Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Nocken an einem der Gelenkarme im Bereich des gemeinsamen Gelenks der Gelenkarme vorgesehen ist und die Schließfeder und der von dieser beaufschlagte Gleit- oder Rollkörper an dem anderen Gelenkarm angeordnet sind. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Weitwinkelscharnier können unabhängig von dem herzustellenden Scharniertyp die Tragwand- und Türanschlagteile sowie die mit diesen verbundenen Schwinghebel unverändert beibehalten werden. Auch die sich kreuzenden Gelenkarme weisen eine grundsätzlich gleichbleibende äußere Form auf, so daß sie immer zu den unverändert bleibenden Grundteilen passen. Je nach der gewünschten Ausführungsform und/oder Schließcharakteristik lassen sich die Gelenkarme mit entsprechenden Nocken und federbelasteten Gleit- oder Rollkörpern versehen und auch sogleich vormontieren, so daß bei der Endmontage nur noch die jeweiligen Enden der Gelenkarme mit den Tragwand- und Türanschlagteilen und den Schwinghebeln verbunden werden müssen.
