Definitions
- the invention relates to an anchor rail for construction engineering, with upward-directed formations on the rail back, in which openings are provided which are penetrated by the shaft of an anchor bolt, the latter of which lies with its countersunk head fitting in the form, and the inner surface of which lies in the press fit due to material deformation to the outer surface of the anchor bolt.
- Such an embodiment is known from DE-PS 3 407 801, the anchor bolt being designed as a countersunk screw with an external thread extending over the entire shaft.
- the shape continues in an outward-facing neck, which is pressed onto the shaft following the countersunk head.
- This design lacks sufficient stability.
- the transition point between the countersunk head and the shaft is the most vulnerable to breakage.
- the creation of a sufficiently strong neck is very difficult from a forming point of view. Securing the position of the head slope for shaping is ensured only with considerable effort during the pressing of the neck.
- the anchor element is approximately double T-shaped.
- a conical insertion end extends from the support leg of the anchor element facing the rail back. This passes through the opening and is then compressed. The front end is deformed into a rivet-like head, which lies substantially recessed in the expression.
- certain recovery occurs, which reduces the stability of the anchor bolt on the anchor rail.
- the object of the invention is based on the task of designing an anchor rail of the type in question in a technically simple manner in such a way that, in addition to an extremely stable fixing of the anchor bolts on the anchor rail, there is no breaking zone in the region of the transition point between countersunk bevel and shaft which reduces the load capacity.
- a generic anchor rail is specified which is distinguished by great durability and stability.
- the positive connection between anchor bolt and anchor rail achieved according to the teaching of the invention is optimal, so that the highest loads are absorbed without damage.
- an intermediate section starting from a countersunk head is riveted in such a way that the gusset between the inner opening surface and the intermediate section is completely filled in this process.
- this can be carried out by cold upsetting, the intermediate section adjoining the countersunk head leading to a uniformly higher strength in the region of the transition point between the countersunk head slope and the intermediate section, which certainly precludes a break-prone zone there.
- the corresponding cross-sectional shape of the opening means that no reshaping occurs, which would favor any loosening of the anchor bolt.
- the upsetting pressure continues into the formation, achieving a tight fit of the formation on the countersunk bevel. This connection is even liquid-tight. Hairline cracks cannot occur that would allow moisture to pass through.
- To the corresponding frustoconical orientation of the inside of the opening To preserve the surface, it is first possible to punch or drill the opening in the back of the rail. The inner surface of the opening gets its truncated cone shape by subsequently pressing the shape. This leads to a simplification of production combined with reduced production costs.
- the hole breaks out in the shape of a truncated cone during punching.
- the opening can also be punched between the shape.
- each shape from several individual sections that adjoin one another at an angle.
- the central individual section serves to accommodate the countersunk head slope, while the subsequent individual section or sections lead to a stiffening of the rail back in order to increase the load stability and reduce deformations occurring under load.
- the measure contributes to this by providing a single shaping section that is arched in a bridge shape towards the inside of the rail on both sides of the countersunk head receiving space.
- the anchor bolt is equipped in the region of its free end with two threaded sections, which leave a thread-free bolt section between them.
- the threaded sections can be manufactured more cheaply.
- these threaded sections serve to hold a nut which is countered on the two threaded sections and is thereby secured against rotation.
- Another advantage is the fact that the core diameter is smaller in the thread area than in the area of the intermediate section. This leads to a simplification of manufacture.
- the inner surface of the opening is approximately perpendicular to the truncated cone surface of the countersunk head, ie the countersunk bevel.
- the outer threaded section need only be a little larger than the height of a corresponding nut. It may even be longer than their height.
- the anchor rail 1 has a C-profile in cross section.
- the anchor rail consists of the rail back 2, the C-legs 3 extending at right angles from this, to which inward angled, mutually directed end sections 4 are connected. The latter leave a longitudinal slot 5 between them for inserting fastening elements, not shown.
