown) additionally inserted into the recesses 10 prevents unintentional loosening of the connection by lifting the cross member 2.

The rectangular recesses 15 provided in the end faces 12 of the column 7 serve to hang hooks formed on the brackets 4 and the rear wall elements 6. Again, these brackets 4 and rear wall elements 6 engage with a corresponding number of recesses 15 arranged one above the other with two or more hooks.

As shown in FIG. 1, the distance between two consoles 4 arranged at a height is generally smaller than the horizontal distance between two rack stands 1. The intermediate columns 3, which are therefore required for the self-service shelf, can be fastened to horizontally or diagonally running rear strut elements which Connect two adjacent rear pillars 7 of the rack stand 1 together. Such a strut at 17 is shown in FIG.
