8. A grinder assembly as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that the rotary assembly comprises a second toothed wheel (21) rotatably mounted on the rotary member (19), a second rack plate (20) engaged with the second toothed wheel (21) and fixedly mounted on the mounting plate (11);
the second gear (21) is connected with the grinding pestle (23) through a bevel gear set;
the bevel gear set (23) comprises a first bevel gear rotationally mounted on the rotating member (19), and a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear and rotationally mounted on the rotating member (19);
the first bevel gear is fixedly connected with the second gear (21), and the second bevel gear is fixedly connected with the grinding pestle (23).
9. A grinding apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that a contact switch (24) is mounted on the mounting plate (11) for cooperation with the rotary member (19), and in that the contact switch (24) communicates with the cylinder (7).
