Die Erfindung betrifft eine Horizontalstranggießvorrichtung für meh­rere Gußstränge, mit einem Verteilergefäß, jeder Strangader zugeord­neter Horizontalstranggießkokille und mit Mitteln zum Ausrichten der Horizontalstranggießkokillen auf die Gießachsen.The invention relates to a horizontal continuous casting device for several cast strands, with a distributor vessel, horizontal continuous casting mold associated with each strand core and with means for aligning the horizontal continuous casting molds with the casting axes.

Eine gattungsgemäße, eingangs bezeichnete Horizontalstranggießvor­richtung ist z.B. aus der DE-OS 34 11 769 bekannt. Beim Horizontalstranggießen muß in der Zeit zwischen einem beendeten Abguß und der darauffolgenden Charge die Horizontalstranggießkokille vom Verteilergefäß getrennt werden, um einen wichtigen Bestandteil der Horizontalstranggießkokille, den Ablösering, zu erneuern bzw. dessen Zustand zu überprüfen. Je nach Bauweise und Anzahl der gußstränge muß dieser Arbeitsgang innerhalb oder Außerhalb der Gießlinie ausgeführt werden. Die Montage und Vorbereitung der Horizontalstranggießkokillen außerhalb der Gießlinie hat jedoch zur Folge, daß die Einheit Verteiler/Horizontalstranggießkokille erst kurz vor Gießbeginn in Betriebsstellung gebracht werden kann. Hierbei tritt das Problem auf, die Horizontalstranggießkokillen exakt zu den einzelnen Gießadern auszurichten und zu fixieren. Bei Mehrstranggießanlagen ist dieses Problem bisher noch nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst worden. Für die Qualität des durch Horizontalstranggießen erzeugten Produktes ist jedoch eine exakte Relativbewegung zwischen Horizontalstrang­gießkokille und Gußstrang erforderlich. Bei im Horizontalstranggießen angewendeten Verfahren wird der Gußstrang z.B. zyklisch bewegt, wobei sich an die Vorwärtsbewegung ein kurzer Rückstoß anschließt sowie eine Wartezeit. Die Wartezeit dient dem innigen und sicheren Ver­schweißen der Strangschale. Die Strangschale wird während jeder Vor­wärtsbewegung new gebildet und wird mit der vorangegangenen ver­schweißt. Für dieses Verfahren muß die Horizontalstranggießkokille absolut feststehen, denn nur dann kann der Rückstoß sicher in der Horizontalstranggießkokille ankommen. Erfahrungsgemäß wirkt es sich sowohl auf den Ablauf des Verfahrens als auch auf das erzeugte Pro­dukt negativ aus, wenn die Horizontalstranggießkokille die Möglich­keit zu unkontrollierten Bewegungen hat.For the quality of the product produced by horizontal continuous casting, however, an exact relative movement between the horizontal continuous casting mold and the casting strand is required. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird bei der eingangs genannten Horizontal­stranggießvorrichtung erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Ver­teilergefäß und pro Strangader eine Horizontalstranggießkokille mit jeweils einem Schieberverschluß auf einem Wagen angeordnet sind und daß die Horizontalstranggießkokillen in Betriebslage des Wagens mit ortsfesten, zu den Strangadern ausgerichteten Böcken durch Arretier­mittel verbindbar sind. Der Verteiler und die Horizontalstranggieß­kokillen werden auf einem Arbeitsstand an dem Wagen fertiggemacht ausgerichtet und zusammenmontiert. Bei Mehrstranggießvorrichtungen gehört auch das aufwendige Anbringen des Schieberverschlusses dazu. Die gesamte Baueinheit kann sodann auf dem Wagen in die Gießlinie gefahren werden, wobei erreicht wird, daß durch die Arretiermittel die Horizontalstranggießkokillen ausgerichtet und fest verankert werden. Die bekannten Justierverfahren benötigen Zeiten von über einer halben bis zu mehreren Stunden. Der Wagen (11) ist von einem nicht näher dargestellten Arbeitsstand in die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Betriebslage (12) verfahrbar. In dem Arbeitsstand wurden das Verteilergefäß (2) und die Horizontalstranggießkokillen (7 bis 10) nach Montage vorgeheizt, und außerdem wurde während der Montage jeweils ein Schieberverschluß (13) eingebaut. Auf dem Gießstand sind Gleise (14) vorgesehen, so daß der Wagen (11) die Betriebslage erreichen kann. Unterhalb der Geise (14) ist eine Grube mit einer Notpfanne (15) angeordnet. Sämtliche Arretiermittel (20) bzw. die Steckverbindungen (21) sind an einem Querjoch (23) angebaut. An dem Querjoch (23) (Fig. 4) ist gleichzeitig eine Kühlwasser-Spannplatte (24) vorgesehen, die sämtliche Zu- und Abflüsse (25) für die Horizontalstranggießkokillen (7 bis 10) mit Kühlmittel versorgen. Beim aufsetzen der Kühlwasser­Spannplatte (24) auf die Zu- bzw. Claims (7)

1. Horizontalstranggießvorrichtung für mehrere Gußstränge mit einem Verteilergefäß, jeder Strangader zugeordneter Horizontalstrang­gießkokille und Mitteln zum Ausrichten der Horizontalstranggieß­kokille auf die Gießadern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verteilergefäß (2) und pro Strangader (3,4,5 und 6) eine Horizontalstranggießkokille (7,8,9 und 10) mit jeweils einem Schieberverschluß (13) auf einem Wagen (11) angeordnet sind und daß die Horizontalstranggießkokillen (7 bis 10) in Betriebslage (12) des Wagens (11) mit ortsfesten, zu den Strangadern (3 bis 6) ausgerichteten Böcken (17 durch Arretiermittel (20) verbindbar sind.

daß für sämtliche Horizontalstranggießkokillen (7 bis 10) eine kühlwasser-Spannplatte (24) vorgesehen ist.

characterized,

7. Horizontalstranggießvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Horizontalstranggießkokillen (7 bis 10), die sich an dem Verteilergefäß (2) auf dem Wagen (11) befinden, Anfahrköpfe abgedichtet angeordnet sind.
7. Horizontal continuous casting device according to claims 1 to 6,
characterized,
that in the horizontal continuous casting molds (7 to 10), which are located on the distributor vessel (2) on the carriage (11), starting heads are arranged in a sealed manner.
