Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour prélever, transférer et délivrer des feuilles des exemplaires en forme de feuilles, et ce à partir d'un cylindre à mâchoires de pliage, par l'intermédiaire d'une bande de guidage, caractérisé par au moins un dispositif entraîné de guidage sans fin (13) qui s'étend à côté de la bande de guidage (25,26) et sur lequel sont disposées des languettes (12) distantes les unes des autres, qui peuvent être insérées latéralement entre les moitiés (20,22), qui sont encore situées sur le cylindre collecteur (1), des exemplaires pliés (24) et peuvent à nouveau être évacués, moyennant un écartement des moitiés (20,22) des exemplaires pliés (24), dans la zone de délivrance (35) grâce à une disposition du dispositif de guidage sans fin (13), qui s'écarte du trajet des bandes de guidage (25,26).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage sans fin (13) circule avec une vitesse inférieure à la bande de guidage (25,26) et est guidé, selon une liaison par formes complémentaires, autour d'une poulie (16) disposée sur la face frontale du cylindre à mâchoires de pliage (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre collecteur (1) possède un évidement (18), dans lequel des languettes (12) peuvent être insérées de manière à s'engager au-dessous de la moitié (20) de la feuille, située encore sur le cylindre collecteur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (12) se détendent latéralement dans l'évidement (18) en s'engageant au-dessous de la moitié (20) de la feuille (figure 5).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les centres des axes des galets de renvoi (15,47) pour la bande de guidage (25,26) et le dispositif de guidage sans fin (13) sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres au niveau de la zone (35) de délivrance des exemplaires pliés (24) (figures 13,14).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (12) sont fixées à des goujons (28) qui sont chargés par des ressorts et peuvent être introduits, à l'encontre de la pression d'un ressort, par l'intermédiaire d'une came (32,34) tournant conjointement avec le cylindre à mâchoires de pliage (2), au-dessous de la moitié (20) de la feuille, située sur le cylindre collecteur (1). (Figures 7,8).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (12) sont fixées, avec blocage en rotation, sur la courroie dentée (13).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des languettes (57) introduites latéralement autour d'une poulie de renvoi (61) dans l'interstice présent entre le cylindre à mâchoires de pliage (2) et le cylindre collecteur (1) peuvent être introduits sous des dos des plis des exemplaires pliés (24) situés encore avec les moitiés (20,22) des feuilles sur le cylindre collecteur (1).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (24) sont élastiques et agencées en forme de U et peuvent être pliées par une came fixe (66). (Figures 19, 57').
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la délivrance des exemplaires pliés (24) de deux feuilles s'effectue, moyennant un écartement, respectivement dans une chambre ouverte (36) d'un système de transport et de stockage (5) pouvant être déployé et comprimé ou étiré en zig-zag ou à la manière d'un harmonica.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le système de stockage et de transport (5) peut être déployé au moyen d'une vis convoyeuse (5) pour la réception des exemplaires pliés (24).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après leur libération à partir des mâchoires de pliage (3), les exemplaires pliés (24) peuvent être entraînés et décélérés au moyen d'un rouleau de transport (27).
  13. Dispositif pour prélever, transférer et délivrer des exemplaires en forme de feuilles ou des exemplaires pliés au moyen d'une bande de guidage (25,26), et dans lequel un dispositif de guidage sans fin (13) circulant au moins partiellement à côté de la bande de guidage (25,26), dispositif sur lequel sont installées des languettes (12) distantes les unes des autres, qui peuvent être insérées latéralement entre les moitiés (20,22), qui sont encore situées sur le cylindre collecteur (1), des exemplaires pliés (24) et peuvent à nouveau être évacués, moyennant un écartement des moitiés (20,22) des exemplaires pliés (24), dans la zone de délivrance (35) grâce à une disposition du dispositif de guidage sans fin (13), qui s'écarte du trajet des bandes de guidage (25,26).
