  • the fabric is subject to a tension which causes the uncoupling thereof from the layer of adhesive, since the deformation by stretching of the upper portion of the belt with respect to its original length and the consequent elongation of the upper part of adhesive causes the fabric, already pre-stretched, to tend to exceed its remaining percentage of elongation and therefore, by becoming rigid, that is without elasticity, to cause its uncoupling from said adhesive.

  • the shift of the initial laying position in the curved region of the belt, while allowing application of the fabric with the provided tension in order to ensure its planarity on the belt, allows the performance of the glueing of the fabric to a part of adhesive already subject to elongation since it is already arranged on the curved part of the belt; accordingly, the fabric, already tensioned on the curved region of the belt, is subject to a compression of its fibers when it reaches the plane part of the belt, which compression is allowed by the residual degree of elasticity remaining after the initial tensioning; accordingly, the fabric, when it reaches the curved part of the cylinders 2 and 3, is again in its elastic range without being subjected to stiffenings such as to cause its uncoupling from the adhesive.
  • This method of laying on the curved part of the motor cylinder 2 is thus capable of preventing the uncoupling and the shifting of the fabric from the conveyor belt, even after many rotations of said belt.

Claims (7)

  1. Rahmendruckmaschine für Textilien oder ähnliches, mit einem bandartigen Riemen (1), der in einer Schleife geschlossen ist und sich zwischen zwei stirnseitigen Rollen (2, 3) erstreckt, von denen eine mittels eines Motors angetrieben wird, für die translatorische Bewegung des Riemens, der dem Zweck dient, das zu bearbeitende Produkt zu tragen, und die andere Rolle als Übertragungsmittel wirksam ist, mit mindestens einer Druckstation (5), die oberhalb des Riemens angeordnet ist und durch Mittel (6, 6a) gehalten wird, die der Struktur (7, 7a) der Maschine zugeordnet sind, einer Vorrichtung für die kontinuierliche Erfassung und Messung der translatorischen Geschwindigkeit des Riemens, die nahe der Druckstation angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist Registerhaltemittel (14), die dem peripheren Rand (12) des Riemens zugeordnet sind, drehbare Detektormittel (15, 15a, 15b), die in die Registerhaltemittel sowohl stromaufwärts als auch stromabwärts der Druckstation eingreifen, und einen konventionellen Drehmeßwandler, im wesentlichen eine Codiereinrichtung des Incremental-Typs, der den Detektormitteln (15, 15a, 15b) zugeordnet ist, bestimmt um elektrische Ausgangssignale zu schaffen, die mit der Drehgeschwindigkeit des drehbaren Detektors korrespondieren, um so durch die Steuermittel, die wirksam der Codiereinrichtung und dem Riemenantriebsmotor zugeordnet sind, in elektrische Signale für die Steuerung des Motors umgeformt zu werden, um eine konstante Geschwindigkeit und eine perfekte Längs- und Querausrichtung des Riemens (1) sicherzustellen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Registerhaltemittel Löcher (14) umfassen, die in einem Band (12) gebildet sind, das dem Riemen (1) zugeordnet ist, und daß die Detektormittel Zahnräder (15, 15a, 15b) umfassen, die auf einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind, wobei die Zahnräder (15, 15a, 15b) in die Löcher (14) eingreifen und sich frei um ihre Achsen drehen, mindestens eines der Zahnräder stromabwärts und mindestens ein anderes der Zahnräder stromaufwärts der Druckstation (5) angeordnet ist, um abgesehen von der dauernden Erfassung der translatorischen Bewegung des Riemens auch die perfekte Längs- und Querausrichtung des Riemens, zumindest im Bereich, der von der Druckstation beeinflußt wird, sicherzustellen.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckstation (5) bezüglich des Riemens stationär angeordnet ist und mit all denjenigen Funktionen versehen ist, die sich auf die Betätigung beziehen, die automatisch durch das Abstreichmesser ausgeführt wird, mit Hilfe von Befehlen, die von einem elektronisch gesteuerten Betätigungssystem ausgehen.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der festen Teilung bei der Druckstation (5) umfaßt, die geeignet ist, mit Hilfe eines Rechners die perfekte Wiederaufnahme einer Teilung zu berechnen, selbst wenn die letztere keine exakte ganzzahlige Vielfache der Erstreckung des Riemens (1) ist.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin Mittel zum Ausfördern der gedruckten Produkte, sowohl am Ende des oberen Abschnitts des Riemens (1) als auch am Ende des unteren Abschnitts des Riemens (1), im wesentlichen bei der Antriebsrolle (2), umfaßt.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie das Auslegen des Stoffes (17) auf dem Riemen, der bereits mit Kleber versehen ist, vorsieht, in einem Bereich, der rückwärts versetzt zum Anfang der Ebene des Riemens (1) und genau im gekrümmten Bereich des Riemens ist, der den Riemen tragenden Zylinder (2) umgibt.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Warmlufttrockenmittel (16) für den bedruckten Stoff und Mittel (16a) zum Waschen des Riemens aufweist, die oberhalb bzw. unterhalb des Förderriemens (1) angeordnet sind.
