Abstract

Diese Preisschilder werden dabei häufig in Aufstellwinkel eingesteckt, die dann vor die zugehörige Ware gestellt werden. Die freie Aufstellung der Preisschilder in einer für die Käufer zugänglichen Weise ist oft unerwünscht, da es vorkommt, daß Preisangaben verändert werden mit der Absicht, an der Kasse den veränderten Preis in Rechnung gestellt zu bekommen. In Verkaufstheken, die in Form von Glasvitrinen ausgeführt sind und unter anderem beim Verkauf von Fleisch-, Wurst- und Käsewaren eingesetzt werden, befinden sich die Preisschilder üblicherweise hinter Glas, so daß sie für die Käufer unzugänglich sind. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies mit den im Kennzeichen des Schutzanspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen erreicht. Gleichzeitig wird durch Übergreifen der oberen Rinne über den Vorsprung des Deckels ein öffnen der Kassette verhindert, solange sich die Kassette im Halter befindet. Zum Verändern der Preisangaben müßte die Kassette erst aus dem Halter herausgenommen werden, damit der Deckel geöffnet werden kann. Dadurch wird ein zusätzliches Hindernis gegen ein unbefugtes Verändern der Preisangaben geschaffen, das davon abhält, den Versuch zur Manipulation der Preisangaben zu unternehmen. Da aus Hygienegründen Glasvitrinen mit Fleisch- oder Wurstwaren sehr häufig vollständig entleert und gereinigt werden müssen, müssen jedesmal auch die Preisschilder herausgenommen werden, die in großer Zahl vorhanden sein können. Preisschildkassette mit Halter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Formteil (16) mehrere, an der Preisschildkassettenvcrderseite mit Sichtöffnungen versehene Schächte (22) zur Aufnahme von Preis- und/oder Informationsschildern (15) angebracht sind, daß mit dem Formteil (16) ein Deckel (12) verbunden ist, der wenigstens in den Bereichen (14) der- Öffnungen durchsichtig ist und an seiner Oberseite einen Vorsprung (26) aufweist, der im geschlossenen Zustand des Deckels (12) in der Ebene der Rückwand des Formteils (16) liegt und nach oben vorsteht, daß an der Unterseite des Formteils (16) ein nach unten vorstehender Vorsprung (30) angebracht ist, der in der Ebene der Rückwand des Formteils (16) liegt, und daß der Halter (32) von einer Platte (34) gebildet ist, bei deren oberem Rand eine Rinne (36) angebracht ist, die über den Vorsprung (26) des Deckels (12) greift, und bei deren unterem Rand ebenfalls eine Rinne (38) gebildet ist, die über den Vorsprung (40) an der Unterseite des Formteils (16) greift.1.
