Description

The invention relates to a profile panel arrangement according to the type of the main claim. In practice, such profile panel arrangements are mostly pre-assembled in the workshop and later installed on the construction site. Quite apart from the fact that such pre-assembled panel assemblies are inherently unstable and bulky and thus form problems for transport and assembly, it often turns out on the construction site that dimensional changes have to be made or the panel assemblies have to be dismantled before installation. The latter is only possible if the panel arrangement has screw connections and has not been welded. However, screw connections are two-time-consuming to manufacture and therefore relatively expensive.

In a known profile panel arrangement of the generic type (FR-A-2 237 033), the profile panels are designed with a double-T-shaped cross section and an oblique web. The profile panels are clamped between the legs of the double-T-shaped cross member, for which they each have to be cut to the appropriate length, i.e. the distance between the cross member and cross member.

The invention has for its object to develop a profile panel assembly that can be largely prefabricated in the workshop, which is easy to transport and easy to install on the construction site.

This object is achieved according to the invention in the profile diaphragm arrangement mentioned at the outset by the characterizing features of the main claim. This profile panel arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that the profiles can already be cut to length in the workshop in order to be quickly and easily installed later on the construction site. The positive connection results in a play-free structure, so that even when the profile panel arrangement engages, in particular gusty wind, there is no rattling of the profiles against one another. In addition, such profiles are easily transportable in the non-preassembled state, in particular by bundling. This advantage is particularly outstanding when it comes to large areas to be covered or assemblies in an unfavorable position and height. Last but not least, the fact that drilling, sawing and screwing at the construction site becomes superfluous saves a considerable amount of time during assembly compared to conventional arrangements. Only the cross members have to be attached to the building.

The profile panel arrangement according to the invention can either serve as a weather protection grille for ventilation shafts or building openings, or else it can effectively protect parts of a building from excessive sunlight or weather. By determining the length of the spacers, all desired distances from panel to panel can be realized in the factory cut. Due to the form-fitting construction of the profile panel arrangement, linear expansions caused by temperature influences only lead to slight compensatory movements of the assembled elements in their parting joints and not to tensions and deformations of the arrangement.

It is known (DE-A-1 509 581) to use spacers between the profile panels in order to achieve a desired distance from panel to panel, which at the same time also perform a holding function on the profile panels. However, these known spacers are not connected to the cross members via a snap lock, but rather are inserted into grooves provided in the cross members. In addition, these known spacers do not have retaining tabs that cover the free legs of the profile panels, but a locking pin is provided to secure the profile panels, which is guided through recesses in the profile panels and inserted between the legs of the U-shaped spacers. In addition, in this known diaphragm arrangement, the profile diaphragms are mainly secured against the effects of wind in that the profile diaphragms are arranged between the free legs of adjacent double-T-shaped cross members.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the shaft of the profile diaphragms is inclined at least in sections to the horizontal and carries a visible and / or weather-effective slat enclosing it with a certain angle. The profile panels thus consist of profile bars, the T-shaped cross-section of which has the two free legs, the adjoining shaft and the lamella as one unit, as a result of which the profile panel becomes extremely stable on the one hand and, on the other hand, the length cutting is only the only mechanical processing when processing it required.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the spacer has a U-shaped cross section, and there are recesses and / or elevations for the snap connection on the legs, which cooperate with correspondingly shaped elevations or recesses of the cross member. The cross members interacting therewith have a T-profile-shaped cross section, the free legs of which, as pawls running transversely to the clamping direction, snap into corresponding recesses on the mutually facing sides of the legs of the spacers. A certain pre-pressure is required to lock it in place in order to tension the inclined legs of the profile panels in the direction of the cross member. The spacers are arranged vertically, i.e. parallel to the cross beams, between two profile panels and snapped into place like a snap lock. The main advantage here is that enormous time savings during assembly while adhering to very precise part assignments. It is also advantageous that the spacers cover the side of the crossmember facing the profile panels, so that, for example, corrosion-sensitive materials such as steel can serve as crossmembers and, for example, anodized aluminum, which on the one hand provides corrosion protection and on the other hand improves the appearance.

This advantage is particularly evident in that the free legs of the profile panels in the area of the spacers are covered by their retaining tabs, so that the impression is created as if the spacers themselves were the cross members. Depending on whether in a further embodiment of the invention the free legs engage in joint-shaped notches of the spacers or whether only holding tabs cover the free legs, the assembly can be carried out differently. In the first case, the profile panel is mounted after the profile panel, namely by inserting the profile panels with their free legs into the joints of the spacers and then latching the latter. Correspondingly, the profile cover must be removed after the profile cover when dismantling. In the second case, the spacer is suspended on one side and pivoted over the cross member and the free legs of the profile panels until the free leg of the spacer, which has a U-shaped cross section, has not yet snapped into place at the cross member. In this case, each spacer can be disassembled, that is, individual profile panels within the profile panel arrangement. Of course, it is also possible in the second case to press the spacer onto the cross member from above until it snaps into place.

