Abstract

Afin de résoudre cette difficulté et de pouvoir effectuer dans ce domaine d'utilisation un broyage continu de matériaux durs et très durs, ainsi qu'un broyage réglable dans les grandes lignes quant à la grosseur des grains, on a donné, conformément à la présente invention, aux organes de broyage, d'une part, une structure de corps de cylindre fixe (22) et, d'autre part, une structure de noyau de cylindre (26) tournant parallèlement à l'arbre; entre eux, un passage annulaire étroit, de préférence de l'ordre de grandeur d'un demi-millimètre, reste libre. Le produit à broyer est introduit sur le côté avant du noyau du cylindre et le produit broyé est évacué sur l'autre côté avant du noyau du cylindre; des dispositifs correspondants (20, 36; 21, 37, 38) sont prévus à cet effet. L'axe médian longitudinal commun des deux organes de broyage peut être basculé par des mécanismes appropriés (11, 12, 15) de manière à prendre une position pratiquement verticale en passant par d'innombrables positions inclinées. The product to be ground is introduced on the front side of the cylinder core and the ground product is discharged on the other front side of the cylinder core; corresponding devices (20, 36; 21, 37, 38) are provided for this purpose. The common longitudinal central axis of the two grinding members can be tilted by suitable mechanisms (11, 12, 15) so as to assume a practically vertical position by passing through innumerable inclined positions. A conical member (30) in the upper surface of the cylinder core (26) can be arranged on at least one front side of the latter.
