Claims (3)

1. Wärmeaustauscher für Kraftfahrzeuge, enthaltend ein Bündel paralleler Rohre (1) und eine an einem oder zwei seiner Enden vorgesehene Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) aus Kunststoff, die einstückig mit einem Boden (22) als Abschluß eines ihrer Enden und mit einer als Sammler (27) ausgeführten Wand geformt ist, wobei die Enden der Rohre dicht gegen die Flüssigkeiten durch in dem Sammler (27) vorgesehene Löcher in die Endkammer eindringen, während der Boden (22) schräg verläuft, so daß die Länge der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) in ihrer dem Sammler (27) gegenüberliegenden Längszone kürzer ist als in der Längszone des Sammlers, sowie außerdem mindestens, an einem Ende der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2), parallel zu den Rohren (1) in einem in der Längsrichtung der Rohre (1) und zu deren querverlaufender Mittelebene (M) im Verhältnis zum Sammler (27) versetzten Bereich, einerseits einen einstückig mit der Endkammer (2-1,2-2) aus Kunststoff ausgeführten Ansatz (23) und andererseits eine Einbautraverse (3) zur Verstärkung der Struktur des Wärmetauschers und für dessen Einbau am Fahrzeug, wobei die Traverse (3) an dem Ansatz (23) befestigt ist und gleichzeitig vermittels eines Rückens (30), den sie zu diesem Zweck aufweist, daran aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite des Rückens (30) der Einbautraverse (3) auf Rippen (50, 51) aufliegt, die zu dem Ansatz (23) gehören und die durch ihre Scheitel eine Auflagefläche (52) für die Traverse (3) definieren, daß die Verbindung zwischen der Einbautraverse (3) und der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) durch Verstärkungsrippen (24) verstärkt wird, daß diese Rippen (24) einstückig mit der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) ausgeführt sind und den Ansatz (2-3) mit der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) verbinden, daß jede Verstärkungsrippe (24) die Form eines rechtwinkligen Dreiecks aufweist, bei dem eine Seite des rechten Winkels mit einer vertikalen Seite des Ansatzes (23) zusammenfällt, während die andere Seite einem Längsteil des Sammlers (27) entspricht, daß die Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) ohne Randleiste rohrförmig mit einer rohrförmigen Wand (21) ausgeführt ist, von der ein Teil (27) als Sammler ausgebildet ist, daß sich der Ansatz (23) direkt auf der Höhe des genannten Endes (22) der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) erstreckt und daß die beiden Enden der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) durch schräg angeordnete Böden (22) abgeschrägt sind, so daß die Länge der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) in ihrer dem Sammler (27) gegenüberliegenden Längszone kürzer ist als in der Längszone des Sammlers (27).
2. Wärmeaustauscher nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (23) mit der Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) durch zwei parallele Verstärkungsrippen (24) verbunden ist.
3. Wärmeaustauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endkammer (2-1, 2-2) zwei rohrförmige Abschnitte (20) umfaßt, von denen mindestens ein Ende (25) offen ist und die durch Verschweißung miteinander verbunden sind.
