Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Zahnradmaschine nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Bei einer derartigen bekannten Maschine ist in deren Gehäuse und den Zahnradseitenflächen zugewandt zwecks Verschleißminderung und Verbesserung der Notlaufeigenschaften eine sogenannte Verschleißscheibe aus relativ weichem Werkstoff, z. B. Bronze, angeordnet. Hierdurch wird die Maschine verteuert, da ein zusätzliches Teil notwendig ist.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Zahnradmaschine mit dem kennzeichnenden Merkmal des Hauptanspruchs hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, bei geringstmöglichem Aufwand den Verschleiß an den genannten Teilen zu vermindern.
- Die Zahnradmaschine ist beispielsweise von der Gattung, bei der zwei Zahnräder im Außeneingriff miteinander kämmen, deren Wellen in Lagerbuchsen gelagert sind. Die den Zahnradseitenflächen zugewandten flachen Seiten der Buchsen sind mit einer Schicht aus Molybdändisulfid beschichtet. Die Beschichtung kann beispielsweise ein Lack sein, der durch Pinseln, Rollen oder Spritzen aufgebracht ist und anschließend bei Temperaturen von 180 bis 230 0c eingebrannt wird. Die Beschichtung vermindert den Verschleiß und verbessert die Schmierung, so daß örtliche Überhitzungen vermieden werden. Dadurch werden die Notlaufeigenschaften der Zahnradmaschine, der mechanische Wirkungsgrad aufgrund geringerer Reibung und der volumetrische Wirkungsgrad auf Dauer verbessert, letzterer dadurch, daß der Verschleiß verringert ist. Eine derartige Beschichtung ist selbstverständlich auch bei Zahnradmaschinen möglich, deren Zähne im Inneneingriff kämmen. Bei sogenannten Plattenpumpen liegen die Gehäusedeckel unmittelbar an den Zahnradseitenflächen an. Auch dort ist eine Beschichtung mit dem genannten Werkstoff vorteilhaft.
