It is for the same reason that the arms 9 and 10 are curved, because thus they allow the movement of the cover 2 although the depth P of the slots 20 and 21 is necessarily limited by the presence of the axis 8 in notches 6 and 7.
the slots 20 and 21 therefore extend from the base of the element 11, on its internal face and not on its external edge 11 a , as far as this edge. So that the solid part is not visible from the outside when the cover 2 is in the closed position, the slots 20 and 21 extend substantially to the top of the element 11, that is to say here to its upper generator.
the curvature of the arms 9 and 10 allows the cover 2 in the open position to extend in a plane located beyond this apex or fenestrator, which is shown by the angle y ( Figure 4).
