Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zarge gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a frame according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such frames are known for example from DE-U 8 204 375. The frame disclosed there shows a profile seal between the folded clothing angle and the feed board unit, which is used as a screen for the feed board unit. Furthermore, a frame is known from US-A 4 467 576, which consists of two linings and a lining. One of the linings has a pocket-shaped recess, which is intended to receive a sealing element.

When renovating apartments with door elements, e.g. consist of a wooden door leaf with a steel frame, it is known to leave the steel frame in the building and to encase it with a wooden frame. A known type of these casing frames (cf. DE-A 2 539 358) is similar to the wooden frames for the initial expansion. This results in a strong reduction in the clear passage dimension of the door. In addition, special cover strips must be attached to fully cover the steel frame. In another known type of casing frame, the folded cladding angle is firmly preassembled with the lining board unit, so that the size of the relining between the folded cladding angle and the steel frame is difficult to determine. There are also known casing frames, the decorative clothing angle and lining board unit of which are made in one piece, so that wall thickness compensation is only possible by expensive re-cutting of the lining board unit.

In the known casing frames, the corner connections of the cross chuck board and the two longitudinal chuck boards are mitred so that the boards must be assembled before installation and inserted in the assembled state. In the event of improper assembly, joints can form at the connection point that cannot be reworked. Other cladding frames require complex fitting installation directly on the steel frame, which can only be carried out by a specialist and is very time-consuming.

The object of the present invention is to provide a frame, the feed board unit of which can be easily installed after assembly of the folded cladding angle.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a frame according to claim 1. To connect the folded cladding angle and the lining board unit, a sealing profile is used according to the invention, which has two barb-like webs, preferably arranged at right angles to one another, which are each anchored in grooves in the folded cladding angle and in the lining board unit. If the sealing profile according to the invention is pre-assembled in the feed board unit, a particularly simple installation of the feed board unit is possible after assembly of the folded cladding bracket.

The cross lining board of the frame according to the invention is connected to the longitudinal lining boards in an advantageous manner by a tongue and groove connection, as a result of which a precisely fitting assembly of the lining boards is possible after assembly of the folded cladding angle.

In Fig. 1, a casing frame made of wood with a longitudinal lining board 1, a decorative clothing bracket 2 and a folding clothing bracket 3 is shown. The folded clothing bracket 3, which is provided with all the necessary fittings such as a band 4 and a striking plate 5, is fastened by means of self-tapping self-tapping screws 8 to a steel frame 7 which is firmly connected to a structure 19. A relining 6 for the distance between the folded cladding bracket 3 and the steel frame 7 is pre-assembled on the folded cladding bracket 3, which can be easily marked and cut.

The longitudinal lining boards 1 are connected to the folded clothing bracket 3 by means of a sealing profile 9. The sealing profile 9 has two barb-like webs 14, 15, each of which is anchored in grooves 16, 17 in the longitudinal lining board 1 or in the folded clothing bracket 3. The sealing profile 9 is preassembled in the longitudinal lining board 1 and enables the longitudinal lining board 1 to be installed after the folded cladding bracket 3 has been installed. The transverse lining board 10 shown in FIG. 2 is connected in the same way to the folded cladding bracket by means of such a sealing profile.

The decorative clothing bracket 2 is inserted with its leg 13 designed as a spring into a circumferential groove 18 in the longitudinal lining board 1. By horizontal displacement of the leg 13 in the groove 18, a simple adjustment of the casing frame to different wall thicknesses is possible.

In FIG. 2, the cross chuck board 10 is shown with two grooves 11 and the two longitudinal chuck boards 1 with a vertical extension piece 12 designed as a spring. The tongue and groove connection 11, 12 enables the cross lining board 10 to be brought together with the longitudinal lining boards 1 to form the corner connection of the longitudinal lining boards with the transverse lining board after installation of the folded clothing bracket 3.

The longitudinal lining boards 1 have a relatively low thickness in order to keep the loss of clear passage as small as possible. The decorative clothing angle 2 and the folded clothing angle 3 are relatively wide in order to avoid additional cover strips.

In Fig. 3, a mounting bracket 20 is shown with three each at right angles to each other parts 21, 22 and 23. A hole 24 is arranged in the central web of part 23, through which the fastening screws 8 of the fold cladding bracket 3 are carried out on the steel frame 7. If desired, holes for receiving fastening screws can also be provided in the two outer webs of part 23. The subdivision of part 23 with the corresponding cutouts 25 and 26 in part 22 of the fastening clip 20 give the fastening clip sufficient elasticity and pretension to enable a clamping assembly of these fastening clips on the folded clothing bracket 3. A longitudinal slot 27 enables the fastening clip 20 to be positioned precisely on the folded clothing bracket 3.

In Fig. 4, the mounting bracket 20 is shown from its assembly on the folded clothing bracket 3.

In Längsrichtung des Falzbekleidungswinkels 3 können je nach Bedürfnis mehrere Befestigungsklammern 20 angeordnet werden.5 shows a detail of a view of the folded cladding bracket provided with a fastening clip 20. In the longitudinal direction of the folded cladding bracket 3, several fastening clips 20 can be arranged as required.