- Anchor bolts 6 arranged at a predetermined distance from one another extend from the rail back 2. Each anchor bolt 6 forms a countersunk head 7. An intermediate section 8 adjoins the latter and continues into a shaft 9 with a cross-section.
- the Length x of the intermediate section 8, which is larger in cross-section than the shaft 9, is approximately twice the thickness y of the wall thickness of the anchor rail.
- the anchor bolt 6 is equipped in the region of its free end with two thread sections 10 and 11 lying one behind the other, which leave a thread-free bolt section 12 between them.
- the end threaded section 10 is shorter than the upstream threaded section 11 and carries the anchor nut M.
- the diameter of the bolt section 12 corresponds to the diameter of the shaft 9. This means that the threaded sections 10, 11 have a larger diameter than the shaft 9.
- the core The diameter of the threaded sections 10, 11 is, however, smaller than that of the bolt section 12.
- a nut M can be screwed onto the threaded section 10, which nut then comes into counter position to section 12 or possibly to the thread of section 11 or a lock nut there.
- the anchor rail 1 forms upward-directed formations 13 on the rail back 2, which are provided centrally with an opening 14.
- each shape is composed of three angularly adjoining individual sections 13 ⁇ , 13 ⁇ and 13 ′′′. In a particularly expedient embodiment, they extend in a concentric arrangement.
- the middle individual section 13 ⁇ lies beyond the head receiving space 15 and runs approximately parallel to the interior of the rail. This means that its apex S limits the concavity H of the edge-side individual section 13 ′′′ on a plane that is slightly higher than the inner surface of the rail back.
- the opening 14 is produced by punching from the inside of the rail. There is a truncated cone shaped inner opening surface 14 ⁇ in front such that the larger diameter points towards the back of the rail. The smaller diameter of the opening 14 corresponds approximately to the outer diameter of the intermediate section 8. If the anchor bolt 6 is now inserted from the inside of the rail, the intermediate section 8 passes through the opening 14, while the countersunk bevel 7 'comes into contact with the inner wall of the central individual section 13'. In this way, an annular gusset 16 is formed between the opening inner surface 14 ⁇ and the intermediate section 8, which is filled by subsequent upsetting of the intermediate section 8, see in particular FIG. 2.
- the corresponding upsetting tool engages the step 17 between the shaft 9 and intermediate section 8.
- the compression process results in a structural compression.
- the length of the intermediate section 8 is shortened.
- the gusset 16 is filled in to achieve a stable, form-fitting retention of the anchor bolt 6 on the anchor rail 1 in a press fit.
- the upsetting pressure continues into the wall of the opening 14 and causes the corresponding area of the intermediate section 8 to bear tightly against the opening inner surface 14 ⁇ . From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the inner opening surface 14 ⁇ is approximately perpendicular to the truncated cone surface, ie slope 7 ⁇ , of the countersunk head 7th
- the anchor bolt 6 is designed unchanged.
- the formation 18 has a differently shaped cross-sectional profile. It has a central single shaping section 18 ⁇ with the opening 14. Both sides of the countersunk receiving space 15 extend towards the inside of the rail and are shaped in the form of bridging sections 18ücken which merge into outwardly curved single sections 18′′′.
- This cross-sectional profiling also results in stiffening in the region of the formation 18, so that the anchor bolt fixed to the rail back 2 stabilizes the position moves.
- the anchor bolts are fixed in the manner described above.
- Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a differ in that in Fig. 4a the individual sections 18 ′′′ are partial areas of an overall design, so that the bridge-shaped arching occurs over approximately the entire width of the shape and not only in the longitudinal section of the anchor bolt.
- the anchor bolt can be provided with an upset anchor head at its free end.
- the upset anchor head which has a larger cross section than the shaft, fulfills the same task, namely forming an abutment with respect to the embedding material for the anchor rail, and is less expensive to produce. If it has the larger diameter, the compression takes place after the anchor bolt is fastened in the rail, the existence of the intermediate section 8, in particular with the step 17, also being advantageous.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 2 den Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