According to the invention, the holding tabs of adjacent spacers can be of different lengths, which results in a different spacing of the profile diaphragms. This feature offers the advantage of flexible adaptation of the profile diaphragm arrangement to the position of the sun and the desired coverage, in that the different length and thus the cutting angle of the ends of the holding tabs facing the shaft of the profile diaphragm can be selected accordingly.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a reinforcing bead is provided at the end of each free leg. This reinforcement bead makes assembly easier, since on the one hand a defined contact point is created by the bead and on the other hand the friction surfaces that result when pushed into one another are only linear in character.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the free legs of the profile diaphragms are inclined towards the diaphragm, at least in the non-installed state, with respect to the shaft. This can be done according to the invention either in that the legs are curved or expand in a straight line with a taper at the transition point of the legs to the shaft. After assembly, the inclination of the legs causes a spring effect, the profile panel being supported on the one hand on the cross member and on the other hand on the holding tabs of the spacers. This results in a very good positive fit, which prevents the rattling of the profile panels in moving air, but also prevents the individual pieces from slipping in their fastening.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cross members have a double T-profile and are arranged on both sides of the cross member profile panels offset from each other. The ventilation effect is not impaired when the full visual cover is achieved.

The uppermost spacer 11 shown in FIG. 1 is only partially pushed with its dividing joint 14 over the free legs 25 facing it and has not yet snapped onto the cross member 10, as is the case there are already the two spacers 11 shown further below in FIG. 1. First, the spacer 11 with its dividing joint 14 is pushed over a free leg 25, and then the snap-in connection shown in FIG. 2 between the spacer 11 and the cross member 10 is brought into positive engagement. Each dividing joint 14 is delimited by retaining tabs 22 and 23 of the spacer 11, the retaining tab 23 pointing to a shaft 17 of the profile panels 12 being shortened in relation to the retaining tab 22 to such an extent that the shaft 17 of the profile panels 12 passes between two adjacent spacers 11 and the end faces of the holding tabs 23 rest on the shaft 17.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, the spacers 11 have a U-profile in cross section and the cross member 10 has a double-T profile with free legs 29 and shaft 30. The free legs 29 of the cross member 10 are bar-shaped and engage their locking edges 15 after the assembly of the spacer 11 and the cross member 10 into corresponding latch-shaped recesses 16 of the free legs of the spacers 11.

In Fig. 3, the spacer 11 and the cross member 10 are shown in cross section and on an enlarged scale, the section being provided in the region of the division joint 14 and the spacer 11 and cross member 10 not yet being locked together. This snap-in locking takes place by moving the spacer 11 in the direction of the cross member 10, the free legs of the spacer 11 sliding over the free legs 29 of the cross member 10 until the locking edges 15 snap into the recesses 16.

In the first variant of the profile panel 12 shown in cross section in FIG. 4, the two free legs 25 are curved, and the shaft 17 is inclined downwards to the horizontal. A vertical lamella 18 adjoins the shaft 17. Due to the curvature, which is slightly bent open during installation by the holding tabs 23 of the spacers 11, there is a positive connection between the profile panel 12, the spacer 11 and the cross member 10, which prevents any rattling. In addition, 12 reinforcing beads 19 are provided at the ends of the free legs 25 of the profile panel, which result in a linear contact with the holding tab 23.

In the second exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the profile panels 112 and the spacers 111 are designed differently than in the first exemplary embodiment. In contrast to the profile shown in FIG. 4, in this profile shown in FIG. 8 the profile panel 112 has straight legs 125. At the junctures of the legs 125 with the shaft 117, tapering in the form of flat grooves 26 are provided, and a bearing surface (or flattened reinforcement) 27 is arranged on the side of the free legs 125 facing away from these grooves 26. After mounting, the profile panel 112 rests with this contact surface on the side 31 of the cross member 110 facing away from the shaft 30. Reinforcing beads 119 are also provided at the ends of the legs 125. In contrast to the previous variant, the shaft 117 of the profile panel 112 runs horizontally in its first part 28 as seen from the legs 125, only to then incline towards the vertical lamella 118. This results in advantages during assembly, since the obstacle has a greater distance from the legs 125. With 125 'these legs are shown in a position which they occupy after assembly.

7, one leg of the spacer 111 is first hooked with its pawl 116 into the locking edge 115 of the cross member 110 and then pivoted with the holding tab 123 over the leg 125 of the profile panel 112, and then also on the other side of the Cross member 110 to be engaged in the second locking edge 115 with the pawl 116. In contrast to the first exemplary embodiment, the holding tab 22 is dispensed with in the spacer 111. Of course, as in the first embodiment, the assembly can also be carried out by pushing the spacer 111 vertically onto the cross member 110 instead of by pivoting.
