Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de nettoyage pour des rouleaux de pression pressés contre des cylindres arracheurs d'une peigneuse, dans laquelle deux rouleaux de pression se trouvent au moins à peu près à la même hauteur l'un à côté de l'autre, et au-dessus des cylindres arracheurs, en étant pressés contre eux,

    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins un rouleau nettoyeur (19) est prévu, parallèle aux rouleaux de pression (17), pouvant tourner librement et possédant une surface enveloppante lisse, sans adhérence avec les fibres, et qui repose au moins sur un des rouleaux de pression (17), la nature des surfaces du rouleau nettoyeur (19) et du rouleau de pression (17) étant telle qu'il se produit un glissement du rouleau nettoyeur (19) sur le rouleau de pression (17) à chaque changement du sens de rotation, pendant la marche de la peigneuse.
  2. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    caractérisé par le fait que
    les rouleaux de pression (17) sont parallèles entre eux et le rouleau nettoyeur (19) repose sur les deux rouleaux de pression (17) par son propre poids.
  3. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    caractérisé par le fait que
    le rouleau nettoyeur (19) est fixé dans son sens longitudinal, par des guidages (20) situés à ses deux extrémités.
  4. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    caractérisé par le fait que,
    pendant la marche de la peigneuse, l'apparition de parcours de glissement ayant une importance désirée entre le rouleau de pression (17) et le rouleau nettoyeur (19) est réalisée par le choix du poids du rouleau nettoyeur (19).
  5. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    caractérisé par le fait que
    que la surface enveloppante du rouleau nettoyeur (19) est constituée d'un caoutchouc naturel, d'un caoutchouc nitryle ou polychlorovinyle moux, ou similaire.
  6. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    qu'un noyau est prévu à l'intérieur du rouleau nettoyeur (19) et sert à la détermination du poids et par cela de la pression d'appui du rouleau nettoyeur (19).
