Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for optionally limiting a lane.
When carrying out construction work on roadways, it is often necessary to narrow or relocate the roadway. For example, it may be necessary to move a lane of a freeway lane to the opposite lane. To secure the laid lane, lane delimiters are arranged at the edges of the lane or in the middle between adjacent lanes as lane dividers, which consist of a base plate and a rubber flag or plastic flag that protrudes from the base plate. These lane markers are glued to the road surface or fastened using nails, screws or bolts. Since the flag is firmly anchored to the base plate, the flag can only be removed from the roadway together with the base plate.
If you want to relocate a lane secured in this way with lane delimiters, for example to change the direction, it is necessary to remove the lane delimiter and fix it again at the newly desired lane boundary. Since this process takes some time (after removing it from the roadway, glue must be freshly applied and left to dry, or new bolt holes must be drilled in the roadway), it is often not possible to lay a lane at short notice.
In particular, the problem arises when dividing a freeway directional lane into three lanes, two of which lead in one direction, for example out of town, and one in the opposite direction, if one is for the purpose of facilitating the flowing into the town Return traffic wants to reverse one of the two lanes leading out of the city in the opposite direction. In this case, the lane delimiters arranged between the lanes leading in different directions must be offset by one lane in a very short period of time before the return flow traffic begins.
The invention has for its object to provide a device that makes it possible to move lanes in a short period of time and without great material and cost.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a plurality of marking sets, each of which is attached to the road surface from at least two, e.g. glued-on base plates and a flag which can be inserted or removed in a recess of one of the base plates, the flag being insertable into the recess of a base plate from above or from the side, and a connecting device for easily and quickly detaching the flag from the base plate and the marker sets are arranged on adjacent lanes in such a way that at least one row of floor plates without flags is provided in each case along one lane and a row of floor plates equipped with flags is provided along another adjacent lane.
According to the invention, for the purpose of changing a lane, the flag can be quickly removed from the base plate, with no manipulations, in particular no manipulations with a tool being required, and just as quickly and again without the need for time-consuming manipulations in an already fastened on the road at the desired location Base plate use, whereby only a short period of time is necessary to move a lane, so that it is also possible to move a lane extending over several kilometers without significant traffic obstruction.
From DE-A - 25 22 935 and DE-A - 30 33 660 road marking nails are known with marking flags detachably mounted on base plates, bearing reflector parts and rising from the base plates. The flags can be subsequently attached to and detached from the floor slabs already fastened to the roadway, but the connecting means between the flags and floor slabs are complicated and can only be actuated using a tool or laborious manipulations.
From EP-A2 - 0 134 607 a guiding device for securing the construction site with a stand plate is known, into which a stand profile is inserted, the stand profile being able to be positively clamped in a recess of the stand plate by means of mechanical means. Here, too, detaching the stand profile from the stand plate is associated with time-consuming manipulations.
From EP-A1-0 125 817 a device for laying a track divider is known, the track divider being formed from raised parts which are articulated in the form of a link chain and rest on the road surface. These parts can be moved from one side of a carriageway to the other side of the carriageway by means of an arch-shaped receptacle. The disadvantage here is that a simple laying of the road divider is only possible if it is not connected to the roadway, ie it lies loosely on the roadway. In the case of gluing, the parts must first be removed from the road and after being moved to the new one Position in turn to be glued to the road, which is cumbersome and associated with waiting times.
A road marking nail is known from GB-A-1,560,288, which can be inserted into a bore provided on the roadway and can be fixed relative to it by a dowel-like connecting means. A sleeve can be placed on the marking nail, but it cannot be used as a road divider since it cannot be driven over.
A preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the connecting device is designed as a groove which extends transversely into the base plate from at least one side of the base plate and is open at the top and as an extension provided at the lower end of the flag corresponding to the groove.
For the purpose of simple manipulation, each flag is advantageously provided with at least one recess serving as a grip hole.
For the quick installation and removal of a flag, a snap-lock is expediently provided between the groove of the base plate and the extension of the flag, which is formed by an elevation extending transversely to the groove or the flag on one of these parts and a corresponding indentation on the counterpart is.
From FR-A-1.150.240 a lane delimiter with a stone that can be inserted into the roadway is known, which has a dovetail-shaped groove that is open to the side and into which a flag can be inserted from the side. Since the stone, in order to be able to be rolled over, must be sunk into the carriageway until the groove with its side opening lies below the carriageway surface it is necessary to lift the stone out of the road to install or remove the flag, making it unsuitable for optionally delimiting a lane.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of a lane limiter and Fig. 2 shows a side view of the same in the direction of arrow II of Fig. 1. 3 and 4 each illustrate a highway section with oncoming traffic area at a construction site, with FIG. 3 the oncoming traffic area with two lanes in one first direction and one lane in the opposite direction, and FIG. 4 only one lane in the first direction and two Show lanes in the opposite direction.
The embodiment of a lane limiter shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a rectangular base plate 1, seen from above, which is designed as a low truncated pyramid. The underside 2 of the base plate is provided with a
In a recess 6 of the base plate 1, a
Zu diesem Zweck sind an den beiden Rändern 24 der mittleren Fahrspur 22 Bodenplatten 1 der erfindungsgemäßen Fahrspurbegrenzer befestigt, beispielsweise aufgeklebt.3 and 4 the repositioning of the flags on a
If, for example, two
For easy manipulation of the
