Claims (10)

1. Verschlußvorrichtung mit vorgegebener Verschlußstellung für Flaschen aus Glas oder einem anderen steifen Material mit einer Kappe (2) mit Innengewinde und einem Flaschenhals (4) mit Außengewinde, wobei der Flaschenhals mit einem Wulst(5) ausgestattet ist, der in axialer Richtung gesehen zwischen dem unteren Ende des Gewindes (3) des Halses (4) und dem Flaschenkörper angeordnet ist und wobei der Flaschenhals (4) auf dem Wulst (5) mindestens zwei radial nach außen vorstehende Vorsprünge aufweist, von denen einer einen Orientierungsanschlag (8) und der andere einen Buckel (9) darstellt, der ein Abschrauben verhindert, während die Kappe (2) mindestens einen Vorsprung (10) aus einem leicht deformierbaren Material aufweist, der am Ende des Aufschraubens zwischen den beiden Vorsprüngen des Flaschenhalses zu liegen kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) und der Buckel (9), der ein Abschrauben verhindert, unterschiedliche Form besitzen, und daß sich der Orientierungsanschlag (8) in paralleler Richtung zur Achse des Flaschenhalses über eine Höhe (h) erstreckt, die größer ist als die Höhe (e) des Wulstes (5) und bezüglich dieses Wulstes (5) von der dem Gewinde (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite hervorragt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) bis zur Schulter (11) der Flasche hinabreicht.
3..Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) eine ebene radiale Vorderseite (12) aufweist, die eine Stoppfläche darstellt, welche mit einer auf dem Vorsprung (10) der Kappe vorgesehenen entsprechenden Vorderseite (13) zusammenwirkt.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) jenseits der ebenen Vorderseite (12), die eine Stoppfläche darstellt, eine nach außen konvex gerundete Vorderseite (14) besitzt.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) in Höhe der oberen Oberfläche des Wulstes(5), d. h. in Höhe der zum Gewinde (3) das Flaschenhalses gerichteten Oberfläche des Randes, beginnt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Flaschenhals zwei Paare von einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen angeordnet sind, wobei jedes dieser Paare von Vorsprüngen aus einem Orientierungsanschlag (8, 8a) und einem Buckel (9, 9a), der ein Abschrauben verhindert, bestehen, wobei die Kappe zwei Vorsprünge (10, 10a) aufweist, die diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und jeweils einem Paar von Vorsprüngen des Flaschenhalses zugeordnet sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Buckel (9, 9a), die ein Abschrauben verhindern, vollständig auf dem Wulst (5) befinden und eine bezüglich einer durch die Achse (A', A) des Halses (4) der Flasche und durch die Mitte des Buckels in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Ebene symmetrisch abgerundete Form besitzen.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kappe eine polyedrische Form besitzt, dagekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (10) der Kappe in der Nähe eines Innenwinkels des Querschnitts der Kappe angeordnet ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Kappe zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Vorsprünge aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (10, 10a) der Kappe im wesentlichen an den Enden einer Diagonale des Querschnitts der Kappe angeordnet sind.

Flasche aus Glas oder einem anderen steifen Material, die mit einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgerüstet werden soll, wobei die Flasche einen Hals (4) aufweist, der mit einem Wulst (5) ausgestattet ist, welcher mindestens zwei Vorsprünge besitzt, von denen einer einen Orientierungsanschlag (8) und der andere einen Buckel (9), der ein Abschrauben verhindert, darstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Orientierungsanschlag (8) und der Buckel (9), der ein Abschrauben verhindert, unterschiedliche Form besitzen, und daß sich der Orientierungsanschlag (8) in paralleler Richtung zur Achse des Flaschenhalses über eine Höhe (h) erstreckt, die größer ist als diejenige des Wulstes (5) und bezüglich dieses Wulstes (5) von der dem Gewinde (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite hervorragt.
