Man hat lediglich horizontal herausklapp-oder -schiebbare Absaughauben vorgeschlagen und vorgesehen, mit denen der von der Haube oder Luftleiteinrichtungen überdeckte Bereich vergrößert werden konnte. Das Schachtelement, welches keinen großen baulichen Aufwand erfordert, läßt sich auf einfache Weise (an der Wand oder Decke) so befestigen, daß es ein auch auf Dauer sicheres und zuverlässiges Widerlager für die Führungselemente bildet, welche die die Absaughaube tragende Schachtschürze vertikal bewegbar machen. Darüber hinaus lassen sich in dem vom Schachtelement und der Schachtschürze umschlossenen Raum sowohl diese Führungselemente als auch alle anderen für den Betrieb der Vorrichtung erforderlichen oder zweckmäßigen Elemente - nach außen hin unsichtbar - anordnen.
