Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an opening roller for open-end spinning machines or the like. according to the preamble of
Such opening rollers are widely used in the textile industry. Among other things, they serve to dissolve the sliver fed to them into individual fibers. Accordingly, they are essential for the end product to be produced. It is important that the set of such opening rollers runs as continuously and evenly as possible in the fiber flow.
In principle, individual needles or needle bars or sawtooth wires are known as a clothing for such rollers. The latter can be produced and wound up inexpensively, but they do not guarantee optimal combing quality. In contrast, are needle thread structures are very advantageous, but usually require more effort for the initial garnish or for the renewal that becomes necessary at regular intervals.
In order to achieve as uniform a distribution as possible of the tips engaging in the fiber sliver over the processing width, it is described in the introduction in DE-GM 73 45 782 as known to provide roller bodies with a helical circumferential groove for receiving a sawtooth wire. The sawtooth wire is clamped in such a groove and, if necessary, additionally fastened by gluing. The grooves of such previously known roll body extend in such a way around the latter, that the pitch of the helical lines include less with the longitudinal axis of the roll body in the projection an angle of slightly as 9 0 °. Such known roller bodies with a corresponding garnish have the basic, system-related disadvantages of a sawtooth wire garnish, which, moreover, cannot be easily and easily renewed.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to create an opening roller which, with continuous, even engagement in the fiber sliver, enables the use of light and thus unbalance-insensitive roller bodies, in addition to which reorganizations can be carried out quickly and easily in the operation of the user.
Das Vorsehen einer schraubenförmig umlaufenden Ausnehmung mit Hinterschneidungen ermöglicht es,This object is achieved by an opening roller with the features of the characterizing part of
Use pinstripes with a certain intrinsic elasticity of the foot, the pinstripes being held parallel to the longitudinal axis of the groove without additional fixing means due to the helical twist, and in the radial direction a corresponding projection on the base of the pinstrip corresponding to the undercut can provide support. These pinstripes can thus be used without having to carry out heating for loosening glue or solder connections, which can lead to the rollers treated in this way having to be re-balanced, which requires a corresponding technical outlay. In addition, roller bodies with a helical circumferential groove, which according to the invention runs at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the base body, can be produced inexpensively and with the required precision from light aluminum parts by using a spiral milling device. Ultimately, an optimal needle distribution over the guide width is achieved by the arrangement of the pinstripes according to the invention.
Further features, advantages and details of the invention result from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 2) ein Schwalbenschwanzprofil auf. Sie verlaufen relativ zum zylinderförmigen Grundkörper 1 schraubenlinienförmig. An opening roller according to the invention comprises a
Each
The slope α is chosen so that the
In FIG. 2, the garnishing is illustrated by means of a
The configuration according to the invention makes it possible, with excellent fiber guidance properties, for the user to carry out a new garnish himself at a convenient time, so that the costs for this are low.
