Durch Einführen weiterer Kleberstäbe und Verschieben derselben mittels des Daumens erfolgt deren Transport innerhalb des Führungskanals 2 in Richtung zur Austragsdüse 7. Die vom eingeschalteten Heißluftgebläse 6 austretende Heißluft strömt an den Lamellen 17 bzw. 19 der Lamellenanordnung 16 vorbei, heizt diese auf, so daß die aufgenommene Wärme auf das Endstück 8 des Führungskanals 2 sowie auf die Austragsdüse 7 übertragen wird. Der zuerst in den Führungskanal 2 eingechobene Kleberstab wird mit zunehmender Annäherung an das Endstück 8 erwärmt, schmilzt bei Erreichen des Endstückes 8 und tritt dann aus der Austragsdüse 7 aus. Durch Ausübung eines entsprechenden Drucks auf den aus der Einstecktülle 9 herausragenden Kleberstab 3 wird der Widerstand des Kugelventils 9 überwunden, so daß dieses öffnet.

Heißklebepistole (1) zum Schmelzen und Austragen eines schmelzbaren Klebers (3) mit einem Führungskanal (2) für den zu schmelzenden Kleber (3) und einer Austragsdüse (7) an einem Ende des Führungskanals (2) sowie mit einer Heizvorrichtung (6) zum Schmelzen des Klebers (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizvorrichtung (6) als Heißluftgebläse (6) ausgebildet ist, daß das Mündungsende (14) des Heißluftgebläses (6) im Bereich der Austragsdüse (7) angeordnet ist, und daß eine Wärmeübertragungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Führungskanal (2) und/oder der Austragsdüse (7) verbunden ist und in den Heißluftbereich des Heißluftgebläses (6) hineinragt.1.
