Definitions
- the invention relates to a dimensionally accurate brick made of aerated concrete, preferably aerated concrete, in particular in the form of a so-called plan block for almost seamless interior and exterior walls of all kinds.
- plan blocks are manufactured with smooth walls or with tongue and groove profiles.
- the object of the invention is to create a plan block with improved properties with regard to thermal insulation and longitudinal line sound attenuation, and in particular to simplify its manageability when building walls.
- the plane block made of gas concrete has the bottom surface 1, the side surfaces 2, 3, the front surfaces 4, 5 and the top side 6.
- Other forms of space are on the market in which the invention can also be implemented.
- the plan block shown has dimensions of 25 x 25 x 62.5 cm. Such a block is to be transported and positioned by hand when laying walls. It is not very heavy, but it is bulky due to its dimensions.
- the invention provides preferably to introduce grooves 7 in the front surfaces 4, 5, which with their depth extension parallel e.g. go to the bottom surface 1 or top 6 in the stone and run continuously from the side surface 2 to the side surface 3. It is advantageous if the grooves 7 - as shown - are arranged symmetrically to the axis 8 opposite one another. According to a special embodiment of the invention, the grooves 7 are located just below the top 6, a recess or recess 9 being provided in the area from the top 6 to the groove 7, which is less deep than the groove 7. The remaining depth of the Groove 7 is chosen so that there is a sufficiently deep grip edge 10.
- the groove 7 is preferably U-shaped in cross-section, the bottom edge 11 being made longer than the grip edge 10, as can be seen from the example.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides for the groove - as shown - to be curved in plan view (FIG. 1). It is also expedient to design the recess 9 in an arcuate manner and only to select a smaller radius, so that the overlap 12 is uniformly thick, the radius being on a perpendicular that meets the center of the front surface 4, 5 (not shown) ).
- the groove according to the invention considerably facilitates the handling of the plan block. At first it is easy to see how and where the stone should be gripped and positioned.
- the groove can be located at one point, for example - as shown - in the area of the upper side 6, which is supposed to occupy a certain position in the building, so that optimal strength absorption of the masonry can result (eg position with regard to the direction of the stone when fermenting the mass, etc .).
- handle holes are continuous, centrally arranged holes which can have no further function.
- An advantage of the arcuate grooves according to the invention is that the hand is gently guided to the deepest point of the groove, which is located in the middle M of the front surface 4, 5 (FIG. 2), so that a secure grip is possible. It is also important that the groove 7 is visible through the recess 9 in the top view.
- the groove arrangement according to the invention is also provided for face blocks with tongue and groove profiles on the front surfaces 4, 5 (not shown). Part of the spring profile is cut away in the area of the spring profile. In the area of the groove profile, it follows that the groove 7 is expediently deeper than the groove profile itself.
- corresponding other dimensions are provided for the groove 7.
- the grooves 7 and the recesses 9 are milled out when the fermentation of the gas concrete mass produced in the usual way is completed, the mold is opened and the mass located on the fermentation floor is cut.
- a plurality of milling cutters which are arranged on a drive shaft, a plurality of grooves 7 and recesses 9 are milled at the same time, but a groove and a recess are respectively made in an already cut blank.
- a milling tool is shown schematically in FIG. 4. It consists of a tube 13, on the jacket of which are attached at right angles to the longitudinal axis 14, milling bows 15 which protrude radially outwards.
- the shape of the bracket 15 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the recess 9 plus groove 7. Accordingly, the shape of the bracket for producing the groove shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, as can be seen from FIG. 4, is L-shaped.
- the tube 13 is rotated about its longitudinal axis 14 with suitable drive means and moved to the blank 16. The milling then begins while the tube 13 is moved further towards the blank until the desired depth of the groove 7 and recess 9 is reached. Then the tube 13 is moved back again.
- brackets 15 in line or expediently one behind the other and laterally offset on the circumference (not shown) on a long tube and to arrange a plurality of tubes at a distance from one another and to provide them with a single drive.
- FIG. 5 Shown is the hardness floor 17, which is located on a tank car, not shown.
- the already cut plan blocks 16, in which the grooves 7 with recesses 9 are to be milled, are stored on the hardness base 17.
- the front surfaces 4 and 5 are located on the long sides of the hardening base 17.
- a plurality of tubes 13 are arranged one above the other at a distance and each carry brackets 15 one behind the other, so that a plurality of recesses 9 and grooves 7 can be milled.
- the tubes 13 are connected to a single drive (not shown).

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dimensionally accurate brick made of aerated concrete, preferably aerated concrete, in particular in the form of a so-called plan block for almost seamless interior and exterior walls of all kinds.
Such plan blocks are manufactured with smooth walls or with tongue and groove profiles.
The object of the invention is to create a plan block with improved properties with regard to thermal insulation and longitudinal line sound attenuation, and in particular to simplify its manageability when building walls.
- Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Planblock,
- Fig. 2 eine Frontansicht des Planblocks,
- Fig. 3 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie 111-111 in Fig. 1,
- Fig. 4 schematisch ein Fräswerkzeug,
- 1 is a plan view of a plan block,
- 2 is a front view of the plan block,
- 3 shows a section along the line 111-111 in FIG. 1,
- 4 schematically shows a milling tool,
- Fig. 5 schematically shows the process for producing several recesses and grooves simultaneously.
The plane block made of gas concrete has the
The invention provides preferably to introduce
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides for the groove - as shown - to be curved in plan view (FIG. 1). It is also expedient to design the
The groove according to the invention considerably facilitates the handling of the plan block. At first it is easy to see how and where the stone should be gripped and positioned. The groove can be located at one point, for example - as shown - in the area of the
It is surprising that the strength is not reduced by the groove design and that both the thermal insulation and the longitudinal sound insulation in the direction of groove-groove, that is to say from front to front, is better, which cannot yet be explained.
The groove arrangement according to the invention is also provided for face blocks with tongue and groove profiles on the front surfaces 4, 5 (not shown). Part of the spring profile is cut away in the area of the spring profile. In the area of the groove profile, it follows that the
Given the dimensions of the plan block given above, it is advantageous if the height H 1 of the recess 9 4 cm and the height H 2 of the
According to a special embodiment of the invention, the
A milling tool is shown schematically in FIG. 4. It consists of a
It is advantageous to provide
