Claims (11)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un orifice verseur terminé dans un couvercle d'un conteneur constitué en aluminium formant une barrière contre la lumière et les gaz et en une matière synthétique constituant des couches de protection et de scellement, avec un bord de coupe protégé contre la corrosion le long de l'ouverture brute estampée, caractérisé en ce que
a) l'ouverture brute (9) est estampée,
b) un collet roulé (11) est réalisé le long de l'ouverture brute (9) de manière que le bord de coupe (19) repose directement ou presque sur la racine (17) du collet roulé (11),
c) le collet roulé (11) est pressé à plat dans un poste de calibrage (13) et une ouverture terminée calibrée et définie avec précision (99) est réalisée, et
d) le collet roulé (11) est aplati jusqu'à ce que la couche de protection (15) appliquée sur le couvercle (1) soit refoulée depuis l'intérieur du collet roulé (11) jusqu'entre le bord de coupe (19) et la racine (17) de manière que le bord (19) soit recou- vert par la couche de protection refoulée (15) et soit scellé et protégé contre la corrosion.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'estampage de l'ouverture brute (9) et la réalisation du collet roulé (11) sont effectués par un premier outil dans le premier poste de travail (7) et le calibrage, l'aplatissement et le scellement du bord de coupe (19) sont réalisés par un second outil au second poste de travail (13).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un opercule arrachable (21) est scellé sur le collet roulé aplati (11) dans un troisième poste de travail (18), lequel opercule (21) est amené soit dans une bande de support (27) soit individuellement vers l'ouverture terminée (99).

Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lors du scellement de l'opercule arrachable (21) sur le collet roulé (11), la partie centrale de l'opercule arrachable (21) qui se trouve sur l'ouverture terminée (99) est pressée vers le bas et déformé de manière à déterminer son élément de fermeture enfonçable.
5. 7. Couvercle de conteneur selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule arrachable (21) est relié de façon pelable au collet roulé (11) le long de la surface de scellement (A).
8. Couvercle de conteneur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule arrachable (21) est relié de la surface de la couche de matière synthétique (15) formant le couvercle (1) de façon à pouvoir être facilement pelé.
9. Couvercle de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (20) de l'opercule arrachable (21) pénètre sous forme d'une cuvette dans la région de l'ouverture terminée (99).
10. Couvercle de conteneur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la couche (99) formant le côté inférieur du couvercle (1) est susceptible d'être scellée à chaud, et l'autre couche (15) est constituée en une matière synthétique thermoplastique.
11. Couvercle de conteneur selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément en matière synthétique est inséré dans la partie en forme de cuvette (20) de l'opercule arrachable (21).
